Bought some Green Gobbler for a clogged toilet and I must say 10 out 10 this stuff is AMAZING it worked like a charm. Would recommend the product as well as the staff at Ace Hardware Oelwein, Iowa. Thank you all for the help and the awesome product

I wouldn't do business with this store. After speaking with the owner over the phone about a grill he said he had in stock, my dad drove over an hour to pick it up. When he got there they said they didn't have it and tried to send him with a lower quality one. They were willing to knock a whopping 7.5% off a more expensive grill. Their mistakes are your problem.

We drove 45 minutes to get here to buy the only mikita sander in the model we wanted. A popular model that was not available in a 50 mile radius from us. When we asked the salesperson for our sander they replied, "is Makita a brand?" I thought this was pretty funny. The rest of the visit was equally endearing. They took great care of us.

I absolutely love taking time to look at the sometimes unique items that are in the store. This is a definite staple in this town. I am all about change, but I love that Ace Hardware stays like it was when I was a little girl.

This is really a fantastic store. I needed a dryer vent coupler which they were able to find in their basement! They have a super variety of stuff here, which makes it really great when you're looking for that one odd thing. I have now come often enough that I ended up getting a rewards card. Short answer is you may want to try here first.

Good service but didn't have needed part, however they did contact me on phone an did have the fitting was in wrong bin. Other than that I have been treated by 1st name basis an enjoy the help an suggestions.
