Erik Oliver and his crew did a beautiful job replacing our roof. OCR walked us through the entire process and were so easy to work with. Our new roof looks beautiful and they were able to get it done in a days work, leaving no debris behind. Erik came by to inspect the work during installation and upon completion and made sure we were happy with everything before the crew wrapped up. It is clear Erik takes great pride in his work and cares about his customers. I will recommend them to everyone I know and will call on them again should I ever have the need.

Mislead by sales person. was told that there would be no out of pocket expense. The deductible and any repairs not covered by insurance would be taken care of as an adjustment to their bill. when it came time to settle up he denied saying that. My decision to use that company was based on his statement.

Working with OCR was delightful from start to finish and even after. My original roof from 2005 needed replacement badly and they fit me in within one month! The crew came early, stayed late, did wonderful work, and swept the property with magnets throughout the two day process. (Afterwards when I walked the driveway I didn't find a single roofing nail!) Their customer service doesn't end with job completion, either - I will happily recommend them to everyone! Thank you for a superb new roof!

Erik came out on a hot Friday night to put a tarp on my roof. He had been busy for weeks working other jobs in tremendous heat. When I called him and asked if he could get to me, he checked his phone and saw that rain was coming on Sunday. He said he would get to me on Friday night. He understood the roof had leaked in my garage, and with more rain coming, the water damage, I had just had repaired would be for naught without a tarp. He was professional, responsive, and understanding. He helped me when he could have easily said no. A roofer who comes on a Friday night when you are in need and who has such a pleasant attitude is the best. He understood the problem with my leak immediately, and he has had clear ideas about how to solve the problem.

I used Oliver’s Custom roofing to replace my roof. They not only did an excellent job on my roof but also found an issue with my roof sagging in one area. They went above and beyond in my attic to fix it to make sure everything was right. Fair priced, good work, and honest people.

Erik Oliver saved our roof and possibly our lives! We called him for a leak in our attic and discovered the roof was installed improperly on one side causing extensive water damage. He had a crew out the next day replacing and repairing. While doing that, they discovered major blockage in our furnace exhaust pipe. He and his team went above and beyond to get it completely cleaned out and restored. The heating company couldn’t believe we hadn’t had a fire yet. Erik and his crew did a fabulous job removing our old worn roof, repairing damages, and then installing a gorgeous new roof. They used quality materials to construct a solid roofing system curtailed to our unique house. I’m particularly satisfied with the flashing work done around the chimney. They put a 30 year architectural roof on my house and it looked great, new vents pipe boots and attic vents. They stripped off the old roof and replaced a couple peace’s of bad decking. They were fast and friendly. They cleaned up the place spotless when they where done. The price was right for the work they done. I could not ask for a better quality job.

On 25 June 2023 a storm blew a huge tree limb and tree debris on my roof and damaged some of the shingles, causing a brief and minor leak in my living room (fortunately the leak was brief). Oliver Roofing had replaced my roof professionally at a fair price in 2020, so I called them to inspect the roof shingles that had been gouged by the tree limb (I and gravity removed the tree limb and debris from my roof, exposing the damaged shingles. Since I kept some shingles from 2020, Oliver Roofing came and used two of my shingle strips to repair the worst of the roof damage in less than a week (the area where they and I believed the leak had occurred). As always, the workmanship on the shingles they replaced was outstanding.

Before we called Oliver's, we attempted to go with 2 different roofing places. The first one said they'd be out on Monday the 23rd, only to stand us up and then not return our calls. The second one said they would have the repair guys call us to set up an appointment, only to never call us back up to a week later (even when we attempted to call back and left messages asking when they could fit us in).

Oliver's, on the other hand, responded immediately to a text we sent. They scheduled an appointment and showed up on time! They were friendly and helpful and fixed the roof the same day that they did the estimate, even staying after dark until the job was done. The price was much less than we had guessed it would be, which was a relief! They made it easy and painless, not requiring anything from us other than the go-ahead to repair and the payment afterward.

We also had sheet rock damage due to the leaks. While they don't do repairs to sheet rock, they gave us a recommendation as to who to go to for that. Very helpful and appreciated!

10/10 would definitely go with them again!

Mr. Oliver is a fantastic person and we’re very satisfied with his attitude on his work. He responded right away to my call and provided fast and friendly service. He was very informative, able to tell us the consequences if our issue continued. He resolved our unique situation involving a pest (a squirrel nibbling on our pipes) that kept it from doing any further harm, either to the pipes or itself. And having given his services close to Christmas, there was much holiday cheer in him.

Erik was prompt, professional and very customer focused. Although a smaller job to repair another contractor's mistakes, Erik took on the project with enthusiasm and professionalism. Thank You so much for doing such a great job.

We wouldn’t trust anyone except Oliver’s Custom Roofing. Our home is 110 years old, and we expected there would be some issues once the old roof was removed. Erik and his team removed three layers of shingles, replaced 20+ pieces of decking, flashed our 2 chimneys, removed Vinyl siding from our dormers and made repairs to our original fish scale shingles (etc) all for less than the previous owner paid for a terrible quality job a decade ago. Beyond that, they were responsive to concerns along the way, as well as changes I needed made half-way through. Erik is ethical, honest and his crews work hard. Don’t use anyone else!

We had a small job but that didn’t matter. They were quick and thorough and professional. We’ll be using Erick and his team exclusively!

Erik have done several jobs for us in the past few years at different properties. Always quality work. You don't have to worry about it being right. He checks the decking and replaces any thatd is damaged. All the hardware on the roof is replaced.
