We sprung a leak in our roof after a branch hit and Victor came two hours later to put a temporary patch on the spot. A day later, he provided a quote for the permanent fix which was very reasonable. He worked around our schedule and when the job was finished, which entailed new plywood and 30+ new shingles, I couldn’t even tell where the repair had been done. We recently had NW Solutions come out to help us figure out how water was coming through our kitchen window. They quickly found the problem and were able to repair the leak. They also made some useful recommendations to help reroute some of the rainwater on our back deck. They were professional and did a great clean up.

Victor is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and honest! His company was recommended to me by a neighbor who’d recently had his roof replaced (and it looked beautiful). When I texted him, he got back to me right away, and quickly scheduled an inspection.
