These guys came in after hours and started pumping out the water in no time. They made sure everything was dry before they left. I had a water clogging in my basement. They cleared all up.

Company was quick to respond and did a very thorough job drying out our flooded basement, including removing all damaged materials.

The entire team did a great job identify the mold in our house in Fort Mitchell with mold testing then removing it professionally through mold removal. Karissa, Rob and Ethan were very helpful and understanding throughout this chaotic event!

I would not recommend using this company for coating bath tubs. We did ours last year and it’s completely faded and looks really bad. The caulking around the tub I had to redo myself as well. Very friendly people but the actual work itself did not last even a year after $1k + for the services.

Everyone was fantastic! CC made sure we got an appointment ASAP, and they sent someone to evaluate the mold issues the very next day. We heard back from them quickly. We were given a very reasonable quote, and the work was done a couple days after that. They did a good job cleaning up any insulation or debris that got knocked loose due to the treatments. It was a very painless, quick experience for an issue that could have been very bad.

Cici was such great help when my home needed mold removal before moving. A woman who really knows how to manage the business she provides!

Rob and his crew(guy's and girls )were awesome! Very professional,knowledgeable and more importantly to me kind. They treated me and my property with the upmost care and respect. I had an emergency the Saturday before a big snow storm. The basement of my house backed up and was filled with water. The amount of water that filled the basement shorted the furnace out. A+ Restoration responded quickly and was able to pump the water out so I could get the furnace back up and running before the snow storm. They provided excellent service and I am thankful for the quick response and service provided. They also used a dehumidifier to get the moisture out of the basement. Rob is great to work with and I would refer him to anyone in need of these services.

A+ Restoration was absolutely fantastic! A waterline broke and flooded our basement on a Sunday and one of the owners Jared came out himself within the hour to start cleaning it up. We were in the process of selling our house at the time, and they went out of there way to move their scheduled around and accommodate our tight timeline. The team was so kind and responsive as well. They Jared helped dry out the basement and Kevin beautifully rebuild it back in a weeks time (drywall, painting, and carpet) and explained everything they were doing in detail throughout the process. They even helped connect me to a wonderful plumber when the one we were using became unresponsive.

They made this whole nightmare of a project so seemless and easy. They worked directly with our insurance and promptly deliver everything insurance needed to process the claim quickly and without issue.

They are passionate about their work, and it shows in the quality and their customer service.

They get zero stars because they are bad business people. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WANTING TO USE THIS COMPANY NOT TO WALK AWAY BUT RUN AWAY FAST. I am very angry they acted like they care and are attentive when tearing your home apart. I started this nightmare with them March 23,2024 and it is now August 9,2024 and my kitchen is the way they left it in March. Once they remove their equipment Rob the owner treats you like garbage and avoid calls and texts. When asked for documents they send pictures that the insurance companies can not use. They tell you they will write statements then refuse to do so. They only want to destroy your home worse than it already is and take advantage of your bad situation you are In already. The old people used to call guys like this “A Flim Flam man”

Rob and his team have been so professional and patient with all that is going on with our home. We are battling the waiting game with our insurance company as we are on our 3rd claim adjuster as two have left the company and now it's being processed by management and even though our invoice is outstanding, A+ is being fair in waiting through the process. They were thorough and quick to respond when our basement flooded after only owning our home for two weeks, a birthday the day before the flood and the first mortgage due. We are emotionally grateful as we are so frustrated looking at our basement still needing to be restored and awaiting the release of funds to finish the process. A+ is amazing and we would use them over and over again and refer them to all customers regarding the need of service!! Thank you!!! Rob and John were great to work with. They were extremely prompt with the mitigation from my flooded basement as well as the restoration. They were very responsive and fair. The restoration team did a beautiful job of putting everything back together. I would highly recommend them!!

They turned in invoices to our insurance that had significant amounts of work that was never done! Then when the insurance wouldn’t pay all they wanted they had the gall to put a lien on our home! Good news I detailed everything that was fraudulent to the insurance company! This is the most unethical, fraudulent company I have seen in my life!
In response to owners reply below - just 1 example of fraudulent charges that are STILL on the invoices. According to the invoices the whole house was thermally fogged! Nothing was thermally fogged! Rob even told Reggie and I he didn’t need to do it. Plus, he said SOP was to notify the fire department because neighbors would think our house was on fire and call 911! This fogging NEVER occurred!
Another example, another customers bill was repeatedly submitted as work done to our home! Not once as a mistake but multiple times for several months! I have the other customers name, address and more - would you like me to publish it here?
These are just 2 examples of fraud I can prove and I have many more.
As I said in my reply to the BBB, if you truly were not aware of the fraud, I would have received a phone call as soon as I published such a harsh review here. Professionals call that service recovery.

Jared Prickett was honest and professional. What I mean by that is he said our basement water damage was not to the extent of having to cut the finished basement drywall. He suggested to use several air mover to dry of the carpet and replace the pad. He also recommended the plumber they use to address where the water was coming from.

I am super impressed with the expertise and professionalism of A+. They fixed the soffit on the front section of my house and did an amazing job. (Showed up on time and got the job done fast!) Thank you, will definitely be using A+ again.

A+ Restoration was originally a one time only contractor for us to handle flood damage mitigation and restoration in a big section in our Church.

They then became a permanent contractor for us because they treated each project we gave them since we met them with care and professionalism and got the job done with A +. Also, their pricing is OK, not too cheap, not too expensive.

They are real people who want to give such a good service that someone wants to go back to them. We like about them that they are expanding and their profile becomes so versatile that we do not need to worry about finding pros for the task we need to solve at the property just need to call them. Rob Coomer is hilarious and fun to work with.

So we keep going back to them! If we have issues, we solve it by good conversations and not being afraid to say what we think. It's a good working relationship!
