- They always arrived on time and were very communicative.
- From the initial estimate to the final inspection, Robert kept me updated on progress.
- The pricing was competitive and the work that was done was nearly perfect.
- They had the best price with the highest quality.
- I absolutely love my new deck which was ready just in time for my daughter's 21st birthday party.
- Robert cashed a $500 dollar check for a repair that was supposed to be done on my deck and then never did the work.
- He dodged my calls from my number several times, and I eventually got a hold of him off a different number.
- He promised me a refund, yet that still hasn’t been done.

Bobby is really a 10 star contractor. He is an amazing and his assistant Paul is so wonderful. They help keep our home up to date for safety and beauty. Over the years, he has built us two new decks, a gazebo for our pool because a tree had fallen on other one. He built us 300 ft of fence that is amazing, renovated our porch which was 83 years old, installed new doors and windows, fixing several electrical problems, fixed a major leak in our daughters bedroom which was a real problem and he replaced the drywall. He replaced our roof which had 8 leaks. And he replaced our deck off our balcony, which was totally unsafe from serious aging. He does everything including painting. He is very reasonable in pricing and when he builds something it could withstand an earthquake. They are both so honest and agreeable, we can ask anything and they will do it. And we ask for unusual accommodations. I implicitly trust Bobby and Paul with our aging home. Absolutely hire Bobby who owns NV Improvements. He is a genuine carpenter but is trained in anything. He also is skilled in maintaining inground pools. He can do anything and he enjoys it. You will never think twice after you hire him . He has been helping us for almost 10 years. Bobby Morris is also extremely meticulous and Paul makes your surroundings where they work cleaner than it has ever been. Your home is spotless when they leave.

Robert is extremely talented. No job to big or to small. Just completed replacing my asphalt driveway with concrete, rebuilding the retaining wall that lined the driveway, and replacing my front sidewalk while redesigning the steps to make them safer. He completed the job quickly and professionally. Robert also built a pool house for me as well. I simply provided his a picture of what I had in mind and he exceeded all my expectations!
He is extremely responsive and his pricing is fair. Robert is extremely trustworthy, and always has the customers best interests in mind. Highly recommend him for any home improvement project you may have.

Robert and his crew did a phenomenal job doing a bunch of drywall repair for us after we had to replace piping in our home. They got back to us quickly about our inquiry right from the start and made it out within a few days after the quote to start the project. They always arrived on time and were very communicative. They were respectful of our home (covering furniture where needed, moving furniture carefully, putting it back, and cleaning up after the job was done).
The work itself is amazing. We had so many holes in our ceilings from the plumbing work and now you can’t even tell where the holes were. Some of our ceilings even have that textured design and they matched it up really well both from a texture standpoint and color. Very impressed and we plan to be repeat customers for some other repairs we’d like done to our home. Thank you SO much!!!

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
