Had a great experience with East Coast Metal Roofing. Their staff is amazing. I submitted a website request for a roof replacement quote over a weekend. Our roof was installed in 2017, but was plagued with moss and leaks. Jenna, their Office Manager called me that same Sunday to setup an appraisal appoinment.

Their Product Specialist Michael Kromm, came out that week and went through all the options, and existing problems with fitting our roof with a metal one, and provided a quote and timeline. He deemed us a high priority job due to problems with our existing roof. We set the date for about 6 weeks out in July 2025.

July came, and the crew lead by Carlos came out and stripped the old roof and installed the new one in two days - didn't think was even possible. Shaun LaForce the quality control manager was in touch with us the whole time while Carlos and his crew did the job.

The cost came in at the estimate. We needed new gutters also - inspection during the roofing job showed they were degraded - so we opted for that also. That crew finished in less than a day.

Our moss and roof leaks are gone.

If you're looking for a metal roof option, definitely call this outfit.

We had a great experience with East Coast Metal Roofing from start to finish. The sales process with Christian was excellent—he was honest, thorough, and really took the time to work with us and answer all of our questions. He made us feel confident in our decision from day one.

We decided to go with a metal roof from ECMR. While, it was much more expensive, it is absolutely worth the investment into never having to worry about a new roof in FL again. I am very pleased with my new Permalock metal roof that was installed by East Coast Metal Roofing. From start to finish, the project went very smoothly and they were extremely professional in both services rendered and communication. Patric and the rest of the crew did a great job answering my questions and keeping me informed of each step.

While this is a very expensive upfront investment, I think it will pay for itself and the warranty seems excellent. I am looking forward to never needing to replace my roof again, and I really like the look of the Permalock product compared to standing seam.

If you opt for financing with Slice, make sure to read the fine print. Financing was presented to me as no interest for 12 months, but the actual terms are you pay upfront interest for 12 months and then it is refunded if the loan balance is completely paid off within 12 months (and if not, you do not receive any of the interest back).

Needed a new roof and decided to go with ECMR. They’re expensive but worth every penny. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. Shaun, Jenna, and Teryn were kind and patient, kept us informed, answered questions, they were on top of everything. I was so impressed. The crew was amazing. I have gardens around my house. They protected them and took good care of them. Cleaned up every day they were here. Again, I was impressed. I’ll never need a new roof again! The roof is beautiful. Don’t hesitate to talk to these folks. They’re awesome.

East Coast Metal Roofing just completed my new aluminum shingle roof. My 15 year-old standard shingle roof sustained some damage after Hurricane Milton. Due to the age of the roof and cost to repair, I shopped around for a new roof, looking at a variety of roofing options. This one was more expensive than the other 2 (steel and asphalt) by 9%/27% respectively, but when I compared manufacturers warranty (50 years) and storm performance ratings (165 mph) .. ECMR permalock system came out way ahead.
The savings on my homeowners policy alone will pay for the difference in price due to the hurricane and fire ratings.
Cristian (sales) spent quite a bit of time providing all information so I could make a fair comparison. He managed expectations about the install and performance process, answered all questions and was a great resource.
Sean, Courtney, and Keith from Quality Control reviewed the plan on site before commencement, and monitored progress regularly. Finally, they ensured any loose ends or concerns were completely addressed to my satisfaction.
The office staff (Jenna and Teryn) were very responsive when I had questions and facilitated the permitting process and construction dumpster delivery and prompt removal.

Last but not least, the installation by Max and his crew was well planned, meticulous, and extremely neat. True craftsmen.
The appearance of the roof far exceeded my expectations, and looks better in reality than any photo or website could show. I have a 100 year old home, with alot of nooks and crannies, and it looks absolutely amazing and completely in-sync with the age of the home.
Since install, we have had several days of heavy rain and some steamy hot temps in between. The roof is quiet, perfectly dry and there is no longer a temperature differential on my second floor. I’m Looking forward to seeing my next power bill as I suspect it will be lower.

All and all, this was my 3rd and hopefully final roofing project since moving to FL, and it appears that I saved the best for last.
I strongly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing if you plan on owning your house for a while. Even if you aren’t, you can transfer the warranty to the next lucky owner.

