Me and my wife worked with Erin today. She was thorough with her display of products, her explanation of company policies, expectations of installers, materials, warranties, and price breakdowns. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything or felt intimidated. This is what the experience should be with EVERY company! We had great conversations, a great presentation, an amazing price, and God sent financing options (we got approved for). We accepted our contract, and cannot wait until install.

We went for this company because my wife does construction inspections, and she thought it would be a good idea to hire a company that cuts out the middle man. She was absolutely correct! The price and quality of products reflect it. These people make and install their own products, and they back it with a warranty. Im going to get some windows replaced, then get them to do the rest of our projects done over time. Thanks guys! Erin was a joy to have.

Excellent service. Was able to answer all my questions as well as give recommendations on what to do. They were extremely patient and showed the complete breakdown of everything for all services. Service was fast and efficient

Well here we are again with more issues. I'm 6 years into having these windows and it seems like there's always issues that keep arising. When you try and call there service department you will either wait on hold for a minimum of 1 hr to never have anyone answer. You just get to listen to there music then the system tell you to "save your spot in line push 8" even if you do that you still won't get a call back. If you call any of the companies other numbers the only thing they will do is give you the service departments number and tell you to try again someone "should" call you back.

Update we are now 3 days without a response from the service dept.

Frustrating is a understatement. Let me reiterate this is year 6 and it's been nothing but problems, excuses and finger pointing. I have been told numerous time that the installers weren't of the caliper the your company expects and yet here we are.
The issue that has now shown is I have at least 2 windows that are leaking to the inside of the house around the window frames with water damage on the walls, and im sure in the wall.

They were prompt and professional I'm absolutely going to use them for my windows and we absolutely love our new storm door

The purchase and the installation of our sliding glass door could not possibly been any better if we had gone with ANY other company!!!

I ordered my windows on March 19th and they were installed on May 2nd. This is our 2nd purchase with Thompson Creek. Our sales rep, Guy, was extremely knowledgeable and fast! We had special requirements and he knew all the details necessary. They all did a great job from information on the product to the installers. They were able to complete my order within one day and even replace my sliding door even though it added to an already long day. They did an excellent job on installation. All people involved were knowledgeable and professional. The product looks beautiful.

From the time that Erin walked in to my home until the time that she departed, I knew that I wanted to do business with Thompson Creek. All of my questions were answered, there was no pressure, and I was able to take advantage of their nice discount for the month of March. I apologize profusely for the big delay in doing this review - life's issues happened. That said, the team, from start to finish were exceptional, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Erin was so helpful, patient and well-informed in options for the needs of the home and in answering all of my 50 million questions. Shan was the PM and I have to say I've never encountered a PM who is as caring, timely, courteous, and insightful as Shan was, and also willing to jump in to help with the work. The workmanship of Moses, Ricardo, and the other gentleman on the crew was just amazing. The skill and speed with which they were able to get things done to perfection was stunning. Absolutely wonderful experience! They were so nice and my windows are absolutely beautiful!! I could not recommend them enough!! As a mom of 2 children and multiple 4 legged babies they were very inclusive, and made sure all my babies stayed away from any open windows!!

I can't say enough about the superb job that Thompson Creek did with my screened in porch to sunroom conversion. From the outset of the project, the design, planning and construction was top notch! The company had replaced all of my windows several years back, and did an outstanding job as well! The quality of their work exceeded all of my expectations. Brian and Frankie were very conscientious and detail-oriented. They both did such a good job, and we are very happy with the finished project.
We did have to wait several months for installation, and we’re not very happy about that part, but again, we love our doors and are very pleased with the installers!

