Oliver Construction

Hired Gary on Aug 16 for a screen porch addition and deck to my home. He took $9,000 from me, demoed a perfectly good deck on September 7 and hasn't done anything since. It is now January 9. I have tried several times to get a response from him since Dec 27. He has not responded to my texts or phone calls. I have called the police and taken legal action against him. Beware and don't hire this man for any work.

Gary is awesome, he knows what he is doing and gets it done right. We enjoyed the seeing the progress so much that we kept adding jobs to him!

I would not recommend this company at all. If you happened to use them, expect that they will not honor the warranty they will give you.

We bought a house that claimed to have a new whole roof done for about a year and a half old by Oliver company. The next day with the big storm we had a leaking ceiling. We contacted the previous owner and said that he has warranty and told us that this is the company he uses. I left Oliver two messages regarding their work. They are just plain flat, no return call or even try to contact us to even have a negotiation with regards to our problem.

So there! Not even a little of recommendation from this company! Wish they could have done a good job at least and good customer service!!
