Kraig removed and enlarged my front porch and replaced the siding before I had an appraisal done. I am so pleased with the final result! When the appraiser walked in, he looked around somewhat confused and asked, “Is this a new house?” I’ve also had two neighbors come over after they saw my finished porch and ask for Kraig’s information so they can have him to redo theirs as well! Kraig torn down and redid our deck and did a great job. Made us wish we had done it much earlier. He recommended and changed the stair placement which made a huge difference in usability. Solid work. Already have him lined up for a couple new projects.
