Ilya and his team at Advanced Home Repair did an excellent job installing flashing above our windows and repairing siding and trim! He’s great to work with and very responsive! Highly recommend to anyone needing house repair!

We had Advance Home Repairs install new window trim on 4 interior windows we had installed. They also put up new drywall and floorboard trim for a new wall we had installed. Finally, they painted all of the new trim and wall. Their work was fantastic and we are very happy with the final product.

The team took care to keep things clean, they were efficient (finished ahead of schedule), and their work is professional and looks great. Ilya was great throughout the process with open communication and attention to our needs.

We had a shower tub prefab combo, outdated floors, walls, and vanity and sinks. We set a bar for the budget that we didn't want to exceed, and they told us what was possible within that budget. Material costs of course will vary, but there was no pressure to pick certain materials or items, and NO upsells!

They did however point out some functional issues with our plumbing that we weren't aware of, like replacing our old pressure regulator, lowering our water pressure, and putting new PEX piping in to replace our older PVC for the new bathroom. They are very thorough, and want to make sure that you are aware of the situation with your property.

I asked a number of questions that I thought were silly during the process and answers were provided that were straightforward, and all questions and concerns were taken seriously! If you are looking for a team that cares about you as a customer/person as well as your property/investment, look no further! We'll call when we're ready for the next project!

Needed some repairs on my house. He came out, gave a good price. Repaired everything. He did a great job and would hire him again.

I had Advanced Home Repairs do an emergency replacement of rotting fill-board (part of the foundation). They did an excellent job. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I had Advanced Home Repairs replace the siding on one wall of my house. They did an outstanding job! The contractor suggested using compressed fiber cement (Hardie) which closely resembles my original siding. The new material looks nearly identical to the original, and this alternative saved me a significant amount of money.

The project took about a week to complete, and they also handled the painting. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend Advanced Home Repairs

Ilya and his crew did a great job on a difficult project. Not only had a major structural support for our deck dangerously rotted, but they found multiple other areas that also needed immediate repair.

I had exterior water damage from years of improper drainage off the roof. The siding had rot as well as the wall sheathing behind it. But how extensive it went was not known. Ilya was the first contractor to return my call and immediately engaged to understand my need. He made it clear up front that a realistic bid would require extra time and cost to investigate the extend of the damage. From talking with him on the phone to engaging with him as he investigated the extent of the damage I knew right then that I didn't need to meet with the other contractors. The job was quickly scheduled. His crew is skilled, professional, and they did a great job of keeping the work site clean. Additional damage was discovered along with ideas for fixing other questionable areas. He walked me through the options, did not steer or push me to any particular decision.

Highly recommend! The team was kind, thorough, and all around a great experience. Will definitely be calling for future projects!

Removed a step and replaced flooring underneath. Up-front about costs (which were reasonable), extremely responsive, good communication throughout the process, and high-quality end result. Will be calling them for any future renovations and recommending to friends+family.

While going down the steps from our second story outdoor deck one day, my wife's leg fell through a rotted stair plank about ten feet off the ground! Luckily I was right there to help her back up and thankfully after a trip to the E.R. we learned her injuries were not severe.

Now, we knew that the deck was one part of our home that needed attention after we bought it...but we didn't think it was that far gone.

Anyway, we needed someone to repair the stairwell and we figured we might as well get two other things done as well: first of which was the entire floor of our deck since it was made from the same questionable wood...and second of which was the two gates to our back yard that looked like they weren't far behind from falling apart.

Advanced Home Repairs had great reviews so we decided to get a free estimate from them.

Now when you first meet the business' ower Ilya, he might strike you as a bit young...but trust me the man is super knowledgeable and does his homework. He kinda reminds me of one of those guys you'd see on HGTV doing home makeovers.

So after a reasonable estimate of work needing to be done to repair: 1) the stairs, 2) the deck floor, and 3) our two back yard gates...my wife and I decided to give Ilya and his crew the green light.

We went with composite materials as much as possible in place of wood for two reasons: 1) it's much more durable and lasts longer than wood and 2) the ever fluctuating cost of wood was high enough that it wasn't much cheaper than composite.

