I'm glad I went with Fimbel Seacoast Garage Doors for my garage doors replacement. They offered good product at very competitive prices, and their salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and made a great impression. The installation team was professional, and did a good job, and their salesman made a personal appearance post-installation to check the workmanship and make some adjustments for optimum fit. The end result is as good as can be, for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Fimbel Seacoast Garage Doors!

My experience with Fimbel was excellent. The garage door at my house was having a small issue i was having trouble diagnosing. I called Fimbel and they sent someone out the next day. The technician who came was EXCELLENT, he diagnosed and fixed the problem, made some other adjustments to optimize the system, safety checked everything. He communicated it all to me and was friendly and courteous throughout.

Super worthy of "5 Stars" Beginning with Katelyn (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) to Tyler and Steven (who did a temp fix job the DAY OF the damage) to Joseph who not only installed the damaged panel perfectly but also (as requested) give both our doors the once over. Tightening up any loose ends, cable drums, springs and tracks all checked out and replaced any thing that needed it. Which wasn't much at all. With NO OVER SELL! Super nice and professional. Everyone I dealt with at Fimbel were/are top notch! I will go nowhere else, Fimbel are my garage door specialists!

James was friendly, hardworking, informative, and professional. Came to replace springs and coils. Arrived on time, best quote out of five competitors, went above and beyond by using a silicone spray on all ball bearing joints on my garage door, and stopped a squeaky sound that had been there for two years! So smooth now! Would HIGHLY recommend him and this company for work. Others in the area were a ripoff.

So very impressed with this company! Our garage doors broke and they came within days to quote the job on the spot. Jason was awesome and extremely detail oriented. He gave me all the information needed for doors within my budget and made recommendations. Install was a quick 18 days later and Elijah was quick, proficient, and organized. The office staff was also very pleasant and helpful! I think her name was Caitlin. My brother highly recommended Fimbel and now I know why. The process from start to finish was very quick and efficient. Receiving text pictures ahead of who was coming is a great feature. Jason came out to measure and make sure I ordered just what I needed. He helped to make the decision easier. David arrived to do the installation, and I have to say he is a true asset to the company. He got the door completed and walked me through the system. He then suggested I add a support bar across the top to make the top door panel stronger.

When one of our garage doors stopped working on New Year's Eve, I was dreading the anticipated time to get a technician to the house and the repair cost. I sent an inquiry Tuesday morning and was promptly engaged in a text chat with real person that was able to help me out. I was shocked to hear that a tech could be at my house that afternoon! I was alerted via text that the tech was en route and Joseph arrived right on time. He talked to my wife, diagnosed the issue and told us the office would be in touch. Later that day I got a message saying they had the necessary parts in stock and could be back out on Thursday, just 2 days later! I added an inspection and service to my functioning door and within 72 hours, we were back up and running with new and improved parts and 2 smoothly operating doors all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Fimbel Garage Doors, thank you for getting our car back in the garage so quickly!

I recently needed repairs at all 3 of my garage doors at my hotel. After calling the first companies (of which I will not name) that popped up on a Google search, and getting the run around, I scrolled down further and found FIMBEL Garage Doors. I'm so glad I did!!! They repaired all 3 of my doors for less than the price I expected to fix one of them, they got to me in no time at all, during the week of Christmas, and they fixed it fast and efficiently. The repairmen, Pat and Dave, even spent time showing what they had done and helping me to program my remote. I was also very surprised to find out the company is 100 years old this year. I will be using FIMBEL for all my garage needs in the future.

I attempted and FAILED miserably to swap my garage door opener. I called fimble and they sent out 2 guys the next afternoon to uninstall and reinstall everything correctly. Door works great now. Highly recommend

My wife and I recently moved into a new home where our garage doors were supplied by Fimbel. We had a blemish on one of the panels, and Meagan arranged to have it replaced. The team on-site not only replaced the panel, but adjusted the door operation and fixed a non working remote. We also had decorative hardware added to the door. All was completed in less than an hour. Picture speaks for itself.

It's Sunday morning and my garage door breaks as we are getting ready to return my grandchildren back to their parents. We were packed up and ready to go, I hit the garage door button and it went up a few feet, down a few feet and stopped. To make a long story short we switched to another car and headed for Massachusetts. I was searching for garage door companies with emergency service and came across Fimbel in Brentwood NH and gave them a call. I followed the directions for emergencies and Chris answered the phone. From the moment he answered my day went from bad to great! He arranged for a service call at 4 PM on Sunday and explained the repair process, cost and what to expect. A short while later I got a confirmation text and then another when the service tech was on his way. The text even showed me a map to track him with updated estimated time. Joey Venuti showed up right on time, with a genuine smile on his face, explained the repair and got to work. He didn't have the spring we needed but did a temporary repair so that we can use the door until the new springs come in. He even checked out the rest of the door and lubricated everything so it was working perfectly. Having owned several small businesses I know the value of great customer service and also how difficult it is to consistently make it happen. Fimbel Seacoast has somehow mastered it to perfection. Congratulations to whoever owns this company and a sincere thank you to Chris and Joey for not only saving but making my day! These days it's almost impossible to find outstanding service like this on a normal work day......but on a Sunday!! Five stars is simply not enough.

