Mike and the crew at the shop are so great. My in-laws broke down and I called around and Mike was very helpful, suggested a towing company that got there quickly, ordered the parts for the truck before he even saw it just based off the pictures to try and stay ahead of the game. He had the parts overnighted and they provided a rental for my in-laws. The very next day they were back on the road. Thank you guys so much!!

This place is the worst. They are in cahoots with the dealership across the street. I bought a car at Omak Auto plaza that had to be taken in a week after I got it. They wanted 1700 dollars for the repairs. I drove away with the exact same problems. When I went back to talk to the dealer I was told they are going out of business because he can't handle the stress. Now he works at the shop. I will never trust this shop with my vehicle again.

Thank you Mike, Tina and Rick. You made my truck run like new when other repair shops couldn’t. You will be my go to for all repairs.

These folks have always done right by me for the past 10 yrs, and helped me out once again just a few days ago. In fact, I was leaving for a very long trip and when I couldn't figure out the problem for myself I went 150 miles out of my way to have them look at it. I won't take my RV to anyone else if I can avoid it. I do have to say though that I've stopped recommending them to everyone because they'll be too busy when I need them next time. So keep this secret, just between us

I am really disappointed in this business. We took our RV in 9 days ago and they not only never fixed our vent cover, still on order was the excuse, they charged me 275.00 dollars for a small crack caulking job and a propane gas sensor. They did not repair a small table inside the RV but said they did. When I got home the table was hanging by broken parts the same way it has been for quite awhile. When I called they said they did fix it. Not very truthful and definately not worth the money...won't go back there for any reason.

This Auto/RV Repair shop is the best, most trusted and reliable place that I have ever taken my vehicles too, I love their service and honesty, if it doesn't need to be repaired or if it does, they tell you the truth and have saved me money many times, this is a very friendly and happy business, I do highly recommend them...

Needed lower side piece replaced and painted and 2 slide gears replaced. Agreed on the work to be done and delivered on April 28th. This work was done and I paid for it, but they found another problem. the rails that the slide runs on is bent and this requires an ~15 hour repair which they agreed to do the end of June. Since I didn't want to be a pest I waited a month or so to check status- Now Steve tells me they'll start it in mid July. Clearly I should have pestered them to keep my place in line. Steve said he would see what he can do. Then I got a call today July 22) from Steve that they looked closer and can't do the work!!! I did have a potential buyer early on that then backed out and Steve assured me I wouldn't lose my place in line. Why didn't they tell me when they quoted 15 hours that it turns out they can't do it instead of ruining my summer! it's been sitting in the sun vs. my shop and I would have scheduled the repair with someone else!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR A MAJOR REPAIR!!! Then Steve tried to say "well you had that potential buyer- but that was like 2-3 days and they bought a home instead, and Steve assured me I wouldn't lose my place. Never quote hours and a price, then hold something for several weeks or months, then BACK OUT.

We brought in our Rv. for a breakdown of what all the Rv needed we had just purchased it. The list that we got back did not include things that were clearly not working correctly . The price at the end was $30.00 more than quoted on the phone, for less work that promised on the phone. We were told to be there at 8:00am it is a two hour drive into the shop we had to get up at 4:00am. when we got there they did not know we had an appointment, when that was figured out we were told they did not know when they would get to it, sometime in the afternoon,, So we had to kill time until they call. good thing we drove another vehicle. This came out of my SSI and Disability. After this experience I got on line and found a place in Spokane Valley Blue Dog RV the will do an inspection for free they will tell you everything that is wrong with it, and what it will cost to fix. I will drive the almost 5 hour drive instead of going to Omak Rv again

Excellent experience. Great communication and very friendly. So much appreciate small town life. While fixing one problem they noticed a major problem, called me explaining the details and had it fixed the next day. They got my car in 4 days before my scheduled appointment... that never happens! Thank you!!!

Worst place ever been to. Encouraging all not to go there. Rick rebuilt my rear diff and then had to rebuild it two more times which resulted in breaking my transmmision case and flinging my drivline. They told me they would fix the rear end and nothing more even though the damage is due to Rick not fixing it right the first time. Took the weeks on end every time I had to go back there.

Worst experience ever! Took it in for warranty work, no estimate given, they were told from day one, do not do anything that warranty wont pay for! When I showed up to pick my truck up I was told I owed them several hundred dollars for diagnostic time the warranty company wasn't going to pay for, I refused, they took me to court, and the judge sided with me, since there was no estimate, and no signed approval, nothing was owed. Now I hear he makes people sign the "Pat Baker Clause" saying that they agree to pay for anything the warranty company wont. Don't do it people! Know your rights! Look up the RCW's! Protect yourselves and don't fall prey to businesses like this!

I've been replacing my roof to my roof to my travel trailer and it has been quite the headache. I have had to purchase several items from this store and they have been nothing but helpful when it comes to selecting the parts I need. Additionally, they have provided me with advise that I need to finish my project with more confidence.

Well this place was a life saver for us. We were visiting from out of town, and our destination was 3,000 feet elevation. After a stop for ice... The suv check engine light came on and the whole thing was shaking like a leaf. We were in trouble and it was close to closing time on a Friday.

Thank goodness for this place and the owner - he took us last minute, called for the parts, knew pretty much exactly what the problem was, and had us on our way up the mountain in an hour.

So glad for small town expert places like this! While we were there, we saw just how busy this place is. Everybody in town takes their cars and RVs here.

If your driving through and something happens, well let's just say I'm going to keep this phone number handy!

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