Changed my roof, part of a solar project. They were very professional with communications and most importantly installation. As a project manager in my day job, I have very high standards and expectations when it comes to planning, preparation, communication, and follow-through. I would highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof. The knowledgeable salesman, Ian Mochrie, went above and beyond explaining the product and being available to answer questions. During the installation, which took 3.5 days, the diligent crew worked hard to complete the project in the discussed time frame. I am extremely satisfied with the final product. I initially contacted them at my inlaws' recommendation as they had an excellent experience with ECMR when they had their roof replaced and solar installed.

I primarily worked with Andrew as my project manager. He came by for the initial review/assessment, walked me through the options, the install process and expected costs. As I was also getting solar, they made the connections with their solar installer (Lunex), as working with their approved installer ensures that the install follows their specifications and maintains the roof warranty. I had also gotten one other estimate from a company that did metal and asphalt roofing, and Andrew was able to help explain the differences between the installations of the different types of metal roofs and how those would hold up over time and with solar panel installations.

They also provided guidance regarding the roof of my porch, recommending waiting on the install for that since I plan to rebuild or re-brace it in the near-ish future.

They made sure when the dumpster was dropped off for the work, that it was set up in a way to avoid damage to our driveway, and the work was done in 2 days' time, from stripping the old roof to installing the new one.

After the install was complete, they did a thorough sweep of the area to pick up any stray debris - I'm pretty sure they left the area cleaner than when they arrived!

When providing the Warranty, they ensured my son's name was included so that the one-time transfer wouldn't need to be "used up" when he inherits the house.

The metal roof has been great to listen to when it rains, and it's done a great job of handling the snow (though we have to remember to be careful of snow sliding off after storm build up!)

The install looks so good, that I wound up getting a referral bonus just from having their sign up in front of the house for a while. A neighbor driving by saw it and contacting them when needing to do their home!

In April of 2024, ECMR did the second part of my house , which was a large garage area. I can say that the workmanship, oversight and overall approach to my job was every bit as professional and thorough as when they did the house in 2023. There was an incident when a piece of roofing material hit and crimped a propane gas line . It wasn't discovered until the final walk through. I was reimbursed quickly for the repair without any excuses. I'm very pleased with ECMR and happy that I chose them for my roofing project. It's not an inexpensive investment but we don't plan on moving and I want peace of mind for our stay here. Their product is above the current standards for conventional roofing/shingles. I had problems within 15 years of having the roof redone in 1998 and it's something I do not want to deal with now. I would definitely recommend them if you plan on keeping your home for 25years or longer and it's something you can budget for. A 50 year full warranty is something that you will not get with a shingled roof. From beginning to finish...well done!

We cannot say enough good things about ECMR. From meeting with Andrew Bousquet at our house to begin the process, it was a no brainer. After he left office managers Jenna and Alex walked us through everything and answered all our questions. This is our first home and it’s quite an investment, but easily worth it. Striking new roof is amazing! Every time I go outside I cannot resist looking at it. Changes the whole appearance of the house. The changeable weather has already proven the efficiency of the snow coming off the roof with ease and no need of gutters with the heavy rainfall. No longer have to worry about the asphalt shingles lifting with wind and falling off. Love the "cuffs" on the chimneys. Waited to post until after the first big snowfall so I had a clear picture of the benefits of the roof. The workers installing the roof were dedicated and efficient. They were able to find the places that were leaking that other roofers had not and went above just installing the roof to fix. Only problem - now have to get house painted!

Just had a new roof installed by the ECMR team and they did an outstanding job. The team of Dave Harrison (PM), Sean Sullivan (QC) Jenna and Alex (Officed Managers) kept me well informed on the installation process. The crew of installers were here at 7 and stayed until dark, did a great job on the roof and was attentive to every detail. They cleaned up well too. The whole process took just two days. The roof looks great and neighbours have commented on its look. Although the roof was more than conventional asphalt, it is well worth the money. The team and company did an outstanding job and recommend them highly for all your roof needs.

We recently had a new roof installed on our house and chose to go with East Coast Metal Roofing and the Permalock Aluminum Tiles. We went with the Aluminum tiles because of the weight (Save 40% and we have a 125 Year Old House) and the longevity of the product (My Lifetime or 100 Years in a Trust).

