After issues with the insurance company, they knocked putting a roof on out of the park. Very efficient and excellent communication.

To be honest, I’m not the guy that usually leaves reviews, but we recently had our house resided and new gutters installed by the crew from MadeWell and I can’t say how pleased both my Wife and I are from the results.
MadeWell has been fantastic to work with all the way from the selection of siding through the final exceptional job they all did. Friendly, responsive and skilled service is the way I would describe the whole experience.

We had a significant roof leak on part of our house following a set of heavy storms. MadeWell took my call the same day even though they were incredibly busy. Joe came out and was very thorough about understanding the issue. Thomas and his team were out here a couple of days later working on the problem area and took the time to address some other spots that they had concerns with. I really appreciate the professionalism from this team. We haven't had any rain since the fix but I have high hopes that everything will hold up. I would certainly recommend MadeWell to others and plan on using them again in the future!

We had MadeWell do both our roof and siding with each crew doing an outstanding job from being there when they said they would be, doing high quality work and cleaning up afterwards. A good experience in all ways.

Madewell made every step of getting our roof replaced as easy as it could possibly be. When it started leaking they were out the next day to inspect it. They came out the day before our insurance adjuster came to brush off all the snow from the roof, and came back to be there during the adjusters inspection. They made sure we were informed and educated on the entire process and made everything a breeze. When it came time to do the project it went smoothly with no issues and their team cleaned up our property like they had never even been there. Couldn't have asked for a better company to work with on our roof replacement.

I’ve worked with Madewell twice on roof leaks on a new build. This house was built in 2019, and the builder used the cheapest possible materials which has cause external and internal damage. Fortunately, Madewell’s leadership isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and Thomas Wrobleski not only consulted on proper fixes, but did the work himself. He made sure we were taken care of on damaged replaced areas, and didn’t try to bring a full crew on to do a job he had the expertise to do himself. I find working with Madewell not only trustworthy, but having their clients true interest at heart. Moreover, I’ve referred them to a good amount of friends and have gotten the same feedback consistent with my experience. Seeing Madewell grow their operation over the past couple of years has put a smile on my face knowing that consistency and local business is putting the community first, and keeping people safe from the elements. We have a historic home, circa 1840-1860 with a newer added porch roof that was improperly flashed leading to rot and damage to the wall.
We contacted 4 companies to look at our project, even breaking it up into elements - installing wall /roof flashing and replacing sheathing and shingles on a porch; replacing and painting cedar lap siding; replacing posts and porch flooring and extending porch floor. Not a huge project but a risky mix especially on an old house.
Several companies woulld only consider replacing from the deck to the roof with modern materials - vinyl siding and windows. Estimates ran up to $25K.
Madewell Restoration was the only compay to listen to us and worked to confine the scope to what they did best - roofing and siding. They were upfront when parts were outside of their expertise and would be done by an outside contractor.
Their estimator arrived quickly and on time. Quotes were reasonable and clear. The scope of work was defined in a written contract so that both parties knew what to expect in terms of work, materials, and deposits.
On the day of construction the crew arrived on time and maintained a clean workplace. No loud music or errant bottles and cans strewn about. The materials provided were top quality, much better than home center.
When the nail gun would not adjust light enough not to blow through the thin bevel cedar, they hand nailed the siding, even pre-drilling the ends to reduce splitting.
Every part of our experience was satisifying. I would recommend Madewell Restoration without reservation

SO THANKFUL. During a bad storm it started leaking in my bedroom and my babies nursery. They came out the next day, did a temporary fix because it was supposed to storm later that week and got the roof put on a week later. They did it all through my insurance and it looks so good! On April 2, 2024 our home was hit by a tornado and did extensive damage to our roof . Along with strutual damage , we had water damage , as it was raining extremely hard . We didn't know what to do to stop the rain from pouring inside our home . These guys just happened to be in the neighborhood and they went right to work to tarp the missing roof . I was very pleased with the service and professionalism that MadeWell provided. Chris was very knowledgeable and stayed on top of our project from start to finish. He stayed involved through the whole process and kept us in contact with the project manager. Our new chimney vent was on back order at the time of the installation of our new roof and when it finally came in he personally came back and installed it for us.

6 months. It took six months of dealing with insurance that MadeWell worked through to do what they said would happen on day one. I was ready to throw in the towel more than once and they persevered. Chris was SUPER responsive to my texts and calls throughout the entire situation. Once we made the call to have the roof replaced it was done in a day including cleanup. Holy crap, it was a mess and they cleaned up super well. We added gutters and gutter guards. The price was good and the results were better! I haven't left a review for anything in years until this one. Chris and MadeWell worked super hard for us and earned my money and positive review.

I cannot recommend Madewell enough. Chris was great throughout the entire process of doing an initial inspection, meeting with the insurance adjuster, and answering questions I had throughout. I was promptly scheduled, and they knocked my roof out in one day. The crew who installed my new roof were very professional and cleaned everything up great. Give Madewell a call!

MadeWell Restoration was a fantastic partner working through my roof replacement. My rep Chris Long was Amy primary resource throughout the process, from initial roof inspection through final turnover of the warranty materials. My insurance Company was very difficult to work with; the process took over 7 months to complete! MadeWell diligently worked to answer the Insurance adjuster’s questions by performing additional inspections and testing on my roof shingles and proving a repair was not a viable option.
The MadeWell team managed the bulk of the back and forth with the insurance company. Molly provided me weekly updates and always connected with me if I had to directly engage in the process. Chris always answered my calls when I had questions or was getting frustrated and provided his assurances that the MadeWell team would “get this done”. In the end they delivered beyond my expectations. My roof is stunning and although it took many months MadeWell managed the vast majority of the process. I cannot recommend them more highly!

MadeWell Restoration helped me with the impossible. My roof suffered wind damage on a few slopes and my insurance company did not want to fix the problem correctly. Because my roof shingle was discontinued & also impossible to replace without damaging other slopes, I was about to be stuck buying an entire roof out of my own pocket. As soon as I got a hold of Matt, he provided me with a team of individuals who helped me navigate through my claim in order to get my insurance company to do the right thing. After it was all said and done I was approved for a full replacement and they did an amazing job.
