I cannot say enough great things about Marvella. From initially dealing with Mike, to Krista in the office, ending with David supervising the job of the many skilled carpenters. We initially hired them to build a shed/workshop. Work was done with such skill and precision that we immediately hired them for a restructure of our deck, screen doors and stairs leading to the deck. Everyone we have dealt with is very knowledgeable and all have made great suggestions to help complete the projects to our overwhelming satisfaction. Pictures don’t even do it justice.

Both projects are now done so we have begun planning a much needed plumbing issue fix and bathroom remodel. This company can literally do it all.

This company’s biggest strength is their communication. Calls, emails and texts are made and returned. Schedules were set and kept. So refreshing.

I often wonder why companies don’t treat their customers the way Marvella treated us. They will have our business for years to come.

We recently hired Marvella Construction to demo and remodel our kitchen, and while there were some unexpected delays along the way, the end result is absolutely beautiful. What really stood out to us was their dedication to making things right. They worked hard, communicated with us throughout, and were genuinely committed to ensuring our satisfaction.
Despite the challenges, the team was always professional and went the extra mile to get the job done to the highest standard. The kitchen now looks stunning, and we are incredibly happy with the final product. It’s clear that they care about delivering quality results, and we feel we got exactly what we deserved.

Updated: Marvella's toxic relationships with clients continue. Despite having a invoice from them showing a zero balance they have refused to engage on email about removing a mechanics lien they placed on my property and have threatened specious defamation lawsuits over accurate online reviews. Avoid them at all costs!

Incredibly frustrating experience with them. A series of projects they told me would take one week ended up stretching on for three months. They have a dysfunctional sourcing process that leads to incorrect orders and weeks and weeks of delays. Often they make substantive decisions on work without consulting the client leading to yet more delays when the work has to be revised. Despite the numerous delays they failed to accept responsibility or offer any sort of discount. DO NOT HIRE.

Krista and Mike did a very good job handling a bathroom renovation on our behalf. They were a pleasure to work with, maintained excellent communication throughout and were able to overcome several unanticipated challenges in a creative and professional manner. Most importantly, they stood behind their work, immediately corrected deficiencies and did exactly what they said they would do. I have been in the construction business myself for 35 years and would highly recommend Marvella Construction.

Marvella came to our Office in DC to install door handles onto a fridge. Working with them was a great experience. They were very quick with their responses and made great recommendations for the handles. This was a unique fridge that Marvella had not installed so I was very impressed on their knowledge right of the bat about what needed to occur to obtain the best outcome. The team that came onsite was very polite and professional and easy to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for their services as they were fantastic to work with!

I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done after experiencing a water leak that went down two floors. David was very professional and friendly. He covered the stairs and the floors before the repairs were started and cleaned up when done. The quality of the work was top notch. They matched the paint and textured the replaced ceiling to match the existing texture. 100% recommended!
