Lorenzo is a true professional. He fixed my windshield in under an hour after a rock hit it on the highway. This man knows what he's doing, trust me. He is polite, careful and fast!!! If I get another rock chip I'll be back again. Thank you Lorenzo.

Lorenzo was able to quickly arrange for replacement of my windshield in a 1984 bus, which also had some rust around the glass that was repaired. He also quickly fixed a few rock chips in our 2016 Honda. Efficient and reasonable. Would recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic repair. The crack was large and you could literally feel where the glass has been knocked out. We had already been told it couldn’t be repaired and would have to have a new windshield. We stopped by on a Saturday without an appointment. He got us right in and filled the crack. Lorenzo, of Care View Plus Auto Care, went above and beyond the job he took on for us. My Prius needed a new windshield, the insurance company agreed, and a window was sent that fit, but after installed Lorenzo discovered the cover for the case, which is an attachment for the rearview mirror, did not fit. This was a fault of the factory not of Lorenzo. I accepted the work as the windshield and calibration worked just fine; the flaw was cosmetic. Unbeknownst to me Lorenzo would not accept the flaw, he took it upon himself to get a second windshield, to install it—it is perfect—and not until I picked up the car and asked about insurance did he reveal that he is taking a substantial financial hit. And was clear that he was fine, “it was a valuable learning experience.” Lorenzo is professional, a perfectionist, incredibly responsible, pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend his work. If I ever need another windshield, or if anyone in my family does, we will return to Lorenzo.

Lorenzo was awesome, he worked with my warranty company and was on top of it! Was extremely nice and had great communication! Found a problem from my last windshield. He did an exceptional job and even pick up the trash in my a little bit! I recommend if you need your windshield replaced!

Purely by chance, I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Care View Plus Auto Care just when I needed a new windshield.
Also, my older Buick had accumulated some rust damage that a major chain had sidestepped each time they “ Repaired & Replaced “ multiple windshields, to the point of denying me this replacement until I fixed the problem that they had helped create! It’s pretty obvious to me now ( duh! ) that my customer loyalty meant NOTHING to them!
So it only took one look at the review history to convince me to try Care View Plus…Lorenzo has a spotless reputation for quality workmanship and attention to detail, as well as fair pricing. He did not disappoint…that reputation is well-earned, and Lorenzo is everything that his reviews say and much more.
He went above and beyond to correctly repair the rust damage, including sending me before and after pics of his progress.
He also made a special trip to the local hardware store to obtain replacements for some screws that were missing from trim adjacent to the windshield ( work performed in addition to what he had quoted me for ) and he did it because it was needed, even though ( I would assume ) it cut into his profit for the job.
Lastly, he pointed out that a side window ( I was planning to replace the seal on ) was not actually leaking…and saved me a bundle!
As a retired former small business owner I recognize good, honest work ethic, fair pricing, and excellent customer service whenever I see it. Lorenzo Is amazing!!!!! He fixed my windshield and vacuumed my car! I’m so thankful for him and not only that I didn’t have a ride to drop my car off and he gave me a ride home and dropped my car off and parked it in my parking spot. I’m so happy with his service and he is so kind.

Lorenzo is the best glass guy I have ever used. He does an outstanding job and makes sure that it’s done right. Not like those other companies that do 6 glass installs a day, Lorenzo does your car that day, and it comes out flawless. I have a high attention to detail and I couldn’t find anything wrong with his work, in fact he even went above and beyond and cleaned and vacuumed the interior of my car. He was also able to get me the dealer branded glass for almost $300 cheaper than the dealership. Don’t go to those other guys, Lorenzo is the one you want for all your glass needs, from replacements to repairs he does it all.

Went for a broken rear window on my pickup, he offers large plastic wrapping to keep the weather and rain out until your part arrives.
A little hiccup with getting the wrong rear window at first but when the correct one arrived he had it replaced in only a few hours!
It appears he does all his work privately so loved supporting a local business.

So GLAD we were able to connect with Lorenzo. "Old school" hands-on style is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find in today's "take a number" World BUT Lorenzo is that kind of guy. Did my usual research (69 FIVE STAR reviews pretty much told me what I needed to "hear") PLUS the young lady that cuts my hair here in Oak Harbor had actually done business with him in the past AND she gave him a rousing endorsement BEFORE I made the appointment. BETTER than any dealership as not only does he do the work HIMSELF, he took time to "detail" the inside of the car as well. We had a dime sized crack in our windshield happen this morning, on a holiday weekend, called Lorenzo and he repaired it this afternoon as soon as we called him. Lorenzo is amazing- you cannot see the crack at all now; I can't even find where it was. Also, he found a visible, smaller crack that had been repaired previously (not by Lorenzo) and he fixed that, too! He is enormously skilled. Don't even bother calling anywhere else- call Lorenzo! I came to visit Whidbey Island with some friends a while ago and as we crossed the bridge a huge rock hit our car and left a noticeable crack.
We pulled over to find someone to repair our windshield and got a hold of Lorenzo. We were so thankful he took us in so quickly and surprised how great the windshield looked after the repair.

I had a crack on my windshield and I went to Lorenzo who helped me fix the crack. I thought that he would just put a materials to prevent the crack from spreading but his job was so professional that he made the crack disappear and the only thing left was a speck of dust from a rock that hit my wind shield.