Don’t go with them unless you want to waste your money. Spent 7k for a door that they said would protect our house. Someone robbed our house by kicking the door down pretty easy cause they didn’t install the hinges properly. Called them to see if they could fix it and all they cared about was telling us how much everything was going to cost and that they couldn’t have someone out here until a month later to look at it

Came across Thompson Creek Windows at the Mid-Atlantic Outdoor Living show and signed up for a free estimate. Erin came out and walked us through the company and their products. Loved that Thompson Creek manufactures and installs their own product and their warranty is amazing!!! Erin was a plethora of knowledge and took time to take all the measurements and ask our preferences were and then walked us through pricing, discounts and financing. We were so comfortable with the process that we knew we wanted to work with Thompson Creek and Erin. I would highly recommend Thompson Creek to anyone looking for replacement windows. We had an excellent crew from start to finish. High quality product, excellent and fast installation and great communication. Our project manager, Artem guided us from the beginning and closed the loop at the end of the project. Our installer Mohamed did a fantastic job with installing our windows, we can't say enough about his work. Our coordinator, Anna kept us informed the whole way with what to expect and when to expect things to happen.

I recently contacted Thompson Creek Window Company regarding a small gutter and downspout installation. On December 4, 2024, I had the pleasure of meeting Guy Stickley Factory Representative, and he took a measurement and showed the gutter system Thompson Creek installed. He explained the cost and financing options offered by the company and that once we set up the contract a project manager would be out to take final measurements. The contract was completed and within a short period of time Project Manager Artem Abramov contacted me regarding coming to my home to take final measurements and set up the installation date. Artem Abramov explained everything in detail as to the installation process. I was advised on who to contact if I had any issues before installation and that I would be assigned a customer service representative to contact if there were any issues after installation.
I had a small amount of gutter to replace, and I had called other places and when they saw what I needed I never heard from them again. Thompson Creek Windows was nothing like that and Artem Abramov and Guy Stickley showed professionalism and a deduction to what I see as outstanding customer service at Thompson Creek Window Company.
My suggestion is if you need something done to your home big or small contact Thompson Window Company you will happy that you did as I sure am.

My project is complete and
looks amazing. Chant'e my customer service representative called to let me know how things would go and if i had any questions to give her a call. The installer Jose was right on time and explained what he was going to do and went right to work. After the job was completed he cleaned up the world area and had us look over job. Chant'e called me again to see if I was satisfied with the work and again letting me know to call her if I had any issues or questions.

I can't brag enough about this company. They care about the "little guy". Flexible options not only in design and pricing, but locking in quotes for a year to allow you to break up your project based on your budget.

(front door, storm door, gutters, and window capping), explained design, pricing, warranty, and all other pertinent information well. Her approach to sales was one of finding solutions rather than selling me something, and they've been great working with my timeline and HOA so far. Artem came by and was thorough, knowledgeable, and helped with some of the finer details that could/would affect install. Shan is the project manager that did measurements for our windows and doors. We received a 30 minute ahead of arrival phone call. Shan arrived on time, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He asked us initially if we had any questions about the appointment and satisfactorily answered them. He did thorough, detailed measurements for each location. Asked and answered questions throughout the process. We wanted to add color to our doors and windows selection and he was able to give us a quote and update or project cost. He did an asbestos test, as necessary. Our project was updated and an install date was able to be scheduled. We are very happy with this appointment are are looking forward to the completed new look in our home.

We are replacing our window which had a previous leak and contacted this company. The experience was great and we are happy with our crew Lalo and our project manager Artem.

We were in the market for a new front entrance on our home, new entry door and storm door. TC rep was Anwar G. and we were very impressed with him. Very personable easy to like person. He was knowledgable and informative on the products and styles we were wanting. He provided suggestions on options and cost saving insights. He made it a very comfortable sales experience, no high pressure, right now only type sales tactics. We agreed on what we wanted at a fair price. I believe that once the job is completed we will be just as pleased as we were with the initial meeting.

