All Surface did a great job of replacing our complex roof on our historic home -- many dormers and other detail.. The crew work hard, they were friendly, they protected the extensive plants around the house, and kept at it even though the job took longer than expected. The bid was also substantially more attractive than two others. I would highly recommend!

Didn’t have a lot of contact with most of the crew for that the first day. When I had a problem like crap dropping on my garden l went to Kevin and he took care of it. Shingles looked crappy when they first went on, but l’m hoping they will level out after a few days in the sun. Think the valley metal with the peak in the center looks weird and wish it was just flat. All in all the job went fine and I do want to give a special shout out to Alex and Kevin. They came back and finished up on Monday and did a good job. Very polite and accommodating. Nice young men! Thanks.

We are very happy with All Surface Roofing. We had a couple leak repairs done a few months before we went with a new roof. During the new roof replacement, my wife got very sick and I had to take her to the ER twice. All Surface finished the roof quickly and did a good job of cleaning up while we were gone. We had our tile roof cleaned and treated by All Surface. They were prompt and thorough. They cleaned the roof and then came back on a dry day and applied the treatment. Our roof has never looked better! They cleaned in and around our gutters too. When they finished they cleaned everything up and even caulked around the skylights. We will definitely be calling them again.

We interviewed 5 companies, and while All Surface was slightly higher than the lowest estimate, we felt most confident in their thoroughness to address putting proper material around the vents, skylights, fireplace and ridge line. We were not disappointed. The roof looks great. They did zero damage to the landscaping and they clean up all of their "mess" that happens during construction. It amazed us that they were able to do it on a couple of dry winter days. We highly recommend All Surface Roofing.

All Surface Roofing did our entire residential roof and it looks amazing. We were very happy with the entire process. Then a tree branch fell through our shed's roof, and All Surface was able to come very quickly to fix that. They matched everything perfectly.

The whole process was good from getting out and looking at what needed to be done to coming out and replacing all the vent pipe seals it didn't seem like it took that long to do. They even found a couple of bolt holes that didn't get sealed and took care of those. It's peice on mind know that there nothing serious wrong. Giovani, Domingo and Miguel did a fabulous job with our roof and gutter cleaning. They cleaned up the yard of all debris before they left.

Very quick to get an estimate on a roof repair. They were booked out for quite a while to get the actual job done but that is probably a good sign and it was worth the wait. Giovani and Domingo did a great job. They were both quick and professional!

Where to start? First off, estimator didn't set foot on our roof, simply looked at it from the driveway and provided an estimate. Crew came out after I authorized $6500 cleaning of a wood shake roof on a 2-story 2600 sq ft house (so not a huge roof). Service was supposed to clean and treat roof, clean gutters, replace bad shake. Crew used backpack blower and brushes to 'clean' roof, then sprayed it the following day with their treatment. When I saw how much debris they left in between the shakes I called and asked them why they hadn't used an air compressor, at which point they offered to discount that service as an add-on (shake roofs are recommended to be cleaned with air and brush, something they seemed to know but didn't do, despite the bid stating that it would be 'air-blown'.
The crew came out a second time after my complaint and blew the roof off again, this time with an air compressor. I've included a picture of both the debris left between shake after the first cleaning (so no way for the treatment to actually reach all the areas between shakes) as well as a photo of the amount of material that came off the roof during the second cleaning. The crew did clean up the ground well both times they worked on the roof.
We asked the estimator to include replacement of one vent on the roof, then once the job was started they told us they 'Don't do that kind of work", even though they advertise themselves as a Roofing Company.
The following week we had rain and one of our gutters overflowed, so I called again. All Surface sent someone out again, with an 8-foot ladder, when it wasn't raining, and he said he couldn't find any problems (overflow is a second-story gutter).
I have had to call repeatedly to try to get this project finished (now 2 months).
Received an invoice after the work was completed, then notified to wait for a corrected invoice which remarkably was the absolute max of the range presented in the bid ($5059-$6514). I'm not a fan of working with companies that charge top dollar for supposedly excellent service only to have to call them back out 4+ times to get the job done right, won't use them again and would recommend finding someone else for your next roof project.