As for the actual process, we did have to put down a 1/3 and I know that makes some people uncomfortable, but they worked with us to get it scheduled at our convenience, which meant waiting for the chimney to be repaired and relined. They came to install the roof 2 days after all the other work was completed. Granted I have a small roof, but 2 days and they stripped the old roof and replaced it with the new one. The area around the house was maintained at all times and not just cleaned at the end. The roof is new, so i can't speak to the actual product yet, but I can speak for the service and if the roof is anything like that, then I will be very happy.

We just had our roof redone with ECMR and had a great experience. We got a bid initially from a company that does high quality architectural shingles, and then from another metal roofing company before deciding to go with ECMR. We don't anticipate moving and felt that the investment in a lifetime maintenance free roof was worth it. We actually went with ECMR despite the price being slightly higher as we felt the warranty was slightly better, and I was more confident that our project manager Dave Harrison was being honest about the full extent of the job. The sales rep we met with from the other metal roofing company appeared to be a bit more into gimmicks and pressure games, which is not my style, even for a slightly better deal. Mr. Harrison from ECMR was polite, helpful and responsive throughout the process. The crew who installed the roof was wonderful. They worked extremely hard and cleaned up every day. The roof of our house and our shed both look great and we are looking forward to seeing them take on the snow this winter. I'll update the review in the future if anything changes, but we are happy to plan on never replacing the roof again!

Our experience with Eastcoast metal roofing was fantastic. Our first contact was Taft Manzotti he went over everything with us in full detail, also gave us a timeline of when the project would start for our new roof. We received a call from Jenna, informing us that the materials for the roof. Also, the dumpster would be dropped off in a couple of days and they were right on time. The crew workers showed up every morning early and started working at exactly 8 AM. They did not quit until after dark. They only took a lunch break and it was nonstop for them. They were very efficient and courteous and respectful at all times while they were on our property. Every day they picked up after themselves materials, nails, old shingles, stripped from the roof etc.. These guys worked very hard and I was amazed. We did run into a problem with our porch roof and found that it was rotten all the way through in one area. I made a call to Taft and Shaun quality control person about this issue and they were right on it to get it taken care of promptly. This area at the porch has been leaking for over 20 years no matter what we did nobody could seem to fix it. Eastcoast metal roofing strip the roofing down and revealed the problem. It was rotten all the way through. Keith Zereski quality control manager came on the scene to assess the issue along with the manager of the crew workers and they fixed our problem of the leaky roof, replaced all boards, built the roof area back up promptly and quickly. Keith was really fantastic on how he handled everything with this issue they went the extra mile to solve this problem that other workers in the past could not be bothered with. I am so happy! Whenever I had a question I would call Taft and he responded immediately and answered all of my questions. Our experience with Eastcoast metal roofing with the professionalism, courtesy, respect and hard-working, and also promptness was wonderful and a nice experience for us. I was amazed! The dumpster was removed the next morning after the roof was finished. Also, they sent out another person by the name of John that came by went over everything picked up any extra material and also went around the property and picked up all nails and scrap metals that may have been missed . We will wait and see how the roof and especially the porch holds up to our New England weather this winter. I include pictures of the damage that they fixed from our porch roof. So far absolutely fantastic! I feel like it was a little on the pricey side, and we're certainly going to have to cut back to afford it. However, the process was very quick from reaching out for a quote to getting it installed. It looks very beautiful and I look forward to having this roof on my house for as long as it's standing!

