Absolutely happy with everything here. Did tinting on two of my vehicle. Had a couple imperfections in a window. They fixed it no questions asked. Erik is a straight up guy and they do work on the nicest vehicles. Only place I will bring my cars from here on. Highly recommend this shop.

We definitely recommend this company! I had called several places for quotes on window tint and Erik was very helpful answering all my questions in detail and explaining the process and what works the best. Decided to go with the XPEL Ceramic window tint and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! It’s dark enough on the outside but you can see clear as day from the inside! Really nice products! They did an amazing job, no problems, no complaints! Very professional!

Where do I start? Unless you have a top-of-the-line, luxury vehicle, I would not recommend their service.

I feel these pictures speak for themselves, but expressing it would also help future customers.

I got a text message saying my vehicle is ready to pick up. My expectation was high until I drove in and even from afar I could see this was not a “detail” that was worth $190. Before I walked into the office, I did a exterior inspection and found all these issues. It got worse as I kept looking at it.

I walked into the office and asked the person at the desk what the service was supposed to cover because it looked exactly the same from when I ran it through a normal wash. This service supposedly included a foam wash and tire dressing, that was not the case. Then another gentleman says there was “dog nose marks” on the back windows they did not clean.

Long story short, the person I assumed to be the manager shifts the blame on a new employee, instead of taking accountability himself, and also said he failed to look at my vehicle before it was done.

New scratches on the back bumper were found and a huge disappointment in general. I had high hopes for this location, since I, like their website states, take pride in my vehicle.

I’m a huge supporter of local businesses, but this one taught me a lesson today. Again, if you don’t have a luxury vehicle, I would not recommend NWI Customs Detailing Inc.

Only had to do a single window tint, but down to earth people, friendly and very quick service. Will definitely be back for their detailing services.

Eric and his crew did a terrific job in cleaning up my 2017 Hyundai Tucson.
I made a mistake of lending it to someone I thought would take care of it.
Instead they put dirt in the trunk, spilled drinks, candy imbedded in cloth, smoked in it and burnt holes in the seats, etc.
My car looks brand new now!!!

NWI did a spectacular job on my 2023 Camaro! Detailing it, paint correction, applying full car PPF, and Ceramic coating turned out beautiful! They also did a great job on the window tint. Highly recommended!

I've visited NWI Customs and Detailing twice now for different services and has a great experience both times. First I brought my wives vehicle in for interior detail and it looked awesome! They even offered to let me come back after a couple days if the dog hair continued to come out of the seats. Next I brought my new vehicle in to get window tints. They told me to come in same day and were so quick and it comes out looking perfect. Highly recommend.

Good experience from the get go! Pulled up, was greeted by a technician, went in and the detailing began on time. Friendly manager. I was treated very well and by my questions was even educated on the art of the ceramic coating! The completed detailing was very good. I can't recommend NWI Custom & Detailing Inc. enough! They recently clear-coated my X6, and you won’t believe what happened next—20 geese decided my car was their target for a pooping spree the very next day! I called NWI, and they jumped into action right away, telling me to bring my car in for a hand wash to protect that pristine coat. The staff was super friendly, and they truly went above and beyond to take care of me. This level of service is hard to find, and I’m beyond impressed! TY

I recently took my Genesis 2024 G90 to the NWI Customs Detail Shop in Crown Point, and I can confidently say that I would never consider going anywhere else for detailing services. The team there is top-notch! I opted for a complete front paint protection film (PPF) installation, and they also applied an XPEL ceramic coating to the entire vehicle, including my windows and wheels. The transformation was incredible; it looked like a brand new car!

Eric and his team have established an impressive operation, evident by the variety of cars I saw in the shop. I noticed license plates from states all over the country, including Tennessee, Florida, Oklahoma, and New York, which speaks volumes about their reputation and the quality of their work. Among the vehicles present were some jaw-dropping luxury models, including a Rolls-Royce, Ferraris, and Lamborghinis.

What really stood out to me, aside from the exceptional quality of their work, was their pricing. Eric's rates are competitive and, in many cases, better than other local shops. I highly recommend NWI Customs Detail Shop if you want your car to look its absolute best!

Erik and his team did a stellar job on our 2023 Kia Carnival. They cleaned it inside and out, touched up the paint where rocks had chipped it, and did a ceramic coating. The car looks brand new. I really like that the ceramic includes a nationwide warranty.
Looking back, I wish we had known about him when we first bought the car to help our investment retain its value. Lesson learned. :)

We had recently brought our brand new Black GMC Acadia in for a ceramic coating. After talking to multiple shops in the region I spoke with Erik on the phone. He walked me through my options and ultimately we settled on a 5 year ceramic coating. He spent time explaining to me the benefits of each of the products and delivered a high level of customer service, staying in contact with me throughout the process from start to finish. The crew did a great job in giving us an excellent finished product and was prompt in their turn around time. After comparing to other shops in the area and working with Erik, we found a price point and product that would suit what my wife and I were looking for. Did an amazing job on my 2023 Suburban! Went above and beyond to bring my mom mobile back to what feels like better than when we bought it brand new a year ago! We have 3 kids so lots of sticky, sand, snacks, crumbs etc had to be cleaned to bring it back to life! Let me telllllll you! My car was soooo dirty! In two
Years 3 kids under 5 with lots of spills, hidden French fries and candy, spills etc, it looked horrible! This place was highly recommended and I am soooo glad I went! My car looks and smells brand new! Looks like the day I first drove it off the lot and I never thought they would get the stains and smell of spilled lemonade out!!!! I highly recommended! Amazing job; had to get my rear windshield redone hence they had to remove old tint knowing there’s a chance it rips up the defrosters but they did a beautiful job and they still work as they should, couldn’t of asked for a better job!

This crew is absolutely amazing. I brought my 2021 gladiator in for polishing and ceramic coating. They got most of the scratches out from off roading and couple deeo scratches from my watch . It looks amazing like a mirror. Such a great job .
I'll say this we drove my wife's 2023 wrangler there to pick up mine buy the time we got there is was covered in slush . I dove my gladiator home and very little slush was on it . Thanks to the team that worked on it .looks better then new the day I got it.

Had to bring back my gladiator because I put a scratches in it from a drone . The crew washed it and fixed the scratches on for me. They even put a couple new stickers on for me . These guys and ladies are amazing without a doubt take so much pride in there work . Very happy they could help me out once again . Very highly recommended.