These guys are FANTASTIC and you can 100% trust them!  I had a recent build where I needed oversized garage doors installed.  I ordered garage doors from a company down south that was suppose to send not only the doors but all the correct hardware for a low clearance installation.  Well once all arrived Fimbel arrived on schedule and immediately knew things weren’t correct.  They identified mistakes with the hardware that would need to be changed/altered in order for the end result to be done correct and safe!  They knew I’d been waiting for a while for the doors to arrive, and they assured me that they had the parts needed to fix the issues.  What was suppose to be a 1 day job turned into 2 looooong days!  They did it right and I was thrilled with the end result!  Jason in particular was what initially sold me to hire Fimbel.  He arrived on time for the quote, and followed thru on every single task he said he would, and actually much much more!  Professional group of installers who were friendly and really knowledgeable about garage doors and the installation process.  Compared to other companies who quoted the job, Fimbel’s pricing was extremely fair (not cheapest BUT not the most expensive either!) for the work they did and was well worth the price.  They are the only company I would ever consider going forward.

Outstanding customer service! Meagan went way beyond the call of duty to help me find a remote and receiver so I could make an out of date garage door opener still work - and I live out of state, so they couldn't even sell these items to me. We needed new garage doors, motors, tracks, openers, the works. We were hooked up with Fimbel through Costco in 2021. All the other suppliers had no stock, no problem here. They came out right away and got the job done quickly and professionally. Install looked and worked great. Since then we've needed them twice more—once to install storm guards and once after a year to readjust the balance after the springs had detensioned a bit. Both times they were out in a day or two, got the job done well, and were friendly and professional. A+ all around.

EXTREMELY professional , very knowledgeable and he knew everything about the installation of my 2 new garage doors and openers and was great in explaining everything I needed to know with both of my garage door openers. Especially the new one. His knowledge and explanation of my new opener was great! Kayla was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional and made sure I was happy with my choice of the exact door model for my home and followed thru to the final installation. I highly recommend Fimbel Seacoast. My installation was completed ahead of schedule, and in this COVID stupid world that was amazing. Install crew did a beautiful job and even removed the old wooden barn door. And a big shout out to the office staff who kept me informed and up to date through the entire process. Great job 5 stars

We had, all in all, a good experience with these folks. They're very honest and try their best to make you happy. The garage doors are VERY high quality, and the installation was quick and efficient. Customers should keep in mind that the doors come from a factory far away; so when we ordered (at the height of the Covid epidemic) they were unable to keep the promised delivery/installation date, due to factors beyond their control. I also want to credit our original salesman for HIMSELF making a repair to our garage necessitated by the installation. As I said, they try their best to provide a satisfying garage-door replacement.

They HAD great customer service and installation. But currently they did not show up in the time they said they would (and did not call to say we can't make it), and now giving a quote over 3 weeks ago and not responding, Chris the sales manager has ghosted us. After sending both emails and calls, there has been no communication. At least have the decency to say, "hey we are real busy right now" or "my family has fallen ill and we can't do the work", but just don't leave people hanging. Super disrespectful.

Always read the reviews. They scheduled a 5 hour block of time (11-4) and never showed up. I even called earlier in the day to confirm what their estimated arrival time would be and never received a call back. Super unprofessional especially when they expect someone to wait for 5 hours for a no call no show.

They came, they saw they, conquered. Yesterday the crew of two arrived and installed the new door in a matter of hours with professionalism, and skill we rarely get anymore. thanks guys!

TERRIBLE customer service! I cannot rate their SERVICE because I was never able to get an actual appointment. Yes, I left messages, Yes, I spoke with someone, Yes, I reached out via email. Three days later, crickets.

In this day and age, lots of companies are complaining that consumers just want the lowest price and are not interested in good service. Well it goes both ways, when customers are treated with disdain, it does not leave very much room for successful outcomes.

Big thank you to kayla!!! I went to countless stores for new garage door controllers. I was sent home with different ones each time. After hours and hours of trying I would have to take them back. What a pain. I really thought I would have to have someone come and install a whole new set up. I ran into Kayla outside of work and a friend had told her what was happening. She told me to stop at the shop and she would help me. In just 5 minutes she had me hooked up with new remotes. It took me 5 minutes when I got home and they work fantastic. I can't tell you how much I appreciate her help. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you Kayla, you are the best.

The garage door install took less than three hours. The field techs were on time, professional and made sure I understood all the features of the new system. I've called Fimbel for 2 repairs and an install of a new door opener (3 times over last few years). They are 1.) Always timely. They usually give you a window like 11A-1P for example. They have always been at the front end or a couple minutes before the window. 2.) Installed correctly and/or repaired correctly 3.) Friendly and easy to deal with 4.) Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend

Called in the morning and they were able to squeeze us in the same day. They were very professional, knowledgeable and more than reasonable in regards to price. Technicians made sure we were aware of what caused the issue, provided best courses of action and never pressured us into anything we didn’t want to do. Have peace of mind now that our garage doors are fixed and done at a high level of experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will be using again in the future!!!

The guys at Fimbel showed up on time, we're very personable, and fixed a few issues I've had with my garage for the past 4+ years. They were finished in 1/2 an hour, and the price was extremely reasonable. I will be calling them again with any of my garage needs without hesitation!
