NVB was great. Jeff Smith (the lead contractor) was really nice to work with, He helped me every step of the way. I had storm damage and had to have my roof replaced & gutters, windows wrapped and new screens. Fence and deck work done. Jeff sent 3 different crews out & all 3 crews did a good job (especially the deck crew) I would highly recommend NVB CONTRACTORS & Jeff Smith

I’m pleased to say that I selected NVB Contracting to replace my roof and gutters after sustaining damage as a result of a hail storm last year. Their rep, Casey Coffman, carefully outlined in detail the steps to be taken as well as the options available to replace the damage. In the end NVB was true to their word and provided quality materials and superb service. I’d recommend them for restoration services unconditionally.

Salesperson walks right past 2 No Soliciting no trespassing signs and still rings doorbell next to "No Soliciting Sticker" and knocks on door. Clearly a company that must rely on high pressure door knocking to sell what can be assumed a low-quality product if it must rely on door-to-door salespeople and not word-of-mouth from satisfied customers. Got them on clear video, so no chance of mistaking them for some other company.

We had a kitchen fire and everything had to be replaced. NVB Contracting came in to assess. They went to bat for us with the insurance company. They stayed in constant contact with us even after work hours and replied almost immediately. They pleasantly worked with us no matter how many times we changed our mind about paint color, flooring type, cabinet style, etc. They made sure our kitchen turned out exactly the way we wanted it to look. They did excellent work in a timely manner. We worked with Eric and Josh at NVB. They were professional, honest and two of the nicest people to do business with. I highly recommend NVB Contracting!

Willy caballero and his team did a wonderful job replacing my roof due to hail damage. Not only did they replace the roof, but they also took care of the leg work behind the scenes, by contacting my insurance company and helping me file the claim. They walked me through this process step by step from beginning to end, the communication was friendly and top notch, making it a very smooth operation. The team worked fast, and efficiently. They replaced the roof on my rancher in one day. Cleanup was excellent, all trash, nails, old shingles, and roofing debris were cleaned up, and cleared from the yard, there were no left-over messes for me to clean up, it was all done by the roofing team. If you're looking for a great respectable professional roof replacement, I highly recommend NVB Contracting, to be your go to contractor. I feel as thou I made a new friend by working with Willie and his crew, they are a great group of people.

Working with Charlie Pizzola and Ryan Boles, it was so easy to replace my roof and siding after a hail storm. They were professional, explained everything step by step, and interacted well with my insurance claims adjuster. They kept me apprised of when materials would be delivered and when the work would be done. The crews were great and the clean-up afterwards was phenomenal. I walked in the NVB Contracting LLC office with a roof leaking problem. Everyone in the office was so welcoming and helpful. Couple hours later Eric Bradley did an excellent job fixing my roof leaks. I would highly recommend Eric Bradley and the entire team at NVB Contracting to anyone. Definitely I will use them again for my next project.

First and foremost, NVB Contracting provided us with a 5-star roof product with excellent craftsmanship. They also replaced our old skylights that were an irregular shape and collaborated solutions to that problem with us at multiple points until everyone was happy with the result. I give an overall 4 star experience due to an unforeseen circumstance the day of installation where the foreman of the job was out sick with COVID. Unfortunately that led to a lack of communication with my family during the installation where we did not know what was happening when (we have small children with nap schedules) or that the installation was going to be a two-day process; we were basically ignored. I do not think that this is a typical experience, however, as at all other phases of the project, I had direct communication with the foreman and the president of the company, who came out personally to our home to sign the paperwork and walk us through the process of filing an insurance claim. They communicated directly with our insurance and adjuster and did a great deal to alleviate the guess work out of dealing with insurance - I even had the president's cell phone number and was able to call him directly with questions, which I did and received patient and helpful explanations. Despite the incongruent levels of attention we received at the different phases of the project, I would recommend NVB Contracting. We are absolutely happy with the finished product. Again, 5/5 roof, and the installation team also did a good job cleaning up.

We had damage from a hail storm to our roof, siding, stucco and windows Eric worked with our insurance company to finally get everything done to our house. Everybody at nvb are very professional and did great work.

