I met with Cody about my homes insulation and his customer service was beyond expectations. He was extremely nice and he even accommodated me into his schedule last minute. Cody was great at explaining what I currently have and the recommendations of what I need. It wasn’t just about coming in and automatically trying to sell the service for him; he was thorough about making sure that the services being offered would be worth it for me and cost effective. I can’t wait until the end result. And I will be recommending Cody to any one I know.

Alden came over today and showed me where I was losing cold air from my a/c unit and showed me how they are going to repair my a/c ducts as well as cleaning all of the ductwork . Insulation will be well above the recommended guidelines for the state of Nevada… I am excited for this to start and then I will reap the benefits of lower electric bills and a cleaner house!! Thank you again Alden!!!

I was scrolling through IG as usual and I saw an ad for insulation installation. My home was built in 1986 and the attic and air ducts hadn't been touched since then! After entering my information, I got a call within 5 minutes to set up an appointment for a free estimate. I decided to get the estimate right away (6pm same day). Trevor was extremely professional and cut right to us setting up a meet time. I felt like I've known Trevor for years based on the demeanor of our conversation and how comfortable he was talking with me. Trevor and Wrex rang my door bell promptly at 6pm. They got right to the attic and started their estimations all while providing a friendly, comfortable, and inviting environment within MY HOME! This is by far the BEST service/ experience I have had with any company! After Trevor thoroughly explained the services they provide and expressing what was recommended, it only felt right to pull the trigger and have my attic and air ducts serviced/ replaced with ODIN Energy! There was no hassle whatsoever. There was no up sale, no hidden/ fine print expressions and best of all NO PRESSURE! Again, the experience itself was meaningful, the price point was affordable and the practicality of the service itself will be exponential to my home energy bill for years to come. This is an investment one cannot pass up!

Used them for insulation in the attic of my residence as well as my rental. Cody was in our area in Texas n was my go to person although he works in Vegas. I was so impressed with his professionalism n his immediate response to my messages. I also was very impressed with the professionalism of the 4 guys who did the actual insulation work. Danny and Cody are an awesome team! They were very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made the sale effortless and fun without any harsh pressure and very honest with senior and veterans discounts. Highly recommended!

The process from design to installation went as smoothly as could be expected. Taylor was able to helpfully answer all my questions and gave timely updates on progress from beginning to end. Michael and Darius did a great job with the energy reduction work. A month later, the savings on my energy bill can be seen very clearly and the system is working to my complete satisfaction.

Odin Energy arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept me informed of what they were doing and also explained everything in layman's terms, and cleaned up after themselves. My only complaints (and it isn't a very big ones) are basically detail-oriented items. Some of the vents weren't put back on the same way so you can see the edge of the paint and previous caulking lines. My son's bed (which was directly under a vent) wasn't cleaned up when they left, but it was simply a matter of wiping the dust/small debris off. Also, there were some dirty handprints left on my ceiling in several areas, but again, it was easily fixed with a quick wipe of a damp cloth. Overall, they were very personal and unobtrusive. I recommend them.

I will be recommending Odin Energy to my family and friends. Specially Ken Cheng, great guy and very outgoing, friendly, spoke clearly and explained everything I needed to know. He made the process very easy. Thank you Ken.

Edit on 1/26/2025:
Odin Energy went under without notice, and my service warranty died with the company. My cellular card no longer reports data, my inverter is sitting idle, and I have nobody to repair my system without having to pay for it. Now I'm stuck with a loan payment while I pay normal price for my electric bill.

As I trash Odin for their unethical business practices and Taylor Weiss for fooling me into believing this was the future, I highly advise everyone to stay away from solar companies. They aren't here to solve problems, they only wanted their commissions. I'll be working with a lawyer to get my family out of this loan.

Part of Odin's solar panel installation package is duct leakage repair. Michael D. and his partner just left, and did a pretty fantastic job of running Aeroseal through my ducts. The report I was provided states my ducts had 191.2 CFM of cold air leaking into the attic. By the time they were done the leakage was down to 4.7 CFM. 97.5% reduction! Whatever this Aeroseal stuff is, it's going to be worth every penny!

The field guy (Michael) that sealed the ducts and installed the smart thermostats was polite, conscientious and thorough. Great job and willing to take time to explain what he was doing.

Working with Odin Energy has been an absolute pleasure!

