I contacted Green Oak Exteriors due to a potential roof leak and Nathaniel helped get someone out to my place the next day. Erick showed up on time and was very honest and transparent. He answered all my concerns and what I really liked about them was they did not push me to replace everything. I agreed to monitor the leak over the next few weeks and if it continues to be a problem, I'll def contact Green Oak!

I have my roof replaced by Green Oak Exteriors. The job performed was excellent and the experience from beginning to end was outstanding.

From the moment I reach out and spoke with Nathaniel Menezes from Green Oak Exteriors, the process was explained and followed as planned. Their inspector and contractors were always on time and very professional. And when I mean on time, I mean the schedule was followed as promised. I was pleasantly surprised considering I live in Caroline County and the company is based in Woodbridge.

Their pricing was also excellent and within my budget and Nathaniel ensured my schedule was also taken into consideration. In essence their attention and care for me was a FIVE STAR. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Staff is very knowledgeable and readily available to fully explain procedures to the client. The company sent someone to inspect the roof and take pictures who returned later to meet with the insurance field representative. Staff from Green Oak Exteriors coordinated with the insurance company office representatives for review of technical and non-technical documents related to the findings of both organizations. The team to install the roof was able to complete the work in less than half a day including time to clean up the ground area.

During a recent heavy rain, we noticed a leak in our family room ceiling. We called Green Oak the next day. To our surprise, someone actually answered the phone, took our information and later that day a technician came to the house. After an inspection a small problem was discovered with one of the shingles, and the technician made a quick repair. An even greater surprise there was no charge other than to ask that we consider the company again for roofing work. There's no question, Green Oak will be the first company we call.

Just amazing. They handled everything from start to finish with the insurance claim. Although the claim was not approved, the price to finishing the needed repairs was very reasonable and far. I would highly recommend them again.

Excellent service. Had a roof leak - they came out within a few hours to tarp it up while I went through the insurance claim process. Had a complicated insurance claim that required a full roof replacement, interior ceiling repair, and repair/reinstall of solar panels from my solar vendor. They handled the roof replacement and ceiling repair/repaint in-house, and coordinated with the solar vendor to get it all done in a very fast, timely manner after receiving authorization/approval from my insurance company.

I highly recommend Green Oak Exteriors! We needed to replace our French exterior doors due to a broken window. I got several quotes and their prices were comparable to other contractors, but what set them apart was the service. James was great about explaning the process, including timelines. He was able to get someone over to my house same day to measure the doors. Estimates for door delivery was spot on, and the installers were able to come next day. Josue Alas and Enrique were very professional. They were on time, took the extra step of replacing some rotted wood around the frame of the doors, and adjusted the fit of the doors to our liking. They informed us the old doors were not well installed and had almost no caulking (which explains the drafts in the winter!). We are very happy with our new doors and will be reaching out to Green Oak Exteriors for our future projects.

Green Oak was so patient when helping us to review our options for repairing a leak in our roof. James was incredible to work with as was the gentleman who made the repairs. We got plenty of consults and estimates and Green Oak was the most honest and fair. They did a full roof tune up, stayed in constant communication before, during, and after the repairs, and continued to troubleshoot the leak efficiently until it was resolved. I can't give this company 10 stars or I would. James Albittar was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. My mother's town home was in dire need of new siding. But she is on a fixed income. So this was our first time having a roof replaced and I sent a message to get quotes on Angie’s List. I heard back from many companies to include Green Oak. James was very helpful with the entire process. He helped us work with the insurance company to pay for the entire repair and replacement of a new roof. I really appreciated all the work he did, and while we never met face-to-face, which I prefer, he was very responsive with all our questions and concerns at all times.

I was even so confused one night about the monies and process of paying my deductible and he took his time to explain it so that I could understand and feel reassured that everything was being done above board. I really appreciated that extra step and felt far more confident that his business was a reputable one to recommend to our neighbors, should they need one. Dealing with contractors and repairs can become stressful, but James took his time to call vs text so that I could feel at ease knowing that this process was how the industry deals with roof replacements. Once I got the education from him and spoke with the adjuster I had a better understanding.

Very straight forward company without gimmicks or sales pressure tactics. Eric from Green Oak Exterior inspected our roof since we had a storm in August 2023 that took down many trees in our neighborhood! Previous Roof company’s looked at our roof with estimates of 50 -60K. Green Oak Exteriors called our insurance company and Eric meet with the representative and showed him the damage and agreed to cover the damage with the exception of our deductible! The process was straight forward from start to finish. We now have a new roof that any homeowner can be proud of and not having to worry if it was installed correctly. The employees were careful of landscaping and surrounding areas that were cleaned of roof debris upon completion of work!

Erick came out to estimate a leak repair and recaulked our vent boot to fix the issue. very quick and professional!

He also gave me advice on other areas of my roof and offered to come fix siding flashing that I wanted to repair

My drywall was replaced and repaired by Francisco and his partner. They reported to my house an hour early which was great. Francisco explained the scope of the work to be done and how long it should take to make the repairs. The team was professional and very knowledgeable. I recommend Green Oak contractors for future projects.

Why 5 stars in a review? I will start by saying I am NOT a review person, but always expecting the world class customer service. Green Oaks Exteriors delivered. From our first interaction with one of the installers was great. Vicki took care of the entire process and walk me thru it. Basically they do everything and you make sure to be home the day of the visits. The team that did our roof was outstanding, fast, corteous and they cleaned up everything. They earned the 5 stars review and recommend them 100%.

This was the second time we used Green Oaks (first time new roof). Needed exterior and interior painting done - Mario and his team were excellent, very thorough and efficient! Thanks to James at GO for finding the best trades people - all extremely professional and courteous.
