Ohio Exteriors recently finished an addition on our house along with a roof replacement and siding for the existing home. They were incredibly easy to work with every step of the way. They were patient with our questions throughout our project, from estimate/proposal adjustments to finishing touches on the final product. The whole planning and construction process was transparent, and they kept us informed at every step. They get top marks for communication. We never felt like our project was just another project to them, and everyone was professional and kind. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

We hired ohio exteriors after reading their amazing Angies list reviews and a representative came out and assessed what our best options for siding was going to be after some wind damage had pulled off some siding. Bruce had come out and gave me a thorough breakdown of what was needed. he was super knowledgeable and put us at ease. insurance took about a year to process the claim and Bruce was there with us every step getting everything answered and done. i couldnt have done it without him! when they came out to the job site, the crew was awesome. they worked fast installed the siding and were very respectful. absolutely amazing crew. they finished in about 3 days and James, the owner came out for the final inspection and even added in a few final touches. i cannot stress to how awesome this crew was. they were attentive to every single tiny detail. From covering every nail hole with paint and picking up every scrap piece of material. we definitely plan on having them do more work for us in the future. 10/10!!!

Eric and I weren't sure what to do with our old sunporch. It was in poor shape and we were thinking of tearing it down and do decking. We had Ohio Exteriors come out and talk us through our options to have it torn down and rebuilt. We are so happy that we picked that option! Derek, Greg and team did an amazing job and were so polite, courteous and professional. We never had to wonder what was going on or where they were. Ohio Exteriors completed a 3-season room that met all of our expectations. The office staff was responsive, and they provided a custom design that met our needs, particularly with the window options and slope of the roofline.

Ohio Exteriors performed an excellent job of replacing an aged roof, new siding to fix rotting wood, and new gutters.

We are very happy with how our porch turned out. Todd and his team were very responsive and we could tell that they wanted us to be happy with the finished product. The only reason I didn't get five stars is because there were issues that arose during construction that could have been avoided with a little more attention to detail. For example, one of the posts was installed incorrectly resulting in the roof frame being off center. However, once we pointed this out to Todd, he augmented the roof to make the issue all but unnoticeable.

We selected Ohio Exteriors to put in a new sunroom, replace our soffits, and put on a new roof. For all three jobs they did a great job and were fantastic about answering our questions and concerns as they occurred during the jobs. Would definitely hire them again if we needed something else done.

We used Ohio Exteriors for our Screened In Porch addition. They were very professional and did quality work! They always left the worksite very clean every night. Would use them again in the future. Highly recommend.

After receiving a few quotes we ultimately decided to use Ohio Exteriors. They weren't the lowest price but they weren't the highest. The quality from start to finish was evident. They were quick to respond in whichever method you preferred (email, text, or through an app).

We first used them to get our roof done through an insurance claim. We got to see what the roof would like via a 3D model on our current home and the project manager (Bruce) went through a design phase with us if we decided to do our siding and replace our dry rotting trim. Bruce was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and quick to address any issue on the project. He even had good ideas and a vision for designs if you are not quite sure how you want something to look.

We ultimately decided we would get the exterior of our home done since they did a quick and great job on our roof. The siding came out great and how we expected it to look via the app. The dry rotted wood trim is gone.

The exterior project as expected took a few more days and poor weather during the project didn't help, but the working crew were fast and friendly. There was a mess left around the home after day 1 but i still believe a 5 star review is needed because Bruce or any other project manager would come out each day to check the progress. He acknowledged with us the mess was unacceptable and would be resolved. I noted to him that a thunderstorm rolled through right in the middle of their work so i understand the need for safety and would rather than be safe, but he explained that even with incoming weather it should be resolved. I think it's great that a company has a check and balance system like this and that's why I keep the five stars with no hesitation. Sure enough the next days it was MUCH cleaner.

I love how the house turned out and it's much more maintenance free with the materials they used. The staff from start to end have been amazing.

Nobody ever *wants* to spend money on a project like this, but working with Ohio Exteriors made me feel like I got my money's worth. I would highly recommend.

James and his team at Ohio Exteriors essentially gave us a new house. When we moved in 10 years ago the house had wood siding and over the time we lived in the house it hit end of life -- nails popping out, boards warping and generally just looking terrible.

Now with new Hardi siding and it looks like a brand new home. They stripped off the old boards, rewrapped and sealed the walls, cleaned up all the nails and then put on the new siding. Even our chimney had a old "rock" look to it, but the rocks were crumbling and falling onto the roof. Everything has been resealed, refinished and looks fantastic.

The design process was a breeze, James came out took a couple pictures and then was able to provide us with a 3D model on the computer to play around with until we found just the combination we wanted. And when we weren't sure about the colors on the computer screen he had samples that we could see and put against our walls.

The entire process from planning through execution went well and well and when we had concerns, wanted things addressed or wanted small changes along the way I feel like James and the team were very receptive and easy to work with always making sure we got exactly what we wanted.

I absolutely plan on working with Ohio Exteriors in the future when we have other outdoor projects to tackle!

I recently moved into my home and hired Ohio Exteriors to tear down and replace old and damaged wood siding. Bruce knocked it out of the park with his design! I was worried about my house losing its mid-century character or looking too cookie cutter and he provided me with five 3D renderings to choose from. The crew that worked my job were friendly and efficient and did a great job cleaning up after the end of each day. When I noted some minor issues, they were quick to get them fixed and addressed. I would be happy to work with Ohio Exteriors again on another project and highly recommend them to anyone considering a project at their home!

