I highly recommend O’Brien construction. I had a water leak in house. They came out inspected it & got right to fixing it. We had to redo the entire master bath, they were easy to work with & made the process easy. So easy I had them redo the floors in the entire house along with some few other things!

I cannot recommend O'Brien Construction & Restoration enough! We had a vision for a home addition that included closing in a carport, adding a bathroom, and extending a laundry room to make room for our growing family. We had very specific plans and expectations about maximizing the versatility of our new space, and Jon and his team listened carefully, both in ways to make our vision happen and in giving feedback for best practices for both homeowner satisfaction and resale value. We are so pleased with the finished product, from the unique features like a pocket door and barn door to the quality of options for floors, tile, marble, and finishings. As if that weren't enough, they worked quickly, safely, and diligently to meet our timeline expectations. I could not believe how quickly they finished our job while also taking care to be detail-oriented and careful. Lastly, Jon and his crew are friendly, helpful, and fun to be around. They were all incredibly kind to my family, and that special touch does not go unnoticed. Jon and his crews repaired my dormers and installed a new roof. I could not be happier with the work. It was done right from start to finish. My dormers look amazing and the painters/trim guys did an excellent job. No shortcuts and truly took their time painting and caulking. Thank you !

On top of all of that Mr O'Brien was honest. It can be very overwhelming to make a major purchase like a new roof - but working with Mr OBrien was a dream experience. Working with O’Brien Construction was a real pleasure! We wish we could have worked with him when we had to put a roof on our first house. Competent, informative and honorable to work with. He did not try to hard sell us. Our insurance was inclined to deny our claim because it looked like some of the damage was intentional from previous owner, but Mr. O’Brien persevered, and our claim was approved, largely due to his reputation and knowledge about roof damage. Our roof went on as scheduled. Putting on a new roof is a messy job and we were very pleased with the measures that were taken to contain the debris as much as possible and with clean-up afterwards. An inspection team even came back to review the roof since it was finished just after dark and they wanted to inspect it during daylight hours. I would highly recommend O’Brien Construction to anyone needing a roof. It was a pleasure to do business with someone who clearly operated with high values.