Estimator was able to come quickly and was quite knowledgeable and helpful. We are happy with the roof repair. The crew was friendly and efficient. No leaks so far.

I found a leak in my roof and needed the roof replaced. I went with All Surface and didn't look around as needed done quickly before weather got bad. Bid was less than I was expecting as well and was told by roofer at my work it was an excellent price. They dropped off materials on Monday and was stripped and done Wednesday. From my experience I would recommend taking to All Surface as one of your bids. Thank you to everyone at All Surface Roofing.

All surface workers acted professionally and safely ,did work required to industry standards. Helped me understand what they were doing and process in which work was to be performed.

Overall I was satisfied with All Surface Roofing. The folks who answer the phone are very professional & friendly. My estimator was very knowledgeable and provided helpful insights to help me make a decision. One thing I wish I would have requested is to have him mark the cedar shingles that he recommended be replaced. This was a 2-3 shingle bundle project and they are not cheap. The reason I would have liked him to mark the shingles is because I trusted his expert opinion. When the 3-person team came out to replace the shingles-they used their judgement to determine which shingles needed replacement. I’m not confident that their judgement coincided with that of the estimator. After all-it is a judgement call. The replacement team did a fairly good job cleaning up their mess. I would have liked to see the integrity of the shingles they replaced, but they put them into a black garbage bag. If I were to do it over again, I would have asked that they be left out for inspection before being stowed away. I think that is in the interest of both parties. I did make a call to have a crew come back to insure that all exposed staples were driven into their cedar shakes. That project was completed very quickly-much appreciated.
Would I use All Purpose Roofing again-highly likely. But I would follow my advice and have the estimator mark the shingles recommended for replacement. That way everyone is on the same page and we know pretty close to the number of shingles needed to complete the project and which shingles were suspect.

Jorge, Bryan and Jovani replaced the solar motor on my Sunsetter shade quickly and efficiently. It now works perfectly. They were respectful and friendly.

It was neither the most expensive quote I got nor the cheapest, but I chose All Surface because during the sales phase, the rep Brett was candid and my choices were simple, and the reviews of the business were overwhelmingly positive.

Things moved quickly once the project was kicked off; everything showed up when the scheduling folks said it would, and the actual work was done in two days (given the estimate of 2-5 days, it almost seemed anti-climactic it was done so quickly!) It took longer for the SaniCan and excess materials to be picked up than it did for the whole time between dumpster drop off and roof completion.

The roof looks stellar. Everybody kept their promises and was friendly throughout the process. No complaints on my side; great job All Surface.

A furnice vent- pipe cap on the roof was damaged and fell off during a wind storm. I phoned a couple of roofing companies who wanted $100 just to give me an estimate. All Surface Roofing gives ‘Free Estimate’ and they even took pictures to show me the extent of the damage.

They sent a friendly, efficient crew out who repaired my roof at a reasonable price. I highly recommend All SurfaceRoofing & Roof Repair Company.

Everything worked out hiring your company. We were home and able to see the process of the work and results of the crew. Diligent and thorough power washing our backyard making our rockwall and steps clean and new! The front porch had never been cleaned with a scrub down and we were pleased after they finished the job! My only comment was I had to go back and clean off muddy footprints because someone forgot they would track, when putting back our front door mat at the end! I didn’t mind it though! Happy with the results-Thank you!

Gio, Adam, Megan everyone was great. Work was excellent! Moss on the one side of the roof is no more, gutters look great. Only gripe, and drops a star, it's little pricy. 700 for treating only one side of the roof, and cleaning the gutters after a discount. I could see if I needed the whole roof done, sure. We'll see if the moss stays off for the proposed 3 years. If not, they will come out and treat again!

Giovani, Jimmy and Aaron came out to help remove an unnecessary pvc pipe for an old gas furnace and to patch up the hole left in the roof. They did an excellent job, finished quickly, kindly disposed of the pvc pipe for us and were wonderful to interact with. I highly recommend All Surface PDX for anyone that needs roof repairs at a reasonable price.

