Ryan & his crew did a bang up job on our roof. We met with 4 different roofers & we are very pleased we went with NS Roofing. We had some problems with the insurance company & Ryan worked with us to resolve all issues. He was easy to deal with & very prompt when we called. We could not be happier with the job his crew did. They showed up when they said & cleaned up after the job was complete.

Ryan with NS Roofing was professional and provided top notch service and expertise as I needed a new roof and gutters from previous storm damage. Ryan met the insurance adjuster at my home to insure the inspection was completed thoroughly, and he pointed out code issues with my attic, which allowed for a more substantial insurance payout. A supplemental claim needed to be filed and Ryan communicated with the adjuster and insurance company for me. The customer service I received from NS Roofing was excellent, because I did not have to do any communicating ,which was a huge bonus for me. The crew that replaced the roof was very swift....one day, and they put up nets all around my house to catch debris, nails etc from lingering in my yard or landscaping.. Since the roof replacement, Ryan has come out to check for damage for the last wind storm. Overall experience was amazing, and I will definitely refer NS Roofing to friends, relatives and Real estate agents.

Ryan provides the best customer service in a timely and attentive manner. When bidding a project he explains what needs to be done and shows up with subcontractor. He also checks in during the progress and reviews the completed job to his and my satisfaction. He provides pictures of the completed job when it is located in hard to reach places so that you can actually see what was done. I intend to use his services in future projects and recommend him to my family and friends.