Mr Coffman was professional and patient to advocate with our insurance to make sure each repair of our roof, gutters, window casings, and spouts were up to code, uniform, and made from materials that are up to todays efficiency standards in a way that didn’t go beyond what our insurance would match. We are very pleased with the process (including the digital process of contracts) and the results. Highly recommend NVB but ESPECIALLY if you can work with Mr Coffman

I had a leak on my ceiling in my bedroom. Mr. Josh Lambert and Mr. Eric Bradley came out to my residence and went on the roof and inside the crawl space. They both explained to me what needed to be done. On an emergency basis, the work was completed within three days from the first contact with NVB Contracting. I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service and support and outstanding completion of the work that was done. I will definitely use NVB Contracting for drywall repair and painting in the future.

We engaged NVB to repair serious water damage to our home after a pipe burst and leaked through and damaged all 3 floors of our home. It was easy to work with them, their team was respectful to my home and family while they were in there working for over 3 weeks, and the quality of their work was excellent. In many cases they fixed preexisting imperfections during the course of their work so we feel it looks better than before the incident. We are very happy with the outcome.

-Repaired 3 bathrooms including floor tiling and drywall
-Replaced carpet in 5 rooms, 2 hallways and a set of stairs
-Repaired and replaced drywall on all three floors - walls and ceilings
-Matched color and painted all damaged rooms, doors, trim, and moldings
-Installed over 1200 square feet luxury vinyl plank flooring to include LVP on the stairs leading to the basement

Used nvbcontracting years ago … new roof . Was very happy with whole project . Called years later to have sliding door replaced. Had other companies out for estimate. Then remembered nvb. Called and they referred me as a returning customer to Eric the owner. He set things in motion and new to door was installed almost $2000 less than other quote (yes same exact door as others). Rory Zack and the two crews he brought with him removed and replaced approximately 80 square of shingles on our house and shop in one day! The crews did an excellent job, removing and installing the shingles. After completing the roofing, they cleaned up all around the buildings. There was no evidence that they were even here for the whole day. Thanks to them all for an excellent job.

I was very happy with the jobs they have done very professionally done I also recommended them to many of friends.

We used NVB after a distasteful experience with another roofing contractor and are so glad we made the switch! We ended up replacing our roof and adding brand new siding and trim to our house, all of which NVB handled. Eric was incredibly responsive and honest in his assessment and pricing. We appreciated the efficient workers (I think they accomplished everything in 2 days!) and they did a wonderful job cleaning up. We have a dog and were concerned about nails and other detritus in the yard, but NVB had a worker present whose entire job was cleaning up. We would definitely use them again!

NVB’s Eric is very helpful, proactive and thoughtful in explaining the process of roof replacement , working with insurance and timely completing the job. NVB s work is of good quality and also supported with minor fixes around the house .

We had storm damage, and our neighbor recommended calling NVB. They were very responsive and came out to do a free assessment of the house. We had damage to the roof, siding, screens, and gutters/downspouts. NVB worked with us and our insurance company to make sure everything was covered and done quickly. They did a great job with the repairs!

Someone in their logo covered custom white truck almost ran me and my 13 month old child off the road because they wanted to get around a semi. They literally pushed cars in the left lane off the road so they could drive in the middle of two lanes at 70+mph. Insane, reckless, and selfish. Slow down, you’re going to kill someone, not good look for a company vehicle.

We contracted with NVB to do a full siding job on our end unit townhouse. NVB was great to work with in every way. Was prompt and detailed from estimate through job completion. Great communication and quality work. Would recommend!

NVB stopped by my house and offered to inspect my roof. I had a leak in the past that had been repaired by a handyman that had reappeared. I was told that my roof definitely needed replacing and they would work with my insurance company to make it a smooth process. I was hesitant to file a claim but did after NVB assured me that my roof would qualify for insurance replacement. My insurance company said the roof did not need replacement and was in good condition, only needing very few shingles replaced (about a $600 repair). As part of their inspection, the insurance company removed a shingle leaving a small bare spot on my roof. Once they heard from the insurance company, NVB would barely return my phone calls but eventually said they would re-inspect my roof and work with the insurance company to appeal their findings. NVB never came out and weeks later they contacted me and said they would not continue the relationship. So now I have to have a small repair job done and I have to go through the process again to find someone to come out and make the repairs. Long story short, NVB assured me that my roof would qualify for insurance replacement and when that turned out to be false they wouldn't come out to make the repairs. AVOID NVB!!!

