Whatever driver was driving truck 12840 today around 520 in Surrey on 108th needs to be careful alot more cautious. I watched them tailgate multiple
people when we were going about 60km. At a couple points he was roughly 3 feet from the other cars bumper with his elbow on his leg and head in his hand. Very concerning considering his truck says “how is my driving”. Not very good in my opinion..

Recommended to use by my insurance (probably one of their venders) had what I can say is one of the worst experiences ever with a company. The actual labourers were great people. The managers, accounting etc. Could not be worse. After initial visit after water damage they said they would be back next week and then didn't show for months. After calling numerous times and being forwarded to several different people they finally came. I'm positive situation was made worse because they neglected to come for so long. Then one of the workers accidently damaged cable box, which can happen. Company was made aware and has still not reimbursed. They have absolutely the WORST customer service. Kevin Leung who was the case manager is horrific. I'd would not recommend this company to anyone I actually care for. All these statements can be verified with proof. This is not how you operate a company your bosses should evaluate.

Just want to give a shout out to On Side Restoration. Very pleased from start to finish. Thank you Doris for your quick response, very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a rock shatter our patio door, On Side was here promptly. From consult to install everything was on time, professional and organized. Highly recommend.

On 16 May, 2023 at around 7am i was standing at 105 avenue and 151Street stop sign and one of the crew van speeding and did not care to stop at the 4 way stop. A bus was already to leave the 4 way stop n honked to make the van driver aware and caution him of 4 way stop. Instead , the on side van driver showed a finger to the bus driver and swear at the bus driver. What kind of service will such an employee provide??

We had a fire in our apartment building. Onside Restoration was contracted by Strata to remove the fire-damaged structure of the building and re-build it. Onside did not allow us to enter our apartment for almost a month after the fire happened. When we finally got to the apartment, we were shocked to see that our most valuable belongings disappeared. Some of our neighbours' stuff was also missing. We immediately informed Onside manager about the missing things. Unfortunately, the Onside manager decided not to hold responsibility and started ignoring our emails.
If you don't want your belongings to be stolen, I would recommend to avoid dealing with Onside Restoration.

I dealt with Onside Restoration directly during the recent floods in BC. I have to say how amazing and tirelessly they worked for their customers. Specially Kaleigh, who was project manager and triaging homes and site visits at a very stressful time. As a homeowner affected I found Kaleigh so professional, willing to help and I know she was running on no sleep during the height of the flooding. Kaleigh provided immediate recommendations to get our home under control and prevent further damage until a technician could come out. Thank you Onside & Kaleigh. While we hope we never have “circumstances” where need to use restoration service we know you are reliable and will be called up for your professionalism during the 2021 BC Floods. Thank you

After an unfortunate, surprise water leak from our upper floor that leaked down to the main floor, OnSide was responsive, professional, communicated well, and completed the job with professionalism. These types of repairs do take time, but we were guided professionally, always kept informed, all trades and subtrades were professional and courteous and communicated well. Patience is required by all in any reno/repair/ but now that's the repairs are complete, I can breath a sigh of relief and say THANK YOU to the OnSide team. *****

We had an especially difficult claim, as we were mid-reno when our flood happened and there was a lot to work out between our contractor and the OnSide team. The clean up and tear out was fast, and once they were able to get in to start the repair work it went very quickly. The basement is beautifully finished, and we're very please with it.

OnSide was there almost immediately. The team was knowledgeable and it was comforting to have them around because in all the chaos after the flood they just knew what to do and did it before I even knew to ask. They packed and stored everything well and what was damaged and deemed restorable was beautifully refinished! They packed almost too carefully. LOL. Thanks to the OnSide Team :)

Quick response, professional, knowledgeable flood control containment, and cleanup. The onside staff who did the packing of furniture and contents were better than most moving companies I have experienced. The subtrades with exception of the flooring personal were spotty especially plumbing and electrical.

After a leak from my washing machine damaged my laminate flooring, my insurance broker recommended On Side Restoration Services to replace the flooring in my condo. On Side made what I had anticipated would be a very stressful time much easier than I thought it would be.
The hardest part was choosing my new floor! On Side arranged to remove and store all my contents, remove the flooring and baseboards, replace the flooring and baseboards, clean my condo and return my contents. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

We had On Side restore our home from a flood that happened in March 2020. Our insurance company used them to assess and dry out our home and we chose to use them for the repair & restoration after a Covid break in July. We were happily impressed by the trades people that worked on our home. We had over a dozen people from a variety of services and trades into our home to help restore it to better than before condition. Our Project Manager, Kaieigh, did a great job scheduling and keeping us informed of what was going on. We've already recommended this company to our neighbours and feel good about giving such a high recommendation for their professionalism and quality work.

My bedroom had the restoration service two months ago. On Side staff came and moved out all the stuff in my bedroom to a storage, including several WELL packed boxes (taped and solid). By the time the On Side staff moved all the stuff back, I found that every single WELL packed box (taped and solid) was OPENED and RE-TAPED and each of them was stuffed with lots of packing paper which I didn’t use when I packed my stuff. Frustratingly, my LV designer bag which is worth more than $3000 was STOLEN after getting my stuff back from On Side.

With tremendous rampage and frustration, I called the project manager telling them that I lost my designer bag which was inside one of my WELL packed boxes and asking them that why every single box was stuffed with packing paper that I didn’t use when I packed them. The guy who answered my call said that he had to report to his manager to start an investigation as this was beyond his capability and would get back to me.

But, he NEVER called back nor answered the phone call! So I contacted On Side manager asked how it was going about my claim. One of the On Side representatives ridiculously explained that the reason why they used packing paper and re-taping the boxes was to strengthen my WELL packed boxes and suggested me to go over my stuff again and recall where I stored my bag. Why on the earth did you have to strengthen my WELL packed boxes by opening them, stuffing with packing paper, and re-taping? This is absolutely absurd and disrespectful to your client.

Yes, you did take photos before you moved my stuff to a storage. However, once my stuff was moved out of my room, I couldn’t imagine what my stuff had been through. It was a very disgusting and daunting experience. As of now, I haven’t heard a single word from On Side after aforementioned conversation.

I have mixed feelings towards this company. For the initial flood restoration they were fast and good. I also used them as my contractor to do the fixes, that was terrible. I absolutely do not recommend them fixing your place as well. You have a choice and chose someone else. A lot of the work was just terrible, you can tell they accept the lowest bidders.

I ended up going with these guys after phoning around and checking references on a few restoration companies. They did what they said they would, arrived on time and the crew was excellent and I would recommend this firm. I had called a few restoration firms and this one had the best reviews and references. One firm I called never answered their phone and when they did they were clueless and these guys were on their game. Recommend.

My home warranty company called in On Side when the builder's trades were unable to remedy the issues in my new-construction condo. Howard & Mark from On Side were SUPERB to work with, and their team did seriously high-quality work. They took great care in protecting my home during the reno work and cleaning up everything afterwards. They were friendly, polite and a lot of fun. This company restored my French Door after they had been ruined by a crowbar...and they were excellent from the moment they came and boarded them up for security...and then making the doors, color matching the paint, etc...and installing them. They really helped to eliminate some of the stress of the break-in. I felt they knew what they were doing, and I didn't have a concern in the world. Thanks guys!
