Tried to get him to fix a sxs at mud bash and said it’d be done in three hours. Never heard from him and gave him ample time. Went back and he hadn’t even touched it. But definitely was working on something that came in after mine. Would never trust him with my machine. Was very rude every interaction as well.

Broke a tierod on my 2024 polaris rzr xp 1000. Dude said he didnt have one for it but could either make it for 650 bucks or weld my broken one up for 100 dollars. I rigged the broken one up with 2 wrenches and some metal strap to get it to his tent at Busco risking breaking other things driving it. At this time im all excited i might at least be able to ride to barn and get my party on. It stayed at his tent for around 3 hours no call. I stopped by and asked about it they said give me alittle bit longer. Ok no big deal. Waited another 4 hours and stopped back by. Talked to him and he says i ran out of welding wire. Horrible communication and ruined my whole mudbash experience. I would never bring anything here to get worked on.

This is a very respectable company. I’ve had my truck, four wheelers and now side by side to Jeremy for repairs and maintenance. I’ve never been disappointed with the outcome. Recently I dropped my side by side off for it not running. Jeremy and Ricky were able to fix it and get it back to me quickly just before the snow came. A new machine to me with a new engine and a lot of unknown I was skeptical of taking it riding. After they were done I rode for a few hours and about 30 miles with no issues!

The drive belt broke on my water pump. No way I could drive or my my car would overheat & more problems. I had to get some money out of savings & Jeremy drove me there in style, in a dune buggy. We were only gone 10 minutes? It was fixed by the time we got back. And did not charge an outrageous amount to fix. So LADIES go & get treated right & fairly & not ripped off like some places. I have NOONE. & to tell you the truth, I went there last year for another problem & they checked it for free. Thank goodness all was good. On their Facebook Page, they do a lot for the community too. They are also moving to a bigger place & a lot of stuff is on sell. So check them out!!!! Christian folks too!!!! God Bless you !!!

Jeremy was so determined to figure out the best way to keep my van from scraping everywhere I went. He did it when none of the others could or would. He is very kind to work with. I will tell anyone if they need something call him first. I am so happy to have found!

Laurie and Jeremy are fantastic! I initially dropped in to take a quick look at some tires, and despite their busy schedule, they warmly welcomed me. Jeremy even took the time to step out of the shop and chat with me. When I returned to purchase tires, their friendliness and helpfulness stood out. They did an excellent job on my Jeep, handling both the tires and alignment with precision. These folks have truly mastered the art of customer service, a quality that many places seem to have forgotten. A visit here is sure to leave you impressed and satisfied!

Nice folks and clean environment. Been looking for a winch for my truck and they had what I was looking for.

I own a Chevy Silverado 1500 and already have a Fabtech 6inch strut spacer Lift on the truck but i wanted to upgrade to coil-over suspension I spoke with Jermey over the phone and he was able to schedule me in and have everything ordered and installed the very next week I was extremely impressed with Off-road Outlaws not only did they do a fantastic job on the install but the service i received from Jermey and Laurie gave me that feeling that i was really taken care of on a personable level. I guarantee after seeing the new upgrades on your ride, you will walk out feeling “Next Level”!

Good people willing to help you if your willing to help yourself. They've got some awesome rims and T-shirts, hats, ect. to lol. Definitely worth visiting.

I walked in to Offroad Outlaws and both Laurie and Jeremy spent hours with me answering questions and helping me pick out wheels, tires, lift, and other parts for my Jeep. The next day orders were placed and they made sure to keep me updated while I waited for everything to arrive. A couple of weeks later I left my Jeep with them and picked it up totally transformed! I could not be happier with the customer service or the quality of the work. I will absolutely continue to bring my Jeep here for any work I want or need done.

When another local shop did me wrong and put me in a bind Jeremy at off-road outlaws came through in the clutch. I was trying to get my truck ready for the long trip to Alaska and ended up doing a rear end swap myself to a 14-bolt. Jeremy was able to swap my gears over so they matched my front and I would have four wheel drive for the journey. Having a local shop that does good work and cares is rare, but Jeremy at off-road outlaws runs that kind of shop and I could not recommend them enough.

Experience was excellent in ORO they got my truck in and out. The staff there is great and the guys in the back dont play around when it comes to getting things done. I Recommend this place 100%

ORO Fab is my go to for anything Jeep related, they are Jeep specialists and the owners in my experience are good down to earth people. They are a full service shop doing engine work, electrical and install lift kits shocks and anything else 4x4 related, including wheels and tires as well as UTV'S. They're usually pretty busy but that's a testament to the quality of work they do.

these folks can handle anything you throw at them. If you need new tires, a lift or more major work done on your vehicle they can handle it.

Everytime I've been here for anything jeremy helps me with any and everything I need. He has custom built me control arms and also modified my original fixed control arms and made them adjustable for my jeep that I'm building.

Wow !!! What a bunch of great people to deal with Jeremy had the UTV belt I need for the Polaris RZR 1000 installed it and the white washer while I waited in their fabulous show room in about 45 mins. I will definitely be back for more upgrades and highly recommend to anyone they are worth the hour drive from Hickory. Thanks Wes

Very Nice place and the work done on truck was great and running smoothly with the new clutch this place deserves a 10 star rating instead of 5 and the price of fixing my truck is worth every penny.

Went out of their way to get for me the item I wanted to purchase. They had sold out but called another store to try to find it for me. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. I was glad I had stepped in there just to meet Jerry and his wife.
