It took 7 months for them to finish my windows.the installers were great pleasant hard working.the incompetence of the employees was un believable 5 times to my house. 3 times with the wrong window.
We were told some one took measurements...did not.
No apologies no discount
"That's the way we fix it".
Was the response from an employee.
Having black duct tape for 7 months on my front window was not my idea of good service.

Love my new windows. Got the best quality for a great price. Brian and Matt were awesome to work with. I would definitely hire then again.

Stear clear of Now Remodeling!! Snakes in my opinion. Gave a good friend a quote, said "friend" accepted the quote and forked up the deposit which was $1,100.00 and was ripped off!! Now construction didn't do anything they quoted him for an won't refund the cash for the work they agreed to do. Don't waste your time and money on slime bag companies like Now Remodeling!!

Buyers beware!! We had two teqs come give a "free gutter quote" when they were finished with their measurements they demanded a down payment in order to keep their lowest quote. If you agree to their demands they will keep up to 40% of the project cost if you choose to cancel after three days because they "took measurements" during their free quote. This is not a gutter company. Their salesman/tech Tyler had originally measured the wrong house. He also had a downspout that would have ended up flooding my walkway and driveway in the front yard as well as a section of gutter about 45ft long that would have had only one downspout. I waited over 48 hours for a phone call back that I never received. Once again this is not a gutter company or a company for the people.

I had Paul G give me a quote on some windows I wanted to replace with Now Remodeling. The windows he showed me were high quality and very energy efficient. I was happy with the product.

Richard and Juan came out to give us a quote on a job. They were nothing short of professional, courteous, honest and super knowledgeable!

When the siding and windows work was being done on our home it was repeatedly brought to Reese Nasif attention that the work was less than professional. Reese brought the management of the Boise, Id office out to the site and inspected the work. they made promises that the work would be fixed under warranty. They were every nice to us until we signed the completion paperwork for the loan to be funded. Reese and Daniel both promised that even though the completion document was signed that we would be taken care of. We have had several conversations with Reese since then because the warranty work has not been completed, and siding is warping and not sealed, the vinyl windows are rusting and unsealed. it has been about 10 months since the management inspection and nothing more has been done about it. The contractor (Robert Red) called said he was out of town and when he returned he would be in touch with us to set up a time to complete the work, it has been 3 months since that phone call
Reese states we are to deal with the contractor because it is no longer Now Remodeling's responsibility to fix it. This company is not a good company to do business with.
The only reason I gave this company a one star rating is because no stars would post.

Brian and Cameron came out and gave us several great price options, we were happy with their prices. The guys came out to do the work and had it done in one day. The crew was fabulous, quick and went above to make sure it was done correctly. They cleaned up afterward and did a great job. We were very happy with the work done

For what I paid, I was expecting my exterior to be trimmed in nicely. Wood cut to fit snugly, with even surfaces and a little caulk where needed. That is NOT what I got. What I got was 1×1's shoved into existing recessed exterior and another entire inch of space filled with GOBS of uneven and gloppy caulk, and them saying AFTER the fact that we have to paint over uncured and gooey mountains of squished caulk. NO home that has had window replacements looks THIS bad. I cry because everybody ELSE has the snug and even trim job on the exterior. I thought for nearly $10,000 for two windows, I would get a lovely pro-job frame in. Instead, I got pieces of wood that are too small, and enormous sunken caulk-filled gaps that no paint job can improve. They installed in winter when caulk and paint don't cure. Spring was too wet to paint, and the entire exterior got caked in dirt per normal. I have the paint I wanted on the trim. Can't paint over this gloppy, dirty mess. One of the windows was flawed and I asked for a replacement please. Not a word. I'm pretty hurt being left to just deal somehow. Sorry guys, but I will not be contacting you for further work. This is horrible. I also expected them to PULL A PERMIT AND THEY DID NOT. So I cannot get the job inspected as I would appreciate having done. I am NOT OKAY with people NOT pulling permits-NOT professionals.