I purchased my roof couple years ago and it still looks new. We love it. We get a lot of complaints from walkers. I have an east coast metal roofing sign in my front yard. By doing that I have received $500. They use my sign as a reference and when customer purchased a roof I get $500. Just got my second $500 check today. I'm a Red Sox fan and listen to WEEI where I heard an ad for East Coast Metal Roofing and gave them a call. Since we live 10 miles from the Canadian border in Vermont, I figured it would be a few weeks before we saw anyone. Patric, our sales pro, was on the property in 7 days. He projected that they could put the new roof on in 8 to 12 weeks. They gave us a courtesy call in 5 weeks, asking if they could do the roof the following week. Sure enough, the next week, their professional crew of eight arrived. Respectful, courteous and very organized, they spent two long, hard days working this roof. After they left and the dumpster was removed, I took a walk around the house and you know what I found? Nothing. Not a nail, not a piece of old shingle, no food or drink trash. Nothing. If not for the gorgeous new roof, you wouldn't think anyone had been here. I've been a building contractor for over 40 years. I found ECMR to be ultra professional, from Alex and Jenna in the office, to Manny our crew leader, to Patric the sales pro, they all were very communicative, respectful and professional. If you need a roof, why not deal with a contractor that has a code of conduct for it's construction crew (no foul language, no loud music)? You read that right. A code of conduct. That says all you need to know. We really love the look of our new roof and would recommend East Coast Metal Roofing without hesitation.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Ian worked with us to price the project, explain the process and answer any questions. Installation was a breeze. Crew was hardworking and courteous throughout keeping the worksite clean of debris as we have two dogs. From sales to the roof being done it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The crew were very professional and timely. They cleaned up each day before they left. The crew supervisor was very proud of the work that was done by his crew. The roof is wonderful great experience.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that this company is the best contractor I've worked with, from sales through job execution and then follow-up support. Everyone at the company has been responsive and a pleasure to interact with, the product is amazing (a store owner down the street literally said "oh, you're the guy with the "roof," since my house has become known for it's slick looking roof...which is bizarre, but a testament to how nice the end result is!) and the ultimate bonus is the referral program which has provided random and unexpected payments for over a year after my job was completed - I really did not expect to see any compensation, especially not a year later, and at this point I've received at least $1500 back, per referrals referencing my house. Not the slightest hesitation recommending this team.

I couldn't give ECMR anything other than 5 starts for exemplarily service! I am not even their customer, and the team went out of their way to help me. I was looking to identify the manufacturer of a metal roof on a home I am considering purchasing, and Jenna, as well, Dave were both amazing at assisting me. It is only thanks to them that I ultimately found the information I needed, and even subsequently they provided further advice. Both Jenna and Dave were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Knowing they went so far above and beyond for someone who is not a customer of ECMR, makes me confident that they would be equally wonderful at assisting the company's clients. If ever I need a new roof on my home, I know without a doubt who to contact - ECMR!

Update: I just wanted to add that since this review, Dave Harrison has personally dedicated even more time to providing further advise to me in ensuring we take into account all the right considerations when buying a home with a metal roof already installed. We just had our roof replaced by East Coast Metal Roofing. They did an OUTSTANDING job from start to finish!! Dave Harrison our product specialist was very informative, honest and great to work with. He helped us choose the right design, work through the contract, answer all our questions and even went above and beyond in addressing our sun room where it meets the roof line to include gutters, siding and down spouts. I cannot think of another company who would do this, and ECMR went above and beyond! Jenna and Alex our office managers, helped keep us in the loop through the entire process to include timeline, logistics and warranty. This made the job from start to finish easy to understand and plan for. Sean Sullivan our Quality Control Manager made sure the job went according to plan and did a final walk around and cleanup after the job was complete. And lastly I would like to thank Victor and his crew who did the shingle removal and installation. This crew was EXTREMELY hard working, respectful and thorough in their work. They worked long hours, getting our roof done in only 2 days!! Their work on the new roof looks amazing! It makes our home look new again!! I would recommend ECMR to anyone who is looking for something that lasts a lifetime, looks great and comes with an outstanding warranty! After my experience with ECMR I don't see why anyone would ever go back to a traditional shingle roof!

Dave, our sales rep, went above and beyond, by coming to our home to cut our new downspout so the heavy water flow would be rerouted away from the house. He didn't charge us and helped us out as All Gutters Inc who Ecmr hired to do our gutters wanted $150 for a pipe cut.

Yes, this is the famous East Coast Metal Roofing project in Tudor Brown that is our home. We could not be more delighted, here's. why:
1. All delivery promises were kept exactly.
2. The crew that did our project was professional and amazingly considerate and efficient. They worked hard!
3. The project was started on a Friday and finished the following Monday.
4. Two members of the roofing crew of seven were dedicated to continuous cleanup and magnet searches for fallen roofing nails.
5. A follow-up reviewer from the company did an additional sweep for nails and recovered a handful. He also inspected the job for faults or defects. There were none.

As widely reported, this is not the least expensive solution for roofing, however there are discernable and substantial energy savings that we are now accruing. It is also nice to remove the last petroleum laden asphalt shingles from our property, knowing that our property will likely never again discard that waste into the environment.

Another way to view the value of this product relative to its higher price is to compare warranty performance. 45 Year asphalt shingles rarely last through thirty years, judging only by my personal experience. Your ECMR warranty is Lifetime, or 100 years, whichever comes first, for you or your direct heirs. Check with ECMR for details.

