My husband booked an appointment with NW Window & Gutter to get an estimate for removing moss off our steep roof. They arrived promptly, gave us a reasonable estimate, and got us scheduled for the next day.

The next day, Georgi arrived on-time and did a fantastic job cleaning our shingles and gutters. He was so polite, he even cleaned our neighbor’s walkway where some debris had landed. Georgi was very thorough, showing us before and after pictures of his work, and making sure we were happy with the job. We’ll be calling him again in the future.

Our gutters really needed cleaning and NW Roof and Gutter responded promptly to my inquiry and did a great job. They cleaned so much junk out and also cleaned the roof of the large shop we have in the backyard. Its roof had been very neglected and NW Roof and Gutter went above and beyond cleaning it up. Will definitely be using in the future for the moss we need cleaning off the roof next.

After calling NW Window & Gutter, Sven came out to do an estimate within a couple days. Once I received the online estimate and accepted it, his team was able to come out just a few days later. Lorenzo and his partner did a great job cleaning the leaves, branches, and moss off the roof and gutters and applying zinc to the roof.

Svet came and provided me with an estimate to remove my moss and clean my gutters. Lorenzo came the following week and was able to clean the moss off my roof, apply treatment, and clean the gutters. The roof and gutter look real good. Both were friendly and attentive.

It was easy to schedule an appointment for an estimate and Svet was professional to come on the committed time. Ran a drone over the roof after a visual inspection from below and gave an estimate right away. My added request of fixing a leaking a gutter was added for a very nominal additional charge and later that evening received a formal quote with the work scoped out.

It was easy to schedule the actual work and Svet stopped by on time and completed all the committed work in about an hour and a half. As part of this he also went above what was committed by cleaning the dryer vent externally and in cleaning the bathroom skylight! Overall very happy with the service and professionalism shown by Svet!

Svet arrived as scheduled. He did a superb job of removing the moss from our roof, especially the heavy moss on the north side of our house where we have four skylight frames that make it easy for moss to build up and difficult to clean. Finally, he treated the roof with zinc, to be absorbed into the shingles, which will keep the moss from regrowing. All that at a reasonable price. Nicely done!

Will not call back! Svet did my roof in 1& half hours charged $500. Afterwards he said the other half of the roof & gutters were clean & didn’t need to be done. I asked if it was still $500.? Yes! I felt there should have been some negotiations but no!
Also he left a fern in one of the gutter's.