Immediately after the initial demolition, Ilya discovered that the deck and stairs were a lot worse off than even he initially thought. After my wife's accident we didn't want to mess around when it came to anything structurally related. So we agreed to almost everything. The exception was a railing on the side of the house that was rotted at one end but was otherwise still sturdy.

Unfortunately, these added reinforcements to the deck and stairwell's structure ended up ballooning our final cost by about 40%...but it was worth it for the peace of mind.

I honestly didn't think Ilya and his crew could get the work done in under a week but holy cow they were done in four days! And the results speak for themselves!

Advanced Home Repairs has done an absolutely amazing job at not only doing much needed repairs to our home but making it look good as well. We will definitely be giving them our business again the next time we are doing home repairs/improvement. Thank you Ilya, Joe, and Larry! Well done!

That's how I'd describe the crew at Advance Home Repairs. Their team worked fast and efficiently when removing part of our hallway wall to make room for a new railing. The end product was perfect and the clean-up was minimal.

I appreciated Ilya's communication style and transparency on how long the project will take and when he'd be arriving at the home. He was courteous and friendly and respected our requests especially in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I highly recommend his services.

From the start Ilya was such a pleasure to work with. Not only did he have a competitive price, he was extremely responsive and took the time to answer our (many) questions thoroughly, via phone call or text at virtually any hour throughout the project. We really appreciated this especially in the early stages.

We had Advanced Home Repair repair some rotted beams, studs and walls at our family cabin. The work was done quickly and with quality. What takes them from 4 to 5 starts for us is a) this was a somewhat remote location and in the past we’ve had other contractors de-prioritize the work because of the travel. B) since the location is remote and most of the work, when completed would have been hidden, I was thinking about asking for pictures of the work along the way for proof. But before I even asked, the pics started rolling in via text!

I had Advanced Home Repair out to tear down and rebuild my back porch. When Ilya came out to give me an estimate, I was immediately impressed with how well he listened and understood my vision. Communication was great throughout. Ilya and Alex obviously take pride in everything they do and made sure the end result was exactly what I wanted. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Ilya and his team did excellent work on two separate projects. One was a modification in the living room to remove a false fireplace facade and refinish the walls into a corner. The second was much more complex, and included diagnosis and repair of plumbing issues and reconstruction of parts of a custom tile shower. Both jobs were finished quickly and within quotes or estimates. He and his team were clean, courteous, and professional. I was very impressed and plan to hire them for more work.

Ilya is most probably the best contractor I've ever worked with! He is very efficient and meticulous with his work and goes above and beyond to deliver a flawless, professional and quality workmanship! Not mentioning that his fees are very affordable for the quality of work he does! Our home remodel looks very elegant.

Ilya and his team from Advanced Home Repairs did a fantastic job of remodeling my kitchen condo. I am the owner, but not living there, so AHR selected materials for the countertops and cabinetry for me, using photos via text so I could work easily with Ilya from a distance. I must say that he has excellent taste. The outcome brought the project into the 21st century (the condo was built in the early ‘70s).
Not only did I get a beautiful new kitchen, but Ilya and team fixed some of the flaws from the old construction. Also everything was done at a reasonable price. AHR was responsible and reliable and got the project done without delay. I highly recommend this company and I’m looking forward to working with them on future projects.

Ilya and Tim did an absolutely fantastic job on 3 yard construction projects for me that included a deck rebuild and finish, 2 gate repairs, and a complete rebuild and modification of my outbuilding sub-floor that had completely rotted. We also identified some other repairs in the process that they fixed at a very fair price and they came up with some great innovative solutions that left me very satisfied. Their work is of the highest quality and standard and I was super impressed by how they went way above and beyond to finish and deliver the end-product. Most of the work was done in just a couple days and we were held up only briefly due to weather. These young men work to the highest standards and were professional, friendly, and courteous during our entire project. I will be contracting them for all my future house construction projects that are beyond my scope. I had a project completed by the Advanced Home Repairs. I am very happy with my choice. The entire process was easy: from obtainong an estimate to scheduling and having the work done. My fence on the back yard fell down because of the minor landslide. Ilya and Tim explained to me how they would repair the fence and stabilize the hill side. They also exained what type of matetials were better for my project and why. The work was even done sooner than estimated.