We hired Ohio Exteriors to add a gabled roof over our front porch. The work turned out perfectly, the crew was always on the job regardless of weather conditions, and they got the whole job done very quickly and efficiently.

Sided entire house, wrapped fascia and garage door trim, new gutters and downspouts. Crews very conscientious and hard working even though even through very cold and poor weather conditions. Pricing was very competitive.

I had to spend quite a while negotiating with my insurance company about replacing my siding, but Bruce was so helpful throughout the process. I ended up doing a full siding replacement, and I love the way it looks on my house. I would definitely recommend Ohio Exteriors to anyone who needs siding work done on their house.

I absolutely love this company. They did amazing work from start to finish. When they came out to work with me on a plan we sat down and talked it over. They answered all my questions and I was able to see the design on our house on the app which was so helpful. Any questions I had through this entire process they quickly answered. They treated us like family and I love the final product it looks amazing! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Here are a couple pics I snapped during the process.

They took the old siding off, sheeted it in OSB, wrapped it, and sided it. They installed the mounting blocks for the lights I will add when I find the right ones I still need to do some painting when it warms up, but already have had compliments on how nice it looks!

We recently had Ohio Exteriors put up James Hardie siding on our house and replace our patio door. Since we did siding on the entire house, they gave us gutters for free. James, our project manager, was very responsive to us, gave us good advice and was patient with us while we worked through the process of selecting colors. The team assisted us with financing even though we ultimately went through our bank.

The workers were so diligent with the installation. They worked so hard and we were impressed with the amount of cooperation and detail oriented focus they all had. We are really pleased with the final results and while we probably won't have a project like this ever again, we would use Ohio Exteriors if we did!

We did two room additions ( rear room addition and bonus room over the garage ) to our home. Initially Bill helped with the project design and explained to us every step of the project and provided us best design ideas to keep the build costs under control and yet give us what we were expecting for rooms.
Todd & Derrick were the Leads during the construction time providing daily updates on the progress and accommodated all our requests. Project was completed on time and quality of work is really good. Overall Ohio exteriors team of Bill, Todd & Derrick were very professional and it was great experience working with Ohio Exteriors and will definitely recommend to others.

I'm writing this review before our final walkthrough, but as of now, we are very pleased with the experience. For this job, we had our roof replaced. They handled as much of the insurance portion as they could, got the job scheduled and completed on time. The crew was excellent. Very professional. And they did a great job of cleaning up after they finished.
This is the second major job we have had done by Ohio Exteriors and both have been great.
If anything changes, I will update the review, but as of now, I would recommend them.

We wanted to add formal dining space and guest bedroom to our existing home. We worked with Bill who was very knowledgeable and gave us several plans on how we can do this project. The Ohio exteriors team was very professional and completed the project on time. The quality of work was exceptional. Todd & Derrick who worked with us during the project execution were very responsive and courteous throughout the process in answering our questions and addressing our requests. While siding a house is expensive, their pricing is very competitive as well. In short I highly recommend using this company, as they did a wonderful job all around!

The job was performed in a timely manner. To have the whole home (One story ranch) have it’s siding and gutters replaced took about three and a half days. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. The new siding looks amazing and is what was expected based off of the initial model rendering.

We used Ohio Exteriors to reside our house and replace our gutters. From the moment they came out for an estimate I could tell they were personable and knowledgeable. They brought up details that other companies we got estimates with did not which really helped us understand realistycally what needed to be done. What sealed the deal was the digital mock up they were able to do in home with me so I could see what the house would look like.

Unfortunately it did take quite some time for the project to start but this was through no fault of thier own. The siding supplier was having a delay in production. The Ohio Exteriors team was great at keeping me up to date. When the siding finally became available I was scheduled for them to come in about a week and they finished quickly.

They did a wonderful job with installation. There were a few unexpected issues but they handled it quickly and professionally. I am very satisfied with the whole experience.

Over the next few years we have some other projects coming up and I will 100% be using Ohio Exteriors again.

This is probably the best construction company we have used. We had 2 other companies bid on our job and felt best with meeting and plans we had from the start with Ohio Exteriors. They followed through on all aspects of our job from start to finish. The communication from the team was excellent and always prompt to any inquiry we had. The full job, including finish work, was beyond expectation. Would definitely use them again and refer others to use them.

The sales rep, the project manager and the windows installers were so professional from the initial contact to the completion of the project. I'm so pleased with this company. Ohio Exteriors replaced our siding to new Ascend siding. The product is beautiful - it's hard to tell it is vinyl because of the plank style with woodgrain. The color options are beautiful, too, and they have a 3D design tool that helped us visualize colors and make the right selection for our home. The installation was done very well and completed quickly. It really does look like a whole new house!
I won't lie - it was a long wait due to the supply chain issue at Ascend, but Ohio Exteriors did their best to communicate timelines to us as they received new information. It was worth the wait!

Ohio Exteriors put our siding on our house. From the sales rep to the office staff and the field tech, everybody was professional and courteous. Loved the iPad model of what the house would look like with the new siding! The field tech was very nice and went out of his way to help make the house what we wanted. He answered questions, and even took the awning down early so we could paint it and it could dry before they put it back up. You got the feeling they really cared about how it turned out. Would definitely recommend them. The price wasn't a bargain, but it was fair and worth it for a quality job done.

From beginning to end it was a very good experience and result. They did not try to sell me on extra cost items that really were not necessary to make a great looking porch (which it is). The whole team involved were very friendly and good to work with.
