Chris and CityTop Roofing was a lifesaver following some recent storm damage that let water come pouring into my house. Chris came out to inspect and repair the roof next business day. During the entire process Chris was communicative, fair and efficient in his service. He also provided recommendations for things I needed to consider in the future with no pressure or high sales tactics. I truly felt he treated me like he would any friend or family member. I am so thankful I found CityTop Roofing with a quick google search.

Chris was easy to work with and did an excellent job replacing our roof. The quality and speed of his team getting it completed in one day was fantastic. Chris was super helpful when a tree fell in our roof this fall. He was able to come out and put a patch on our roof and worked with us to help get our insurance type information it needed to get everything repaired.

City Top installed a new rubber roof on our home. It is a flat roof, so I wanted to fully trust my contractor of choice. We received inspections and quotes from several companies. I recently had my roof replaced by CityTop - they did a great job and assisted me along the whole process, from inspection to dealing with the insurance company to getting the roof installed. Installation took only two days, despite 2 layers of shingles to remove, damaged plywood to replace and a super steep roof structure to deal with. My home sustained wind damage. CityTop Roofing helped me navigate the insurance claim process, maintained professional communication with me and my insurance company, and completed the roof replacement quickly. After removing the two layers of existing shingles, the team discovered that my home had plank decking - a non-nailable surface. Note: due to having a finished attic space, they were unable to assess the roof decking from the interior. Therefore, the team had to unexpectedly install new OSB roof decking across the entire roof surface area. I highly recommend this company!

I would highly recommend City Top Roofing, they installed gutter guards and were very professional throughout the whole process from the quote to completion of the job. They provided pictures along with the quote and even made me aware of some chimney repairs (along with pictures) that I was not aware of. I really like that this was presented as informative and not like some sales pitch, however I will be contacting them to have these repairs done as I was most impressed with their professionalism, value, and quality of their work.

I am a very picky realtor, and even pickier homeowner. I have a mid century modern home with a very visible roof, as my property is hillside. The old roll roof was always high maintenance. I had to re-coat it with aluminum coating every couple years. I did a lot of research and asked a lot of professionals about silicone roof products and the distributor referred me to City Top. There is a lot more involved than just applying the silicone. My roof needed pressure washed, and a primer base coat to prevent the old roof color from bleeding through new silicone. Then they sealed every perforation and seam with sealant and then applied a pro grade light gray silicone roof coating. The roof’s appearance is gorgeous, and water literally beads off it. I highly recommend City Top. They are a top-notch company.

While in the process of selling our home, the buyer's inspection report revealed degraded attic insulation. Our family needed prompt service to remove the degraded insulation and add new insulation before the closing date. CityTop Roofing quickly assessed the problem and proposed the solution which was consistent with what the buyer's home inspector uncovered. We got a quote from another insulation company, but the scope of work was more than what we needed and at a significantly higher price (approximately 75% higher than CityTop Roofing). CityTop delivered timely, respectful service and cleaned up when they were finished. We recommend this company!
