Alan and his team at Olde School Renovations have done several large projects for us over the past few years. From extensive rot repair, a roof replacement, deck and porch reconstruction, Alan has given our home a complete makeover. His and his teams’s workmanship are meticulous and of the highest quality. He doesn’t cut corners and the results reflect it. In addition, Alan is honest, trustworthy and fair in his assessment and completion of our project. I wouldn’t consider anyone but Alan and Olde School Renovations for any project at my home.

Over the past 8 years, I’ve used Olde School Renovations on both indoor and outdoor projects. I’m extremely impressed with their work and find Alan an absolute pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend them enough.

Olde School Renovations replaced all of the trim work on our house. They did an excellent job! Alan and his team are courteous, meticulous and professional. They finished on time and slightly under budget! We have recommended Olde School Renovations to friends and neighbors and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for interior or exterior projects.

The exterior of our home had sustained significant water damage and general aging over the course 20+ years. It was also time for a new roof.

Our home required extensive replacement of exterior clapboards and trim. Our entire portico had to be rebuilt. We had to have a sliding glass door replaced. Lastly, we had to have a new asphalt shingle roof installed.

Alan and his team from Olde School Renovations performed all of this work for us. I can't say enough about the quality of their craftsmanship. They used quality materials and they worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Our home looks brand new.

Alan was great about communicating with us with regard to the schedule and progress of the project. Furthermore, he and his team kept a clean job site.

It is hard to find good quality contractors that follow through and do what they promise to do. We found that with Alan and Olde School Renovations.

We have had a great experience working with Olde School Reno.
We hired them last year to do a total renovation of our master bathroom. This involved replacing flooring, installation of lighting and fan, install of custom wooden vanity and countertop, as well as building a new tiled shower space, with glass walls and door. The work was involved as it required a demo of an existing tub and shower.
Alan, and his crew, were great to work with and did quality work. They paid attention to detail and were driven to provide the best results possible.
We are very happy with the results and would recommend Olde School highly.

Alan and his team were excellent. Alan completed a remodel which included removing a wall, rerouting electrical, adding cabinetry, removing tile flooring and replacing with new hardwood. He also painted cabinets and walls for us. The work and attention to detail was excellent. Someone was at our home working everyday throughout the process. Alan's team and subcontractors are professional and respectful. We really appreciated Alan's recommendations to add details we had not considered. It was a pleasure working with Alan on our kitchen renovation. He was attentive to our vision and our concerns. He made the process feel like it wasn't too much of a disruption to our family. Alan and his crew have completed several projects in our home from minor to major over the last 2 year's. Olde School Renovations has performed work at my home several times; to paint the interior - he and his crew offered excellent recommendations for paint color they are very knowledgeable; rebuild a walkway and rebuild a 3 season porch. All of the work is of high quality. Each job was completed with minimal intrusion and no mess.

The 3 season porch was a challenging project. At first glance it appeared one support beam needed repair, when Alan pulled the siding he discovered rot everywhere. He and I were shocked the porch was still standing! The porch had to be rebuilt from the bottom up, only the roof was salvageable. This build took under a week and the craftsmanship excellent.

I love the 3 season porch! I use it daily and enjoy every moment I spend out there!
