Working with Martin and Javier of Oak Rock Construction on a fifty-year overdue remodel was like having the best of both collaborators and experts on the project! Not only is their work being admired by friends and neighbors, but the other contractors at the site have all been deeply impressed by their expertise, creativity, and the quality of the finished product. Communications were clear and consistent, schedules were respected as was the space - particularly important since I was living in the house. As with most old houses, this one had it's quirks. Not only did they take these things in stride, but always managed to find a solution far better than the original plan. As someone who's remodeled several homes, Oak Rock provided the partnership I sought and made what was a difficult project absolutely delightful. I am greatly looking forward to working with them again.

Martin and his team at Oak Rock Construction are dedicated to the craft of exterior painting and construction. I first contracted with Martin 10 years ago to paint our house and was very grateful that he was still available. He is just as committed as he was 10 years ago. I told Martin that I would be calling in another 10 years. I’m happy that Martin’s crew is coming back for a different assignment shortly. The product is excellent and the attention to detail is fantastic. But my favorite part was listening to his crew. They would talk, laugh, and whistle when they work. It really made us smile and that, on its own, has great value.

We enjoyed working with Oak Rock Construction when they rebuilt the railing for our deck. They took the time to design a railing that will be much more sturdy and durable than our old one. Once they started building the railing, they completed the carpentry in just a few days. I would recommend Oak Rock Construction for their strong attention to detail and work ethic.

Very good price for both new roof and exterior paint job. They did an excellent job while keeping the communication ongoing with status and updates regarding both jobs. Oak Rock Construction gave us a wonderful experience with our master bathroom remodel. They were not only professional and responsive, but also extremly detailed and perfectionistic in ever step toward completion. They also have an experienced and honed eye for aesthetics. Our bathroom turned out even better than we ever imagined. They were also very neat and organized, cleaning up after each day's work so you would never have guessed upon entering our house that we were going through a major remodel. I would definitely recommend them and will be continuing to use them for future remodels.

Martin and his team recently finished replacing our roof and installing skylights in our attic conversion space, and they were so great to work with! They persisted in rain, wind, and snow! Their dedication to completing our project in a timely manner was very impressive and the finished product looks amazing. We will definitely consider them for future projects.
