Blake and Derek exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend to anyone in the OKC metro. I’ll be using them again for the next remodel job! They installed the fence (pictured) and repaired my garage doors and outside entry way. Then I got a face lift and painted the exterior. Great work guys!!

You proposed a number that I countered, you said you'd get back to me about the amount of money you could refund and you never did. You have been back twice yes, nothing was "fixed" and still not honored your full replacement warranty. You told me a refund and warranty would be honored if I removed my first review, that was all factual. I removed the review and you did not hold up your end. You lied to me and have disrespected me in my home, yet there is still no accountabilty. You have admitted fault due to improper installation and still not corrected it.
To the public: I'm happy to provide more pictures and video evidence of the claims Blake denies. I have many more.

I had an attic conversion done last year. It was quite a lot of work, and there were definitely mistakes made. However, the owner of the company, Blake, corrected all the mistakes. I was having HVAC issues recently after my warranty expired and Blake came out and repaired the mistakes that were made. I was very impressed by that. Construction is always a messy business. if you do an attic conversion, keep it humble because it does get very expensive.

So all I have to say about this company is OUTSTANDING!! It is a top rate company with high quality of service and expectations. The owner is professional. His employees are professional and he expects the best out of his employees. They do tremendously good work. They are very fast and very efficient. I would recommend this company ten times over. The pictures in my review show before and after photos. You cannot go wrong with OKC Renovations.

I enjoyed how quickly and thoroughly they gave me an estimate. Seemed to have good crews who did great work. Really great communication for the project.

They did a fantastic job restoring our walls after flood damage, and replacing the vanity. It did take a little longer than expected but they made sure to stay connected and get it all taken care of. The crew was awesome and they have one of the best painters around for matching paint.

I have a bathroom that had been left unfinished by a contractor, who completely took advantage of me. I was referred to OKC renovations and I was extremely skeptical after my last encounter with a contractor. What a world of a difference! Blake was amazing, came over was extremely honest and fair to help me finish the job. Brian and his helper, who installed my cabinet doors, absolutely professional and kept everything clean as they work. Blake thank you so much!! You took my absolutely bad situation and made it so much better!

They remodeled one of our bathrooms for us. Very professional. It took slightly longer than expected, but they did a fantastic job! This shower was very small before. On the back side we had an old telephone/pa system nook. They did an excellent job matching our existing paint and paneling and the shower space is more than twice what it was to begin with! They also made an excellent barrier between the construction area and my kitchen. If you've had tile or sheet rock removed you know how much fine dust there is and how it gets everywhere. With the barrier there was almost zero dust outside of the construction area. I was very pleased with that. Anything I noticed that was missed or not working properly(leaky faucet) was fixed promptly without argument. We will definitely be calling them for future renovations.

Was a great experience working with Crystal. She made an old out of square bathroom look amazing with her tile skills.!

Used them to convert a garage into a studio apartment and to renovate my personal home after a fire. They were quick, straight forward, and took care of everything I needed!

Okc Renovation has done an amazing job renovating our commercial office building. Blake and Paco are efficient and do a great job keeping timeliness. If there is something that gets thrown off by a few days or a few weeks they were quick to telling us and either finding another item. Great crew, great work and great communication over all

Blake and his crew remolded our kitchen, added a patio, and shower wall. The process was so easy and went so smoothly. Everyone was so nice and hard working. I couldn’t thank them enough for everything they have done. And cannot wait to do more work with this company!

Really enjoyed working with Blake and Paco for our upstairs bathroom remodel. The final product looks incredible, and I appreciated how responsive they were to our questions, comments, and concerns to make sure we got a quality product. I don't think we could have gotten any better at such a great price.

We had a time sensitive issue that needed to be taken care of quickly( we were having a baby Monday and had to tear out a wall in our nursery Friday due to a leak) Blake sent his guys out and the room was all but painted by the time we got home. Quality work and the small issues we did have we taken care of immediately. Highly recommend this company!

Super impressed by Blake and his crew! My husband and I had just finished our nursery only to find out the weekend before having our baby on Monday that we had a leak with mold building behind a wall. Blake’s crew came Tuesday and took care of the remodel in the nursery and fixed the leak in two days. It wasn’t an easy fix either in my opinions! We used OKC Renovations to renovate several rooms/areas of our home, including our kitchen, master bath, laundry room, living room, and staircase/loft. They also cut out and installed a large sliding glass door onto our patio. We used a lot of wood features in our design and they were able to match our existing wood look tile floors almost perfectly. The whole process was seamless, from quote to finished product. Blake is extremely easy to work with and is highly driven to ensure his clients are happy. It’s been super refreshing to see a company stand behind their work and ensure the slightest details meet your expectations. We are repeat customers of OKC Renovations and they are our first call for any home improvement needs.