They replaced a 20-year old awning on our back patio. Responsive, knowledgeable, good quality and value. Their salesperson who came by was NOT pushy which we appreciated. They communicated well on the installation itself and their workers showed up on time and were personable and hard working. They also sealed the holes in the siding from the previous awning which, as a general contractor myself, I appreciated. They also cleaned up including sweeping.

We had to replace our 28 yo composition roof on our house. We got 5 different estimates for the job and decided on All surface because of how thorough Ian was inspecting our roof, how he explained what they would do and the estimate he gave us for the cost. Even though I was a little nervous about taking the lowest bid I had no need to worry. Amy was easy to work with getting the job scheduled and communicated well with us. Jay and his crew did a great job stripping off our old roof and putting on the new one. They were always there when they said they were going to be. Worked quickly, efficiently and did a good job cleaned up after they were done. Best of all our new roof looks great!

It was a pleasure to work with the All Surface team from start to finish. Ian, the estimator, spent a lot of time inspecting the old roof and attic, talking about the roof, the products they would use, providing samples and a prompt estimate. I did not feel pressured in any way with Ian as I had with other companies. In comparison with estimates from other companies, the cost was fair and they stuck to it. Amy, who coordinated the project, made sure everything was there on time and provided great communication throughout the project. The roof installers were amazing! They arrived on time, were very respectful of my property, very efficient and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. The old roof was off and the new one on in half the time that I had been told. Such hard workers! They also arranged for my gutters to be replaced (another company). Finally, Giovani and Kyle came out to install two vents, which went very quickly, looked great and cleanup was excellent. Eric, the final inspector, came out to make sure everything was done correctly. I am so pleased with my new roof and gutters and highly recommend All Surface Roofing.

All Surface was great to work with. They were able to fit us in their schedule within a couple of weeks of receiving a quote. After receiving multiple quotes from different roofers we decided to use All Surface for their professionalism and no-nonsense pricing. Communication was clear from beginning to end. Ian even cared enough to reach out to us weeks after our project was complete to make sure we were happy with the work.

I recently had my roof replaced by All Surface Roofing and Construction. While the installation was satisfactory and affordable, I was disappointed by the salesperson's dishonesty regarding the materials used, the fact that the job was subcontracted without informing me, and the additional charges due to mismeasurement.

The installation crew (subcontractors) did a commendable and timely job. However, I discovered that the underlayment used was not the premium-grade version promised by the salesperson. It was a lower-quality substitute that could potentially affect the durability, longevity, and warranty of the roof.

Furthermore, I was dismayed to find out that I was charged more than the initial quote due to mismeasurement by the company. This unexpected cost increase left me feeling frustrated and questioning the integrity of the sales process.

Overall, while the installation itself was decent, the misleading sales tactics, substitution of lower-quality underlayment, additional charges due to their mistakes, and subcontracting without transparency left me disappointed and mistrustful. Potential customers should exercise caution, seek accurate information about materials, specifically the underlayment, inquire about subcontracting practices, and ensure precise measurements are taken before deciding to hire All Surface Roofing and Construction.

Ian came out to do the estimate. I really appreciated that he took pictures inside the attic and on the roof so he could show me what shape the roof was in. By seeing inside the attic he explained the benefit of adding the roof ventilation and how it would improve airflow. Ian left me with the information and got the bid to me right away. He wasn’t pushy and there were no pressure tactics. Would have been a deal breaker for me! The job was done in a timely manner and the roof looks great! I am very pleased with the results.

From the team in the office helping to coordinate the estimate to the team that came out to do the work (Greg, Jean, Jacobi), everyone was very friendly and professional. We had a moss removal service done on our roof and are very happy with the results and would recommend this company. The main reason I went with All Surface is because of their SoftCleaning process and they were so easy to work with.

All Surface replaced the ridge caps on my roof. Jose and his team of Gio and Joshua did an excellent job, with great cleanup afterwards. I would recommend them.

It was a big job, mossy areas were cleaned & treated + pine needle debris removed from the roof & gutters. We recently had our roof replaced along with new gutters. All Surface Roofing did a wonderful job of replacing our old shingles as well as replacing a few of the sheeting that was holding moisture. Good quality of shingles were used.