We Live in a 1975 manufactured home; it had a metal roof that needed replace. Called Now Remodeling they came out and gave us a great quote to replace the complete roof. Now it is beautiful shingle roof and looks amazing. We had a problem with the plumbing vents on the roof and we thought it was covered in the price. They were kind enough to fix the problem for free. They have excellent service and willing to help with problems.

Taken to the cleaners on a siding quote, do your research people. About 8k in materials and 48k in labor. All my other quotes landed for around 25k. I’m sure they do good work but it’s not worth over spending. My salesman was courteous and professional, but felt a little pushy.

The entire staff from the sales rep to the installers were professional, informative and friendly. I purchased a door , window, doggy door combination to replace my sliding glass door. Very good quality and nice aesthetically. I would highly recommend Now Remodeling.

David and Jessica Sterjn are awesome ..They are very comfortable To be be around and they explain everything until I understood it. I'm soo excited for my windows and most of my excitement is because of them.

We just had our windows looked over and came up with a plan for installation. Tyler and David did a great job walking us through it and we had a rather pleasant time doing something so important.

We feel confident in our recent decision to invest in our windows because of NOW Remodeling. Not only is the product we are receiving a solid investment in our home, their professionalism and budget options made it possible.

And even despite our effort to screw up some paperwork they helped us correct that as well.

I needed gutters installed on a new home. Jessica and David met with me quickly, they explained my options and were very easy to work with. I appreciated that they wore masks in my home and were also upfront about the potential delays due to covid and supply chain shortages.

My 82 year old mother was totally duped by this company. They gave her a roof bid and sold her thinking they were doing the work themselves. THEY CONTRACT OUT, this was not disclosed. The job was not done correctly and THEY NOW WILL NOT EVEN SEND COPIES OF THE PERMIT THEY SHOILD HAVE GOTTEN BEFORE THE JOB-You would think after a downpayment of 15,000$ cash they would have at least done a decent job. The company was suppose to get financing for the remainder as they told my mom but low and behold now they did not. NOW THEY ARE TELLING HER SHE MUST PAY THE 17,000$ LEFT BY JANUARY OR THEY WILL PUT A LEAN ON HER HOUSE?? So if this is how you want yourself or loved ones to be treated, these are your people!!

I needed a quote for a repair to the siding on my home. I was contacted very quickly and Tyler came out to do the estimate within a day. He and his assistant were extremely easy and pleasant to work with. Admittedly I was unable to follow through with my repair do to circumstances beyond my control. But I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others.

Kalani and David were our product specialists. They helped us with our duration Owens Corning roof and windows as well as gutters and gutter guards. I found this company from a random website online while trying to get some quotes on energy efficient windows. I lucked into getting Kalani as a rep, and man I want to poach this guy for my own company. Kalani has all the makings of a quality sales man, friendly, and very knowledgeable in the products, he truly believes in what he is selling. There was no pressure and he helped me make the right decision. He was very patient with me while I called my dad and my friend and a random contractor and at the end of the day… The quality of these windows and the warrantee speak for themselves. My daughter even drew him a picture. Really good experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Guy showed up, and introduced himself as Kalani and was really nice. Gave us great prices and then he went a couple steps farther beating his price. He was professional, well dressed, and easy to talk to. Only disappointing issue was that tempered glass doesn't get a great warranty but hey, it's made to break. His offer made us buy today. Easy, pleasant and very responsive. Just wouldn't buy us dinner at Wolf Lodge. (Sigh). Seriously though, great fellow and a treat to do business with.

We met with Jessica Westerfield about installing gutters on our new Manufacturered home. She was very professional in explaining the product and the guard system. She answered all our questions. She explained the payment options. She was very knowledgeable about the product. Yout company is lucky to have her as an employee. If we ever need other work done on our home I would call Jessica.

