I gathered three estimates and Nebraska Best Construction highlighted issues that were not related to the roof and did not need to repair those parts that others had quoted me a price for. Rather than imposing excessive charges, they were truthful and informed me that some of the issues were related to gutters and did not necessitate roof repair.