*This is a follow up-We thought it odd that this company would want a review BEFORE any work is done, now we understand why. We haven't even started this project and already we are pissed. When James, the 2nd Thompson Creek employee to come out, to take the precise window measurements, he was great, very professional and courteous! We appreciated his patience while we decided if we wanted to go forward based on the company's install date. If he hasn't been so nice, we would've cancelled the $24,000+ deal we made with Neil and Sity M. While Neil (original salesman) was here, he called his manager/finance officer, Sity M., to make sure this project could be completed by or as close to, Oct, 20th as possible, as we are hosting a wedding Oct 27. Sity M., ASSURED us via phone through Neil, it could be completed by that deadline. We even took a bathroom window OUT of the project to make this happen. What Thompson Creek Sity M., didn't tell us prior to the sale was the 2 sets of sliding glass doors we are adding to our home, would also be an issue. To begin with, we were told it'd be 3-5 weeks for total completion. When they tried to schedule the install, THAT was closer to 5- 6 weeks out! We don't have time to fire them- or cancel the contract and start over. SOME of our windows will be installed before our deadline but not the sliding glass doors, the most important of all for this event. The bride would've walked through one set of those doors to start her wedding. To say we are disappointed, is an understatement.

We had Neil come out to give us an estimate, on new windows and adding 2 sets of sliding glass doors. He was pleasant, courteous and did not "pressure" us at all. Importantly, he was able to assure us this project would be done before we host a wedding at the end of Oct. We've had multiple estimates and although not the 'cheapest' price, we feel we're getting the best value for what we're having done. We didn't mention this, but they also came recommended by my husband's coworker who said 'they did an excellent job for us'. That's why we called them. We are excited to start this project with Thompson Creek! If this goes as planned, we'll have other projects in the future. I'll update this review with the finished results.

We recently signed a contract after a pleasant demo and quote with Stephanie Poteet and I was very impressed by her focus on facts and not gimmicks or sales pressure. While there was an additional discount for signing right away, she disclosed it clearly and assured us she could still offer very competitive prices. She gave my husband and I privacy to discuss what we wanted to do and was truly professional and respectful. This is the standard every company should aspire to! It also helps my cats approved of her :)

This will be my second experience with Thompson Creek. The first was an installation of a huge custom sliding glass patio door which looks amazing! Two years after installation, a sharp object flew into the glass and the sharp tip shattered it. Thompson Creek stood by their warranty and replaced it with no hassle at all. My second experience will be the installation of a double hung front door to replace a single hung door. The choice of style selection was exactly what I had in mind. I looked at other companies before deciding and Thompson Creek was the only company offering exactly what I wanted. I recommend them for their quality, service and warranty!

Outstanding experience with Thompson Creek. I researched and met with agents of all the popular window providers in the area. Not a single one were remotely competitive with Thompson Creek. Honesty, courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge were premium hallmarks of every phase of my interaction with them. They did not feature “flashy” marketing hype to address my needs as did many of the other companies with whom I consulted. My meeting with Mr. Rogers rep. Was a big disappointment and “turn off.” They appeared to be in “show business” instead of customer satisfaction. If you deal with Mr. Rogers, be prepared to pay the excessive costs of their marketing attempts to win your trust, an expense that adds nothing to product quality and installation expertise. After meeting with Thompson Creek’s project manager (name is Artem), there was no doubt that they would get my business. His attitude, demeanor, and knowledge reflected every quality that a customer could hope for. On the day of installation he returned to the job and introduced me to Moses, the work crew supervisor. Moses and his crew demonstrated the same “above and beyond” qualities as did all the other Thompson Creek representatives. If you are looking for outstanding service and a fair price for top quality materials, call Thompson Creek. I recommend them without hesitation or recommendation.

I haven't had my windows installed yet but they are scheduled in 4 weeks. After meeting with the Factory Representative, Neil Waranch, we were thoroughly pleased with the product and warranty. James followed Neil's visit to do the final measurements and place the order. James was so professional and knowledgeable about the actual installation day. He answered many questions we thought of after Neil had left. Great company. Looking forward to getting my new windows.

Stephanie was the first contact person. She was very friendly and thorough in her presentation. We liked what we heard and the warranty and quality of the windows- so we have purchased replacement windows for the whole house. We are excited to see the improvements when they are installed.

