When we decided to redo our patio with stamped concrete we were nervous. The guys from Omniscapes were fantastic, professional, and got the job done on time. Our patio turned in to the perfect spot for entertaining and made it hard to leave behind, even though it definitely added to the resale value of our home.

Thank you Omniscapes for such a professional experience and great finished project. I'm so impressed with the time you took with me and the transformation of my backyard. It's been wonderful to spend time in this new space but most of all I appreciate you handling every detail start to finish. Only having one company and one contact certainly made my life easier.

I contracted them to build a pool in 2016. It was done exceptionally well. This year, I had them back to add a pergola. I have also used them for some landscaping work. I selected Omniscapes after nearly five years of research on pools and companies that install them.
Here is why I recommend them:
1. Quality of work - excellent.
2. Commitment to the work - they showed up, and they didn't disappear. They don't play the game of starting a project, then disappearing for weeks at a time. They were here every day.
3. Honest guys. Mistakes will happen when you break ground to build anything. These guys won't force you to accept mistakes. Very honest, and will see your project through without trying to force you to accept mistakes or make compromises. No hidden costs, either!
4. They come back to make sure you are happy! I've never had a contractor come back to check on the quality and happiness.

I would never ever ever recommend this company. Everything they say is a complete lie. Our pool project started in June and here it is Thanksgiving and it still is not completed. Jim is the biggest liar and shyster around. Jim promises things he never intends to do. We are still waiting on our punch list items to still be completed that was suppose to be done over two months ago. The work they do is terrible and don’t count on the estimate to be accurate as it will go up by thousands.

Jason, not only designed, but him and his team provide exactly what we were looking for. I was so happy, I hired them to do more work for me. To me, they are the best in the area at what they do, and they deliver on time too.

Very disappointed in the process this company uses. We had them come out and provide an initial quote for our project. The initial quote was right in our budget, prompting us to pay the $300 design fee for the next step. After we paid the design fee, the quote had then increased by a couple thousands of dollars! I would've never agreed to pay the $300 design fee if they'd been upfront and accurate with the original quote. I emailed the company over a week ago explaining my frustrations and have yet to hear anything back. I will never recommend this company to anyone

Omniscapes is a great company to work with and look forward to working with them on other projects in the future!

I am writing this letter to express my appreciation of you and your company for the fine job you always do in mowing and cleaning the sidewalks etc. at our properties. I can always count on the Omniscapes staff to be on the job when promised and to complete the job in a professional, timely manner. Maintaining our “Class A” status is important to us, and the way we do that is by employing only “Class A” companies. We appreciate the work you do.

Omniscapes has helped us with our large commercial accounts over the past 8 years servicing snow removal and grounds maintenance services. They are one of our preferred subcontractors for their promptness, ability to adapt quickly and use of technology in our field. I would recommend to any to try and utilize this company if possible.
