Odessa Roofing

I would give this company negative stars if it were possible. Last summer we purchased a home that had roof damage that was to be repaired by Odessa. Under the previous homeowner’s policy, Odessa completed the roof repairs after we moved in. During the next storm, we noticed the roof had SEVERAL leaks that had not been there previously. We notified Odessa and they claimed the leaks were not their fault. After some back and forth with the previous owner, Odessa came out again to fix the issue - the issue was not fixed and the roof continues to leak during every storm. We notified Odessa of their shady work and they absolved themselves of any issues with their work. We attempted to get the roof fixed through our homeowners insurance, however, because the roof was supposed to be repaired under the previous owners policy, they cannot repair it. In addition, our insurance company has now labeled the roof “improperly installed and needs repair” and has cancelled our policy. Aside from a poorly repaired roof, Odessa employees left at least 60 roofing nails throughout our yard and driveway in addition to at least 30 cigarette butts thrown about around the house. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS!

I am a local contractor in the area and I have known Kin Evans for a long time. He is probably the most experienced and knowledgeable roofer in the area. He is also upfront, honest, and takes pride in what he does.

We received proposals from multiple companies for our roof and siding job. Odessa was competitive and recommended to us for quality. The job is complete and we are happy. With Odessa, you have the opportunity to work directly with the owner. The project management and support team are great too!

Good work isn't cheap, but we are happy we paid for the attention and expertise Kinney and his crew provided. We've used Odessa both for our own home and for rental property, and will do so again.

Had my gutters repairs, did a really good job. Showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Definitely recommended by me.

I have gotten to know the owner Kinney over the past year and as a competitor of his I can tell you that he is an honest guy. If you are considering using his services, I would highly recommend them!

We had Odessa put our roof on 5 years ago and it still looks new. We live on a ridge and always have lots of wind and have never had a loose shingle.
The workers were professional and cleaned up everyday.
The best thing is that if Odessa is backlogged they don't farm out work to any other companied. We had to wsit a few months from signing the contract to our roofing installation but it was worth the wait since our roof had so many angles and roof lines.

I work with Ken Turner at Odessa roofing on a regular basis and he has been nothing but honest and professional. When I need a roof on my home I know Ken will be my first and only call.
