I contacted Nestor with NRP roofing when I needed to file a claim for hail damage to my roof. First of all, Nestor understood the process of filing a claim and was able to advise me on that, which made all the difference in my ability to get the damage covered. Secondly, he sought my input in choosing materials and colors. He had a very hard working crew, took care of any problems along the way, and left the work site in good order. Just the other day, as I was arriving home from work, a passerby whom I didn’t even know stopped to comment on how attractive my new roof looked. I think that says it all!

They were professional, supportive, and always easy to contact. The work was done quickly (roof replacement) and professionally. Their patience with my insurance company (and me) deserves special mention. Three of my neighbors have expressed jealousy at 1. How quickly the work was completed, 2. How they handled my insurance company's unwillingness to do the right thing, and 3. my beautiful roof! I live in a little house in a not very wealthy neighborhood, but I love my house, and they recognized that. NPR is the best.

My experience with NPR was really great. Nestor and his expressed team were professional, polite, and detailed oriented. They came to my rescue when I found water damage to my drywall and later Nestor confirmed that the flashing and ridge cap/vent were not installed correctly by my previous contractor. Nestor prioritized my need for repairs and within 24 hours the Flashing was correctly installed. I recently hired NPR to repair hail damage to my roof, gutters, window screens, and siding, and I am very pleased with the results, giving them a 5-star rating. From the beginning, Nestor and his team were professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were punctual and respectful of my property. Nestor and his team worked hard to make my house one of the most beautiful in my neighborhood, if not the most beautiful.

The quality of their work was excellent; my new roof looks fantastic, and the installation of the siding, gutters, and window screens was done perfectly. Nestor was always just a phone call away when we had questions and kept us informed throughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend NPR for any roofing and repair needs. Great job!

I recently experienced the stress and inconvenience of a flooded basement. I contacted 5 different restoration companies for timeline and cost estimates. NPR was by far the best over all the "large name" companies and some of the smaller ones as well. Nestor and his team moved in on that very day with industrial vacuum cleaners and fans and did an amazing job for a reasonable price. NPR is professional, reliable, thorough and fair. My experience with NPR is a very good one. They are fair in pricing and exellent and professional in crafting a quality new roof . I also needed to address my gutters of which they effectively cleaned and added gutter guards. If you call Mr Nester and make a deal with him, rest assured that he will certainly do his part right. Just pay him when he is done.

2 years ago Nestor and his team redid the shoddy construction of our 3rd story deck. It has been completely dry inside since. They were professional and really a great group to work with. I no longer fear when it rains.

NPR Roofing was recommended by a coworker and I couldn't be more happy with the experience overall. From day one there was open communication and assistance with dealing with my insurance adjuster. When the roof and gutter work began, I was given progress photos of all the work as it was being completed. I am very happy with the entire experience and would definitely recommend them.

We recently benefited from an insurance claim to receive a new roof. We were fortunate to work with Hisway Roofing and their Project Consultant, Kyle Muhlsteff. Kyle made sure the entire process was professional and “easy” for us. From handling all the insurance requirements, to product selection and describing/setting installation expectations, through “day of” and post installation clean-up, Kyle was on-site multiple times to ensure our satisfaction. The large Hisway “day of” crew was very impressive with their installation process and, importantly, their clean-up rigor. We highly recommend Hisway Roofing and their approach and ability to exceed our expectations!

We had a lot of damage from severe winds that did damage to our home roof and even more damage to our barn. NPR Roofers did a great job of repairing and coordinating and documenting our claims with the insurance agency. My husband and I highly recommend this company.

November of 2022 I had wind damage. I placed an ad for a company to fix said wind damage. JRC was the first on the scene, contract signed, insurance inspection and report happened a couple weeks later. I immediately forwarded this to JRC, no response. I called and got a "maybe I remember you" response, waiting on supplies that were ordered. A few weeks go by, I get a call that they need a sample material to ensure the right part is ordered, after I was told it was already ordered. Several more weeks go by and I get a text from a new person asking if this job was still needed. Of course it is and I found out several days later they have received the materials but they never got the insurance report. I resend that and am told there shouldn't be any more delays. A couple more weeks went by and I contacted them again and was told they thought the job was already done. Someone arrives and replaces a bit of underlayment, no actual roofing materials and is told again they will be there in the next week to do the work. Next week comes and goes, along with another week. I contacted them again to find out when the work was going to be finished and again was told they were under the understanding that the job was complete and will get to the bottom of it. I have since been ghosted for a month. No responses, no email, no text, no call. I put up a new ad to get this damage fixed. JRC is the first company to call to do the job that they have been contracted for for six months... I ask again if they plan on doing the work, or suffer a real review of my experience with them, no response. I do not recommend this company, they have major internal communication issues and leave their customers waiting. I still have roof damage that needs to be fixed and a very unhappy HOA.

Had these guys get me an inspection to quantify damages or any leaking areas on the roof.

1. Couldn’t identify any real issues when I know they were there because another roofer found them.

2. Asked for a report with photos and descriptions and maybe a recommendation. That was a week ago

3. Texted and called about a report and I have been completely ignored.

I would not trust this company to put a roof on or repair anything seeing how they completely missed areas on my roof that were actively leaking. They even told me I didn’t have active leaks. I did.

The recommendation I got on-site was that I needed a new roof. They were not there to solve an issue I had (that they missed during the inspection) or to repair anything.

No photos, no real recommendations and the guy I had inspect my roof was apparently the owner.

I would highly recommend going with someone else. These guys are faking it to make it in my opinion.

Nester is a very honest man, he preformed the job at a very high standard. Each individual that worked on my house was very professional and courteous. I interviewed 15 different companies & I decided to go with JRC ROOFING because he was a very honest and upfront guy and promise me that he would do it right and oh boy he did it great!! *Stanley Norris