Well, unfortunately we've already been through this with you. You absolutely did wrong by my sister and you should truly be ashamed.

I could sit here and say that the positive reviews are fake and or the wrong company. At this point I wouldn't trust that you would even pay the $5000.

For anyone else considering OK Renovations, while ultimately, my review May shed light upon a good problem that okay renovations have. Maybe they are backed up and can't keep their word on their schedules, or maybe there's just room for individuals to be trained but we have not been happy with the results. I would leave 0 stars if it were allowed.

Blake and his team are the only team I’ll ever use for my home Renovations. Outstanding professionalism and craftsmanship. The heart and soul Blake puts into making sure all work is top notch, and customers are satisfied is hard to find these days. Great work guys!

My interior designer, Lena, with Wicker Haven Designs, managed my fireplace renovation. It was a small job but her vision completely came to life exactly as we hoped it would. Every worker that came into my home was so kind, considerate & made me feel comfortable as a woman alone with 2 toddlers. Anything that went less than ideal was quickly fixed and made right. The timeline was a bit longer than expected, but getting exactly what we wanted was worth it. Blake, Paco & everyone they sent in to work was great! I’m hopeful the beautiful work they’ve done will hold up for years to come!

i am in the middle of a remodel with this company. the amount of personalized attention and care i have received is unmatched. you aren't dealing with a company, you're dealing with a man who holds himself accountable for evrery single step on the process.off the bat, he knew this was my first time trusting anyone with this amount of money and he has reassured/ supported me through every step. i do plan on updating my review as we finish the process, but i feel super lucky to have picked him out of the seven remodelers that i contacted and i don't forsee anything but positive results forthcoming. no business owner is perfect, but blake is committed to making things right. thanks buddy!

edit: I promise that I will update as the renovation continues. Today is the heaviest day of the remodel and what I am super impressed about is how clean they are. The owner has been extremely communicative today, and he left me in the hands of two extremely professional contractors for the portions where he wasn't here. I have had several contractors work on my homes before, and they always left the place a mess. These contractors started with cleaning, and they continue cleaning throughout their job today. options and alternative options were provided to me, and my concerns or reauesrs for fully taken into consideration I see nothing but good things coming!

third update: one Of my bathroom says I must complete and it's the most gorgeous bathrooms I have ever seen. They have been more than concern about making sure I approve every step of the process and I've gotten exactly what I want it up until this point. I will post pictures once both bathrooms are done but I think everyone will be excited to see the absolute magic they've created so far.

half way through: I thought I would be having a meeting with the project manager today, the owner show it out once again and re-committed to making sure that I was happy. Our bathroom it's almost time, the only reason why I haven't had a picture that is because we are waiting on the toilet to be installed tomorrow. I could've gotten this quality of bathroom from someone else, I couldn't have gotten the level of care and attention this company has provided m

Update three! i know this is long winded but if you're spending the amount of money you need to remodel, i fell like your want a revue that is invested. Blake has just been proving himself over and over again. every step of the process has been in my control. if changes need to be made, he tells me before any work is done. he completed one bathroom at a time for my comfort, and that bathroom is absolutely gorgeous and is functioning perfectly. his team has also proven their flexibility. i did not like the first faucet installed. i told my project manager and it was super easy to get it swapped out for something i loved!

update four: My first bathroom is complete and I got exactly what I wanted. not only did I get what I want, but while they were working on my other renovation project so they hired them for, they touched up and make sure they maintained the renovations that they started. The owner has been just as accessible, and just as kind as he has been since the moment he started working on my home. we are now working on my favorite bathroom in my home, and I feel like Blake has been doing his best behind-the-scenes so make sure I get every single thing that I want. His wheelhouse is understanding the taste of his customers and bringing that vision to life. Always had a very weird taste and furniture and decor, and is the only remodel I knew who not only understood what I wanted, but was committed to make sure that I got it. I can't wait till you guys see the pictures.

Blake, Paco, and the rest of the team were great to work with. I have to do my renovation in stages and this was the first stage. Once everything is completed, I will add photos with a final review. They are quite busy, but always made sure to respond to me as quickly as possible, even when I said no rush in replying. Paco managed everything and ensured I was happy. The job was done quickly without sacrificing quality. I have an old home and things are not plum so I'm sure it was quite the task to make things look nice. They worked within my budget and were flexible when I decided to have a little more done than originally planned for the first stage. I'm looking forward to working with them for the rest of my renovation.
