June 26, 2023 I was standing on our back porch and was texting both of my sisters, one in Illinois and the other in Northern California. The wind began to blow and it began to hail until our patio was completely covered with hail stones. Because I was in the middle of texting I also video taped the entire storm. I did not realize at that time the damage that hail storm had done to our roof. In the summer of 2024 NuRoof was in our neighborhood and asked permission to look at our roof with a drone. I agreed and that inspection showed possible damage from the hailstorm the summer before. After inspections by NuRoof and our insurance company representative it was determined that the damage warranted the removal of the roof and a new roof needed to be installed. By the time all of the paperwork was taken care of the weather had become cold and wintery and doing a roof replacement at that time was not a good idea. Once to fear of more snow and bad weather was passed our shingles were delivered on Saturday and the NuRoof crew showed up at 7:30 am on Monday. The crew got to work covering our bushes around our home and began to remove all of the old roof, down to the bare wood. By around 4:30 that afternoon the job was complete. The crew made sure every scrap of the old roof and all roofing nails were picked up. The manager on the job flew his drone over the roof and took a series of great pictures showing every detail of the completed job. Since that day many of our neighbors have asked us who did the work and were all amazed that the whole job was completed in one day. We have had lots of complements on our new roof and we have given contact information to a number of our neighbors so they too can get in touch with NuRoof. Great job NuRoof!!