So, this is a two thumbs way up review for ECMR from a satisfied customer. It seriously looks like our house was baked like a cake and frosted with chocolate.

I don't usually do reviews, but had to this time. We've owned 4 houses in the past, done lots of repairs and re-models, but never a roof. My husband and I are in our seventies now and were trying to decide do we just do an asphalt roof or go with a more expensive metal roof. After talking with ECMR's project specialist Dave Harrison, we decided to go with the latter. Dave explained everything in detail, answered every question, no pressure and was so helpful in helping us make our decision. The roof was started in 2 weeks time, interrupted by 3 consecutive days of rain and wind and then a large snow storm the following week, but still finished in great time. The quality us great and clean-up was well done. People we talked to told us a metal roof is very noisy when it rains, not. Now finished, the roof looks great and is very quiet when it rains. We are extremely happy with our decision and will never have an asphalt roof again. Also has a great warranty. Many thanks to Dave, Phil (quality control) who was on site every day, Manny and his crew and Jenna and Alex (Office Managers) who kept us updated on starting dates and delivery info. We decided to go with ECMR for our new home late last year (black, textured aluminum shingles) and I can say, having had the roof over winter now, I am very glad I did. Mike was great to work with and answered all our questions, and the roof performed as advertised as far as snow shedding. We haven't had any leaks or issues so far, either. Christian and the crew who installed the roof were amazing, too, and they went above and beyond to get the project done on time with a high level of quality and were very communicative during the process. So far, so good, and I'm looking to many, many more years with the roof. Did I mention it looks fantastic, too?

After doing a lot of research on roof replacements, we knew ECMR was going to be the right choice for us and we were right! From the beginning to the end, there was constant communication from everyone involved. Patric was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and answered any additional questions that we had on the product, process and financing. During and after installation we heard from several people to be sure we were happy with our experience. The crew removed and installed all in one day. They worked quickly, thoroughly and professionally. The material delivery was short a few snow guards, but we weren’t forgotten. A quick ten-minute install was done a couple of weeks later. Our consultation with Paul went very well and the quote was reasonable based on the requirements of roofing job. Paul spent a couple of hours assessing and mapping the out the roof. The job included the removal of tubular skylights, replacement of standard skylights, new metal roofing, removal of of our chimney and new gutters. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Keith supervised the project and explained each step as the project progressed. The roofers worked extremely efficient and long hours . We are very satisfied with the final product. We look forward to a future of no roof leaks, snow removal or the need to replace our roof. As we approach our driveway, we marvel at our new roof.

To say I’m pleased with my new roof from East Coast Metal Roofing, would be an understatement.
Every aspect of the project was amazing.
From the beginning with the sales manager, Andrew Bousquet who was extremely detailed and crossed every “t” and dotted every “i” making sure the contract was perfect.
To Shaun LaForce and Phil, two quality control, managers, who were at the property daily checking on the work to see that it was being installed properly.
Also lots of thanks to the wonderful crew who were fast, proficient, polite, and incredibly hard-working, starting at sunrise and working until sunset.
It was a joy to have them on the property. Their work was very skilled and their helpers cleaned up each day as they moved along on the job.

I love the looks of my new Perma Lock aluminum roof installed by the East Coast Metal Roofing team (Patric-Product Specialist, Sean A.-Quality Control, Jenna & Alex-Office Managers and the crew lead by Christian), and so do all of my neighbors. Looks like shingles, but performs like metal. The entire process from sales to installation was exceptional. The installation team was quick, efficient and spent extra time ensuring there were no debris or nails left behind.
The roof is everything that was stated during the sales presentation. I was a bit skeptical about the savings in cooling, but the past week we have consistently had sun and hot weather (temps in the upper 80s), here in Vermont. With my asphalt roof, I would have been running my AC, but with the Perma Lock roof, the inside of my house hasn't been above 75, absolutely amazing!!! After weighing all the pros and cons, I bought this roof as an investment in my house, vs just another maintenance project, that would again need replacement in the future.
Also, you're not going to find another roof that offers a non-prorated lifetime warranty.
I highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing and the Perma Lock roof, and like me, if you purchase it, you too, will be a very happy customer!!!