On 10/10/24 we had 18 windows replaced. Moses, Jose and 2 others worked all day and did an excellent job. Moses also did a little dry wall water damage repair and it looks excellent. They were polite, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Thompson Creek for your replacement windows.

Project Manager Artem came with straight Ws on his visit to confirm my door and storm door. Made sure all the measurements were accurate from his teams’ first visit and readily found ways to make this transition to a newer door more feasible. I am comfortable with these guys doing what they are good at and making sure it feels like family is helping out.

Second time using Thompson Creek to replace several windows, because they were great from start to finish on the last install. Amazing service to start! We were able to get an appointment for an estimate within a few days, and they were kind enough to have a late evening appointment which helped tremendously. Neil, the sales rep, was absolutely fantastic! Very thorough and understanding of our dog/kids being in his way constantly. We're expecting our windows to be installed much sooner than anticipated too. The price is comparable to most other window installers, and best of all, their product is reliable! We had sound-reducing windows on our first install, and the difference is significantly noticeable. We're getting the same again this time, because it worked so well for us. Can't wait for the next set. Highly recommend this company!!

Erin, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond by coming to our house to provide a reviewing and measuring to provide a very competitive quote, including discounts that perfectly fit our budget for new windows and a front door along with financing options. Artem, the Project Manager, was exceptional for he bent over backwards to develop a custom plan to fix a major issue with a leaky window that had damaged the wood of our wall which others wouldn't include to fix along with providing major dicounts for replacing our siding. Artem spent hours over numerous days with us to finalize the plan, ensuring every detail was perfect. A special thanks to Douglas Parsons, the Operations Manager for Hampton Roads (the boss), who gave the final approval for all operations of this project to make it a reality for us.

This team is professional, dedicated, and truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend! There is a reason for being highly rated on here!!

UPDATE:
This project turned out better than we expected. The Thompson Creek team blew it out of the water. I've added some pictures showing some of the work. We had a portion of our wall replaced plus some exterior damage that was replaced caused by water damage allowing water to come into our house. We only got the front done for now (windows and siding) and will be back to get the rest done soon. Our house now looks like a new build, and we are getting numerous complements from our neighbors. WELL DONE Thompson Creek.

So far in the window buying process Thompson Creek has been amazing. They were very quick to respond to any inquires and were very helpful in any questions we had. UPDATE: Having had the windows installed for a couple weeks now we couldn't be happier. Installation was a breeze, the contractors were extremely skilled and efficient. The windows are amazing, incredibly easy to operate and very well sealed.

I wanted to update my review of Thompson Creek.Our salesperson Guy was very informative and eager to answer questions. He was definitely supportive of the windows and the company. Great to work with! Then we had 40 windows and 3 sliding glass doors installed in two properties in the past 3 months. I was especially impressed with Moses’ crew. Everyone knew their job and worked steadily to leave the property spotless, including the windows. No cleaning for me to do! Artim measured one of the properties, and then checked during the installations to be sure everything was working. He was very knowledgeable about the projects, and a nice guy to talk with. One of our tall windows is leaking badly at the flashing, I called to ask for someone to come and take a look, I need it repaired ASAP. The half asleep, barely coherent sales girl went ON AND ON ABOUT QUOTING ALL MY WINDOWS in the house. For 15 minutes all she wanted me to do was discuss my need for a quote. I repeated my need; GUSHING WATER during rain to be repaired and I still get the quote game from her as though she couldn't hear anything I said.
These people care 0 about customer needs over their own smarmy sales. Shame on you!
I also advised your barely coherent girl that yes we will be replacing all our widows in 2024, 3800sq foot home and I would definitely be interested in a quote for that, however RIGHT NOW water is pouring through the flashing. I might as well have been talking to a chair... ZERO help, and she kept on about the quotes. 15-20 minutes totally wasted since you are incapable of understanding a customer need.
Guess who is not getting the business for whole house replacement windows?

EDIT: We had our entire home windows replaced, your asinine behavior caused the missing out of $41,000. Told ya