Just getting started on New roof and 12new windows Jessica westerfield is my project specialist knows her job . Jessica spent 5 hrs with me covering everything ,they can do my roof in 2 to 3 weeks from now most company's are 3 months out and no one wants to come to almira, washington already a happy customer m.williams

This company did a great job installing 7 windows on my house in one day. Love the quality of windows and how quick they got the them made.

We were very pleased with the whole process. From the presentation by Kalone to the installation of the windows. Kalone took his time to answer any questions and had a model to show us the structure of how the window was put together. The installers were very good and knew what they were doing. We would recommend this company to anyone who was looking for a reliable company for remodeling, ect.. My husband husband used to install windows so he very fussy and knows how it should be done. He was very impressed with their workmanship. Again thank you for your integrity.

Kalani was very knowledgeable about the windows and explained how the windows are made and why they use the products they do for the windows. His demonstration was not only how the windows are made but also each part. Kalani also demonstrated the variety of ways you can adjust the window when opening. God has really blessed me with meeting him & helping with my windows. He truly is a blessing for his company and for each customer.

Now Remodeling installed our new roof last week. I first met with their Project Specialist Rick Brasmer at our home. I received a total of four bids but only Rick took the time to thoroughly inspect the existing roof which included going into the attic to see if we had adequate ventilation (we did not). I have enjoyed working with Rick because of his knowledge, easy going personality and patience with and prompt responses to my various questions. Furthermore, the work crew was amazing to watch do their thing. Five guys with a great team work ethic and clearly a ton of experience. I am appreciative to the Now Remodeling team for making this a very positive experience.

I love my new roof. I was very pleased with Richard Brasmer my Project Specialist. Even though it took a few months to get the roof scheduled due to high peaks and weather, Richard kept me posted the whole time. The crew was wonderful and funny. Hard workers. There were a few things I was not pleased with and that was my flowers being trampled but they will grow back, not ever being introduced to the Contractor Grant Bursch and the fact that the crew had gone behind my shop to pee. Thank you

Kalani and David were very professional sales associates. The roof was replaced after a serious wind storm within 2weeks. The roofers did an awesome job and we’re on time and completed the job ahead of schedule.

I submitted an online request for a return call regarding an interior door that needed replaced.
While I was waiting for contact, I contacted another business that was able to accommodate me same day.
When Jordan from Now contacted me the next day, I was very nice and grateful that he taken the time to call back. When I explained that I had gone with another company, he hung up on me.
I was dumbfounded by that response and I cannot recommend them if that's the customer service they offer.

A six week job turned into 10 months. Very poor communication. Said they gave me upgrade materials, my research says otherwise. Had to fight with all contractors to complete the garage yet my leaky garage was the reason for starting the job. Brayden and Shane sold the job but I had to fight each and every step for completion. Windows, siding and gutters was the job

These folks put a new roof on my mobile home in Mead! They are reasonably priced, and very good with communication! Don't call the 1- 800 number or you will get the glass department lol! Call the second number and they are right there to answer every question! THEY DIDN'T MAKE US PAY FOR THE EXTRA WOOD THEY HAD TO USE !! And it's a 50 year warranty! And the warranty passes to the next buyer also! Great job, great people! I recommend these guys to anyone needed outdoor work!!

I love my new windows! It is so nice not to hear the water on tires when they drive by in the rain. I was taken aback by how beautiful they are. These windows are steel reinforced too, and the installers put them in with artistry. What a great experience! Thank you especially to Tyler for the exemplary sales AND customer service experience! {This just in January 25, 2021: I got my new comfort level billing for my gas bill which is my heating bill for furnace and water heater: $240/savings per year! I also saved $156 a year on my electric bill! I am saving $396 on energy every year!} Last summer for the first time ever, my air conditioner didn't work so hard, and my home was cooler than I ever experienced. These windows are more than worth the price, do it for comfort!
