I was blown away at every aspect of working with this roofing company. From the initial quote to receiving the final bill, Kimo and the crew acted with professionalism and show respect for me and my property. After receiving three quotes, On Top roofing was similar or better in price, but as or more importantly, able to do the work in just weeks, compared with waiting months from others. You will not be disappointed choosing this roofer.

Kimo is wonderful. He answered all our questions and helped us file our insurance claim. However, the reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is because I feel Kimo needs to make his supervisor and representative more knowledgeable on handling customers when Kimo is out of town. Coming to our home when our solar heater wasn’t working properly after they reinstalled the panels and then have the person stand there and keep on saying “I don’t know” does not show ability. Rep said they would get back to us but didn’t call for 3 days and in the meantime we had to call another company to come solve the problem because we didn’t know what would happen if problem wasn’t fixed ASAP. If Kimo has been in town I am sure we would have had a less stressful result.

The repair work On the Top provided for my newly purchased home was high quality.

When I needed additional work done, On the Top was super responsive, friendly and again, produced good work.

I would recommend them to anyone in Oahu.