I used NVB contracting for a new roof, some new windows, and new gutters. They helped me to get money through my insurance company for the roof and to repaint some of the inside of my house. The work done was top quality. The people who worked on my house were very professional. My project manager was Frank and he was very responsive and helpful. I plan to use NVB again for my next home project.

This company was wonderful to work with at the beginning and i tjought that i was making a good choice going through them, however they have since moved on to harassing me over less than $1000 despite me telling them multiple times in person and in writing that i will pay them the remainder of what is due as soon as I'm financially available. If i were you, i would look elsewhere before doing business with a company that wants to harass a 72 year old retired woman during a pandemic.

Highly recommend, great service, very professional, can't say enough. We have a very large roof, they came out and got it all done in a single day. Roof looks FANTASTIC!! Team took great care to cover the entire front of the house to protect the windows and landscaping while removing the old roof. NVB's crew did a great job on my roof. They showed up on a Saturday which I requested, got a very early start, and finished by noon. They did a great job on the roof, and not only did they clean up my yard, but they made sure to clean up both of my neighbors yards as well. The roof looks great! Can't be happier.

I had a GREAT experience with NVB Contracting. We have had some pretty strong winds lately, and I had noticed shingles missing. I called NVB in the morning, and by 11:00 Jhonatan Zelaes was here to give me a quote. He gave the quote by climbing on the roof and taking pictures to send to my phone. He gave us a quote and returned 2 days later to finish the job. Jhonatan and his team were professional and cleaned up when the job was done. I highly recommend this company.

NVB recently replaced our roof of 22 years. They did a fantastic job. Not only on time, but well within our budget. They installed a roof vent which we did not originally have. Only issue is they needed to come back and replace some missing gutter gourds. They did this promptly and without hesitation. I highly recommend them to anyone needs a new roof.

We had an excellent experience working with NVB. Our roof had hail and wind damage. NVB did a great job replacing the roof and damaged window screens. The NVB team, led by Jhonatan, provided frequent and thorough updates throughout the process. There was one minor area of our siding damaged during the project. Jhonatan arranged for the team to replace the piece of siding and apply matching paint - for a perfect repair. The roof on our screen porch required a creative modification to slope away from the house. NVB's team spent extra time identifying the best approach and fabricating a solution that was better than the original design. I highly recommend NVB for any roofing projects!

This is the third time I have had the pleasure of contracting roof replacement with NVB. The first was at my home in Fredericksburg VA, the results being so satisfactory that I went back to them to have my mothers roof replaced 3 years years later, and just lately, when my vacation home in the Shenendoa mountains needed replacement who else would I go to but NVB. Once again the cost estimate was well below some larger and well advertized companies and in line with local "mom and pop" companies. NVB arrived at the agreed time and date, performed the needed work in one day, replaced damaged plywood and thoroughly cleaning the site of all material. The crew was courtious, kept me informed of needed repairs and welcomed me up on the roof to explained where additional work was needed. I am quite satisfied with the work performed and gladly recommend their work to others.

Be careful with these guys. When they lay a contract out infront of you and call it a waiver you better read the entire contract. You're essentially signing your right to hire a contractor of your choice away at that point and if you want out of the contract they will threaten you with a lawsuit. A lie can hurt you but in this case the truth hurts more.

We highly recommend NVB Contracting. After a hailstorm, our whole roof had to be replaced. We had our insurance company inspect our roof for storm damage and the insurance company approved the replacement before we signed a contract with NVB.  Working with NVB has been a great experience from start to finish. Willie Gomes is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained every step and detail of the process and handled all the paperwork with the insurance. Throughout the process he was in touch regularly to keep us informed. The whole crew was also very professional. The new roof is beautiful. We got a great new roof for very little out of pocket.

They came to the house to do an estimate never to be seen nor heard from again despite several phone calls to the main office and to the sales rep. Ended up calling them every day and every time someone answered the phone I had to explain everything to them again not get a return call.

Had a terrible experience with NVB. There was a lack of communication on their part. I felt like I had to chase them to get the work down. The work itself is great quality, but customer service was less than one star. CEO is very unprofessional, actually mocked me while talking to him. I do not recommend this company at all.
