nvision Glass

I had a window in the Mstr. Bath lose its seal. I contacted the window manufacturer as my builder informed me there is a lifetime warranty on my windows and nVision glass would be doing the install. A week or so later Mike from nVision contacted me and said when the manufacturer sent them the replacement they would call to set up an appointment. True to his word Mike contacted me within a couple of weeks. They further told me who was doing it. So Nick comes out in a clean service truck which he told me was a spare as his was being serviced. His attire was neat and personality perfect. His professionalism and job knowledge was impeccable. He did a straight up 5* replacement with no damage to anything. This man is really good and my wife and I appreciate his commitment and integrity.
In closing you folks have another valued customer but also thank you Mike on communication and well done Nick.

Nvision glass is awesome! I have used them twice now, once for new construction in which they supplied/installed all the glass, sliding doors, etc. The second time just now, in which they reglazed the windows, fixed the old window hardware and built/installed a giant custom mirror for my home gym. I tried other companies years ago and couldn't even get anyone out to fix my old windows. Nvision has been super responsive, great prices and their installers totally went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with both projects. Thanks guys!

Nick and Paul replaced a window at my home in Truckee and they where great, highly professional, clean, quick and friendly. The window looks great and none of the trim was damaged during the process.
