The work was completed in a timely and extremely professional manner with Gus answering all my questions and addressing any concerns with both the actual work as well as the claims process. I had Occidental do my roof after hail damage. Gustavo was awesome, he handled all the paperwork, took care of all the insurance issues and made sure that they completely covered the replacement roof. Then his crew did a beautiful job. In 4 days everything was done. The guys were professional, cleaned up and left my house looking fantastic. Love the roof!

Was extremely impressed by Diego Bartosh from Occidental Roofing!! The professionalism starting from the project manager Diego, and to each worker that worked on my actual home was outstanding. I really appreciate them all. Not to mention insurance only wanted to give us a recoat but Bartosh fought for our roof to be rebuilt and paint our entire home. Shortly after I filed a claim with my insurance for damage to my roof after a hail storm, I contacted Gustavo Lopez from Occidental Roofing because I had already seen the quality of their work on another house in my neighborhood, located in Midtown Tucson. An insurance assessment found that the roof required a full replacement, however it was later found that my HVAC system and ventilation was also damaged and also necessitated major work. I have a 1950's house, with both a pitched and flat type of roof and solar panel array that presented a series problems. Also. the underlayment on the flat part was constructed with improper and deficient materials. Not only were the shingles replaced and the flat roof rerolled and sealed, the entire roof was reskinned with plywood, the flat roof received a layer of fiberboard underlayment.

Throughout the process, Gustavo and the contractors with Occidental Roofing was our advocate, kept me informed, promptly solved all problems encountered and completed the work thoroughly and meticulously.

I would highly recommend to anyone who needs work done on their roof.

Had many leaks this last month it rained and wasn’t really sure what to do. My friend referred me to this company and they sent out this gentleman named Gustavo who installed some tarps in the mean time while we figured out a plan to get it fixed. He was very helpful and got my roof repaired in a timely manner. Great work and customer service.

Never had them work on my roof, however, they are extremely rude drivers and therefore I will never have them work on my roof. Saw a trick in San Tan illegally go around three cars, on a busy street Halloween night with children everywhere. Wouldn’t do business with a place that employs that kinda of hothead.
