NS Building Solutions were on time and very professional! The job was done in the time frame that was remarkable! The price was a bit on the high side. But, was done so well that I felt I got my money's worth! I highly recommend them for their professional attitude and quality of work!

We had our 40yr. old standing seam roof replaced and we had a wonderful experience with NS Building Solutions. From our first call for a quote to receiving our invoice the entire team was professional and responsive. The on-site Team finished the job on-time and left our yard just as they found it. I would highly recommend NS Building for your roofing needs.

John in the office has been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Micah was also great as a professional who made sure the job got done correctly unlike the previous contractor. He came out repeatedly, always with a great attitude, and insisted that we shouldn't pay until the repair had proven to be effective over quite a few months. My only regret is that I didn't know about their company sooner and I would highly recommend them!!

Easy to work with. Responsive. Show up when they say they will. They installed a screw down metal roof on a outbuilding/blueberry processing barn we are restoring. Installation was efficient (had done in ~5hrs) and crew left work area tidy, quality job done.

Two years ago (then Ace Roofing) installed metal roofing on our home. We were very pleased with the timeliness, quality of work, and price. Last month they (now NL Building Solutions but same skilled crew) installed identical metal roofing on the garage. Again everything was excellent and now the roofs will outlast us! Would we recommend or hire them again? Absolutely.

Great company to deal with from the original call to installation they were very professional. Came right away to look at my problem and the same day I had a quote. Micha and his capable team were truly responsive to all questions and were easy and professional in all interactions. The final product is of the highest quality. I was impresses that Micha came out to inspect the completed building within a couple days of construction and dealt with a couple minute corrections within a day. Well done. I would hire them again. Our experience with NS Building Solutions was superb from start to finish. After a previous roofing contractor cancelled on us with very short notice, we were able to get NS Building Solutions out to take a look at our needs and they really came through for us.

Working to our specifications and within our budget, they installed a beautiful roof on our new construction timber-frame barn and they got it all done ahead of their projected schedule.

Every interaction with them was positive and professional, from the first visit by Noah the estimator, working with John at the main office on the contract details, and dealing Wilmer and his crew who did the install.

John, Noah, Matt and all the team members we dealt with at NS Building Solutions were extremely professional and courteous. Early on they set the expectation for what was going to be done and how it was going to be done. They put roofs on both our garage and a portion of our house and even removed and replaced rotted plywood above the garage roof they were installing. Ultimately they ended up being able to get the job done even sooner than was initially discussed which for us was a huge bonus with fall right around the corner. We appreciate all the work they did! A fantastic job at a fair price!

We hired them to replace our worn-out shingles on our garage with metal roofing and so very glad that we did. Very professional and polite crew. They certainly knew what they were doing and did it correctly and in record time. We had nothing to clean up after. All we had to do was stand back in awe at the work they performed.

The company was fast to respond , the estimate was what I thought reasonable in pricing. The crew were courteous and efficient. Very well mannered. The company responded to all questions in a timely manner. Ill be using them for the main house when the time comes

I contacted NS Building Solutions for a small roofing repair job…they came and quoted the job the next day and it was completed within a week! The staff was polite and communicated extremely well, the job was done quickly and professionally, and it cost exactly what was quoted. Excellent! Amazing work by NS Solutions. I had to replace part of my roof due to a tree that got hit by lightning. I was not in my Maine. NS solutions was extremely efficient went to my home worked everything out and my roof was fixed in no time. They really made my life so easy. This company was stellar; far superior above ALL the rest.
I began my roofing company search with a list of at least a dozen companies. I left messages for most of them and never received a call back. Two companies did send an estimate, sight unseen for 19K and 14K just for labor as I had already bought the materials with my house purchase.

At first I thought sure the NS price would be high because they were so professional but I could not have been more incorrect in that assumption.
I never write this long of a review but these guys were outstanding and I want to share my positive experience with anyone looking for roof work. A+++

Wish there were more stars . . . this generous group of people worked with seamless teamwork to reroof our house. From the initial contact with their office manager to the chance meeting with one of the owners who stopped by during the job, all were friendly, cheerful, and hard working. It is rare to experience a crew with such expertise plus a good attitude.

I called and they had someone here to do an estimate on my roof the next day and I received the estimate later that same day. The estimate was very detailed and listed exactly what I was getting. The price was much lower than I had gotten from anyone else. They told me when they would be here and let me know when they'd be a day late because they had to finish another job. The whole roof on the house, garage, and breezeway was done in a day and a half. The crew was very professional and answered all my questions. They kept the work area clean and took all scraps with them. They even took the unused satellite dish that had been on the roof. I couldn't be happier with the company and the job they did.

Called to have my roof repaired or replaced. They scheduled the estimate within 4 days. had the estimate to me and the work completed in under two weeks. Showed up early and were done and cleaned up so well that I didn't even know they had come yet. Only company that would even consider repairing the roof and price was better than I could have hoped. They send you links so you can pay online if you want and are very friendly when calling and asking anything

NS building solutions sealed up and fixed my two skylights! I was a tad skeptical since everyone else who looked at them advised me to get a new roof or that they were unfixable, but they have sealed them up and installed some flashing and I haven't seen a leak since!

The NS Building Solutions Team is top notch. They answered all of our questions and communicated with us throughout the process. Their team showed up on time and got our project done quickly. We highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend hiring this company. They were very helpful, and they communicated with me every step of the way, they even text you when someone is on their way to your house. I needed a new roof, they came out within 2 days of my initial call to give me an estimate. The estimate given was a great price, I had a few contractors give me estimates that were ridiculously high in comparison with their price. Within 2 weeks they were here doing the work! It took one day to complete (I have a small house) and they did a fantastic job! They were very professional and didn’t leave a mess. The office manager was also very accommodating to the method of payment…. I had to use 3 different credit cards and figured out how to do that for me.
The overall experience was excellent and I will be using them again in the future.

Had NS Building out a 2nd time for more work needed- and again they did Awesome!! These folks are Great!! Very Dependable-Professional- and Very Competitive on the cost! Not something you see all the time these days but nice to know there are still people out there that care about the quality of work they do and I'm looking forward to the next project I will need their services for!
