Once in awhile we get to meet and do business with an outstanding company.,O'Brian Home Improvement is one of those great companies. They repair storm damage to our house and did a new roof on our garage. Mary was our contact and did the damage appraisal. They were on time and made sure the work was well done. O'Brien Home Improvement came into our city with a promise of installing a security door on 6-18-2018 the job was to be completed within two weeks. My husband called Mr. Napier a week and a half ago he promised the door would be completed by this Wednesday 8-8-2018. Unfortunately Mr. Napier is not to be trusted, his word is not any good. A very unsatisfied customer .

My husband and i had our gutters worked on almost 2 years ago. We have made several phone calls and even had Mr. O'Brien to our home . We have been promised several time that the leaking gutter that we paid $1200.00 to be fix, is still leaking in the same place.I would either like to have my money back or have my gutter fixed like the said they would. At this point in time i would not recommend this company .They had done some other work for us and i h ave no complaints repairing the gutter was the last project and still is not done.If we hear from them or get our gutters fixed or money returned we will keep you posted.

This is the worst company ever. They did terrible work and never cleaned up their mess. Communicating is not something that this company does. At all. Several calls were made to get them to come clean up their mess and they never even returned our phone calls. After 3 weeks we decided that we would bring all the extra siding and trash that they left at our house to their office since we were unable to use our outdoor space because of it. Jody O'Brien shoved my girlfriend and called both of us names. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. Do not hire them for anything. You would be better off picking up some heroin addicts off the street to do the work for you.
