Within 3 weeks of reaching out to Novare, I was left with a brand new beautiful roof on my house. They made the process very simple and answered any questions I had. Jay and Wesley answered every phone call and text I sent within 5 minutes. While they were putting our roof on I was able to access an email that had over 200 photos of the timelapse. THE best roofing company in the area. Living so far away from my property in Daphne, I could not readily be there to tend to the roof damage to my house. Novare's professionalism and know how in the way they took control of the situation as if it were their own personal home made me feel so much better. And when I was having issues with the insurance company, they literally called me to set my mind at ease and calmed me down and they took care of those jackyls for me. All of this was done over the phone and email because I don't live in Daphne anymore, but their care and understanding of my situation really made me feel better. They don't know me from Adam's housecat, but they treated me like family and treated my house as if it were their own. I pray that I never have another tree fall through my house, but if I do I will most DEFINITELY use Novare. Thank y'all so much!

They made the entire event much less stressful from the first point of contact. Their customer service is beyond excellent. They responded immediately after a discovered leak in my roof and helped limit ongoing exposure. Then they worked diligently to facilitate the best insurance recovery possible. They undertook a complicated roofline and did an amazing job. Our roofing project is complete and we are incredibly happy with our new standing seam metal roof.
