Oceanview is a great company!! They have completed many repairs at multiple HOA's that I manage. They are great at communicating and scheduling. Oceanview Contracting took the time to walk around a property that my client was purchasing and go over all of the possibilities of renovations that he wanted to do. They were timely, professional and spoke with great knowledge on many topics from bathrooms to kitchens to refacing a fireplace and reimagining a sunroom. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with renovations or creating a vision of what is possible in their home!

As the manager of East Coast Shores, a vacation rental company, I contacted Oceanview Contracting regarding my client's roof leak. Dan and his team promptly assessed the situation and offered assistance in dealing with my client's insurance company to secure a new roof. Thanks to Dan's expertise with insurance matters, my client was able to get a new roof for just the deductible! (Insurance claim wasn't affected because the roof damage was caused by weather conditions)
