On the Level Builders

I highly recommend On The Level Builders. I've used them extensively since 2018 and have never been disappointed. They have worked for me in electrical, HVAC, repairs and remodeling. They bring skill, experience, reliability and honesty to their work.

David and his crew did a great job! There were plenty of hick-ups, but they problem-solved and pushed out quality work with some much-needed upgrades.

On the Level did a top notch job on a major structural issue we had with our house about as well as it could be done. David was patient for a couple years during the covid crisis as we went on and off the market and awaited a prospective buyer for this big job/investment. Great communication. Clear. No nonsense throughout the process. When we got our buyer and green lighted the project, he completed the everything quickly, correctly, with pride in his work, ahead of schedule and on quote. This satisfied our buyer on an issue that could have scared them off and we closed our sale on time. He fulfilled all his promises, working with the structural engineer so we got a perfect post-repair report. We also had a plaster repair crop up related to some plumbing work and he and his crew knocked that out quickly and with polish, matching and blending the repaired area to the existing paint. Lovely work. We couldn’t be happier.

On the Level completely lived up to their name. Highly recommended!