David Anderson, Tyler Weiss, and Michael Demerath are shining stars! They went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were content. I will say, I couldn't be happier with the level of service we have received throughout this entire process! Highly HIGHLY recommend!

Odin energy used to be HelioSun Solar. It is the same company out of Good Year Arizona. No!. This Co, is not what they describe to be. It is impossible for a Solar Co to retained 5 star rating. The way I look at it frivolous .They are only about the number and will constantly pressure you to develop or generate leads/sales., if you don't meet their number expectation, you are out of the door without hesitation. They will turned off the account link follow by a text message and good bye!. Very high fees when designing the system price and mostly always will force you to sale "energy reduction" items. Usually their system tend to be undersize in lieu of adding unnecessary energy reduction...air duck seal....insulation....etc. In two occasion they have moved over different installation Companies. I am a solar rep here in Vegas and in 2 occasions I came across their proposals, and both time I took the sales...close!
It was ridiculous the way it was packed with unnecessary energy reduction" garbage!. I gave them a bigger system more panel and production for less price! deal...! Had a bad experience with them and I am entitle to post this comment!. Apply on your own risk! and later find out!

From the very beginning the guys doing the aero seal were great. They were very professional in starting and completing the job. They also cleaned up after themselves as well as checked, double checked and even triple checked the job before they let me sign off on it. I can definitely feel a difference in the airflow coming out of my vents compared to before. Thank you so much!

The Solar installation and home conversion to a smart home was one of the best home install and upgrades to technology. The team leader Michael and his entire team were professional and courteous. They were on time and finished in the time allotted. I had the opportunity to speak with the guys and thank them for their service. Even setting up my appointments, and getting help with the online service was exceptional. I recommend the company, their services and Michael’s team. My install was done mid February 2020, I believe the 12th. Truly a great experience. Thx Odin / Heliosun Las Vegas Solar.

Amazing service! To see the CFMs drop was so eye opening. They got us from 47 to .9! We are loving our new thermostat and looking forward to seeing a difference in the overall comfort of our home. (and the service techs were so nice and respectful )

Michael and his crew worked quick and efficient. They were courteous with how they worked around the house and I really appreciated that.

Michael and his team were great. The way my unit is designed they had to come back out and be creative but got it done because I really wanted the Aeroseal done. They left everything as clean as they found it. They were all courteous and my all my dogs said they gave great ear scratches . I was very happy with the job they did. Great customer service!!

Micheal was an amazing guy very professional and got things done right away especially with the team he has. I truly want to thank Odin Energy Managing Partner, Ken Cheng. From the start of this expensive project, He has made me feel comfortable and part of the family. He was and is real down to earth and very knowledgeable of the entire project. He took his time to make sure that I fully understood what was going to take place, every step of the process during the project. He was straight forward without pretense, and or any misleading. Always with a smile, and very hilarious and very kind.

Michael and his crew were awesome! They were very friendly and professional. We had some vintage looking light bulbs Michael did not carry on his truck. He made a special trip to the supplier to get the ones we wanted. They made sure to clean up when they were done. We did a final walk through with Michael making sure everything was the way we wanted it. I would highly recommend Michael and his company. We have had a great experience!

Michael and his team were completely profesional and respectful. During the process they called me 30 mins prior to inform me of their arrival and showed up 5 mins earlier than appointed. While they provided their service they showed great knowledge about their product and was able to answer my question about the installation. Along with being friendly and respectful which made the whole installation process more enjoyable. They also cleaned up after themselves quite well. Honestly y’all, I literally NEVER do reviews, good or bad. But the professionalism and patience that the team (lead by a guy named Michael) had for my house (which is an odd house/AC system with special circumstances,) they went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything I needed and literally came back like 3 days later just for this one off bulb for a weird light fixture I have because he was THAT dedicated to this product and honestly y’all, that’s some of the most hard working/driven/focused/amazing character I’ve seen out of a company in a very long time, so much so it prompted me to make a google account and write this review.
Customer service matters y’all, and Heliosun has it, well at least Michael's team does.

Michael and his team were amazing. They were very professional and courteous. They worked quickly and detailed in their work. They cleaned and Michael did a final walk thru with me to make sure we were happy with everything. He even noticed we had some wrong bulbs and offered to go get them and said he would bring them back later for us. Great experience and I would highly recommend Michael and his company if you are looking at getting solar or energy efficiency out of your home.

Michael and his team came and installed our thermostats and new duct work and installation etc... they were so very nice and friendly.
