Only place I’ve dealt with this company was in the College Mall. They kept coming to ‘fix’ an issue with the roof leaking. Kept coming and saying that it was the AC unit. Finally after a year and a half they admitted it was the roof, but still didn’t fix it. If I could give them less than a one star I would.
The largest group of incompetent "roofers" this side of the Mississippi. They have the current contract for Simon Property Group properties. They pitched the roof towards an A/C unit. That caused water to come into the A/C unit every time it rained. Everyone knows that electricity and water don't mix. Well, everyone except for Nu-Tech Roofing. Needless to say, the A/C stopped working and water would come through the roof/ceiling every time it rained. They kept blaming everything else beside their sloppy work. Never hire this company for anything. Won't stand behind their work or any problems that they cause.
I haven't personally used their services, however, one of their trucks was driving on the road while geese were crossing. The truck didn't stop for them and had the geese not ran extremely fast they would have hit them, which is against the law. As a consumer, I would never want to do business with a company that has employees that act that careless. As employees are a representation of a company, I would steer clear of this one.
