Oscar is such an honest man! We called and set up estimates with about 7 roofing companies overall, and 5 of them said we needed to get a brand new roof and gave us various scare tactics for different reasons. However, 2 of 7 said we didn’t need a new roof, and it would be perfectly fine to just do a little maintenance- new boots, seal exposed nails and flatten 2 lifting shingles. Oscar came quicker than expected, actually went on our roof, took many pictures, and pointed things out to fix it. He explained that our shingles were NOT the cheapest grade shingles and they were 50 year shingles. He said that the other companies were trying to scare us into a new roof because of the size of our roof- 60+ squares. He was so knowledgeable and HONEST! They came and got the work done quickly and efficiently. I’m so happy to have used them and I plan to use them when we DO finally need a new roof! Thank you so much Oscar!!!

Thanks for making getting a new roof so easy! Oscar was present throughout the process (quote, insurance, installation, etc.) and was very easy to communicate with. He kept me updated from start to finish. One day install and everything was cleaned up that evening. Also, I really appreciated that they took the time to move my plants before they started so that they weren't damaged from any falling debris. I hadn't thought to do so myself, so I really appreciated the gesture!

They managed the entire process working with the insurance company, had my new roof up 3 days after my claim was approved, and finished up their work all in one day. Great experience with East Homes Solutions, Oscar Barrera did an excellent job communicating with our insurance company and mortgage company, as well as answering all my many questions about roofing. They got the new roof installed in one day and had the dumpster removed early the next day so we were ready for Halloween. They even registered our warranty with the manufacturer !
