From the estimate appointment to the final wrap up, everyone I encountered at Oahu Pro Painters was friendly, professional, and on time. We had a 10 day window of time available to have the exterior of our house and trim and interior and exterior of our out-building painted. We also had 2 day's worth of carpentry repair on rotted wood to have repaired. They were able to fit our job into their schedule to accommodate our time constraints. Tony gave a concise and thorough estimate. Justin, Don, and Donovan came every day and worked through the rain and wind as best they could. John replaced all the rotten wood and rebuilt our side railing. Sheree at the office was available to answer all my questions and make sure the payments were taken care of. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Disappointed in Oahu Pro Painters. Scheduled the estimate, had someone come to my home to look around... then nothing. I was told I'd receive the estimate that week and now it's a week later and I still haven't received anything. Texted them 2x and got 1 Sorry and still no estimate. Should have had a back up company because I feel like they wasted my time. And I let someone in my home for what?
I think this review was deleted the first time I put it up. So disappointing.

Sheree was fantastic from the first call, follow up and final thank you call. Josh and his crew were first rate, professional and took extreme care and pride in their work. I can’t leave out Tony the first in person meeting, coutousy.

Quality of paint job, professionalism and value of the work were excellent. Appreciated Don for his honesty and giving me the straight scoop on what was going on. Crew was very thorough in making sure that the work was done completely to my satisfaction. I would have rated this company 5 stars, except for the responsiveness to my calls and/or texts were not always to my satisfaction.

The field crew provides wonderful painting services dealing with some challenge situations. Beautiful final products! Big Mahalo to Donald's crew!

I am pleased with the work performed. The crew were great people to chat with. In all painting situations, preparations should be at it's highest level. Given my house has wood rot in some areas, prepping these areas was a concern of mine and the job of patching and filling before application of paint was done. I got great compliments from neighbors. The crew was professional and amazing. The did a throughout job and were very responsive to my questions and concerns. Made sure I was happy with the job. Persistently asked me to check their work and let them know if anything needed to be fixed. Then they quickly took care of it. Even changed a color I didn't care for. My original communication with the company was inconsistent but that might have been due to their change in corporate affiliation. They did follow-up to my questions. Also was impressed how the owner checked in with the crew chief daily. House looks fantastic. Mahalo Oahu Pro Painters.

I appreciate the quality of work and services of the painters who work on my home. I do have a recurring problem of peeling paint from bathroom ceiling, but I think that Hawaii has too much moisture and it is a challenge to keep paint intact. My bathroom has good air flow from window. I have left a message with local Certapro office to report this problem.
In the past, painting projects on the exterior of house have lasted only 2-3 years, but with CertaPro Painters, the walls are intact for 5 years.
