Customers are fully satisfied

This was an exemplary experience! I had an electrical box on my house that must have been installed by a shady electrician before I purchased, because I came home after a rain storm and the wall in my master bedroom was falling in. A leak in the electrical box resulted in mold, damaged plaster, damaged studs, and to top it all off i had just remodeled the room.
No other contractors would help me because of how "small" this job was. Oak Grove was the only company to help.
The estimate was on point and a great price! I had contacted my insurance about the repair and they declined due to the cost of repair. Oak Grove gave me a quote that was right on the price point my insurance, who I feel had low balled me so they wouldn't cover me.
The scheduling was uncommonly flexible. This happened in the heat of the COVID-19 epidemic, and the day before the repairs were supposed to take place, I had to put the project on temp hold. My family got sick. The company agreed with me that the safety of their workers was paramount, and held my repair until we were well again. No kidding, two days after we all had a clean bill of health, the project was complete! You can't get that kind of service with most general contractors.
The quality of the service was perfect. They completed a wall repair, plastering, priming, and PAINT MATCHING finishing with tremendous skill. There is no lines in my master bed from the paint, the plaster texture is exactly the same as the original, and you would never know I had a moldy water logged wall fall in on my bedroom in the first place.
Lastly, and this is important, was the attention to care and detail you won't get from other people. This company went above and beyond the contract to ensure that the job was done right. Rather than do the one coat of paint as required by contract, they did two (only because its better that way), when they sealed my electrical box outside they also painted that (which wasn't required) and they ensured the repair was not only done, but done in a very astetically pleasing way. This is an old house, with an old electrical box, and its seen ita weather. Now it blends with the new siding, and is no longer a blistering eye sore.
Do these folks have my recommendation? Absolutely! I hate dealing with contractors. You usually have to nag them to do it right, you will always pay too much, and the modifications never really last. Not with oak Grove. I didn't have to nag, I don't have worries about the repairs, and I payed a good price for top-of-the-line service and production! They will handle my contracts from here on out!

Thank you to Earl and his team for the great work they did after i have a pipe leak in my house. Earl was upfront and honest about the expected work time, cost, and also finished a day early. We are really happy with the drywall repair and new flooring installation.
Thank you to you and your team Earl.

Had Earl and his colleagues come out to install the sliding door for the back deck, the shower/tub in my bathroom, and the lights in the living room. No matter how small the job, the work is immaculate. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