The price will definitely give you sticker shock but after talking to the sales rep Taft and seeing the product I decided to go for it. After having my roof completed I'm definitely glad I did. The team they sent to work on my roof was outstanding. I can not say enough good things about Victor and his team that did my roof. They worked continuously from 7 am the first day until after 5 pm. On the second day it rained in the morning so I figured they wouldn't be working. Boy was I wrong. Once the rain stopped there was Victor pulling into the drive way ready to get to work. The job was done efficiently with a clean as you go standard so nothing was ever a mess. Everything was completed in a timely manner and was well communicated to me by the entire team during each step of the process. I plan on staying in my home long term. When considering what it would have cost me to do a shingle roof now as well as in 15 or 20 years in the future given inflation rates I feel the upfront cost just saved me a bunch of money. We had our roof replaced last November and we are very happy with the workmanship. From the beginning when Pat came to our home to show us the product and explain everything to the crew showing up shaun the quality control guy and his extremely hard working crew they had the house stripped from two layers of shingles in a hour and a half that’s including the garage… by the time i got home from work they had two thirds of the roof done totally completed in two days T and I are very happy with the outcome!

The asphalt shingles on my 24 year old roof were starting to break down and I decided it was time for a new roof. I had thought about getting a metal roof but wasn’t sure that I liked the corrugated looking metal that I see around the area. My cousin from Massachusetts had recently had his shingled roof replaced by East Coast Meta Roofing and was very happy with his new roof and the customer service. I contacted Patrick Saad, the project manager, and he came out and showed me samples of their shingles and answered all my questions on its durability and performance. I was quite impressed with the quality of the product and decided that that was what I wanted.
This past April the crew arrived and in 2 days had the old shingles removed, checked the underlying plywood for rot, replaced an old skylight and shingled the roof. They were so efficient. Shaun, the project manager, visited the site and checked the progress. When the crew left everything was picked up and put into the dumpster that they arranged to have delivered and removed. A final site visit was done to make sure nothing was left behind. I couldn’t be happier with my new roof.

This is a great company with a great product. From Andrew Bousquet, Product Specialist, who went through a detailed process to find the right configuration for our antique house, to Shaun LaForce, Quality Control Manager, to the whole team including office managers Jenna and Alex, we were accurately informed of when they were coming, what was happening and when. All the workers were polite, considerate and pleasant to have onsite. Everything was tidied and put away at the end of the day, and at the project's end, everything was cleaned up. We are very happy with our new roof and the whole project which included new skylights and gutters. I highly recommend this company.

While searching for and receiving estimates to replace our old ribbed metal roof we found East Coast Metal Roofing. Our request for an estimate was responded to quickly by Jenna. Our roof was a little bit of a challenge in that the garage has a small pitch and where it meets the house ice dams were causing damage. Patric, our project manager, was able to analyze the situation and give us an easy solution that worked out wonderfully. The aluminum shingles are a beautiful and well designed product. The PVC roofing on the garage provides solid protection while blending in well with the house. A few issues found when the old roof was removed was expertly troubleshooted and communicated to us by Sean our quality control manager for this job. We would like to thank Victor and the crew who worked hard from morning to dusk always leaving the work areas tidied up each day. The final cleanup was amazingly well done. We are extremely pleased with the looks of the roof and the sum of all the well done details. The flashing around the chimney is phenomenal, the ridge cap is perfectly aligned and the seamless gutters really tied the roof to the rest of the house.
Patrick (product specialist), Steve (project manager), Jenna and Alex (office managers) were very helpful. The crews working on the roof and the seamless gutters system were phenomenal, they were VERY productive, neat and organized.

Our new metal roof from East Coast Metal Roofing came out awesome! It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! I highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing if you're looking to upgrade your house with a metal roof. You won't be sorry!

Nothing but perfection! Began the journey working with Taft, who answered all my questions completely without hesitation. Felt like we were solving a problem together; never felt like I was being “sold”. While I paid considerably more than I had originally budgeted, I’m confident that the roof will be fine decades after I’m gone!
Shaun did a great job keeping me informed as to the progress of the project from the arrival of the dumpster until the final inspection. I was not at the location of the roof but Shaun sent me DETAILED pictures when decisions had to be made. I was particularly pleased that the crew was able to deal with my rot issues with no additional expense.
Jennifer in the office was right on top of all the details and walked me through the financial end, much to my relief.
I honestly don’t know how this could have been a better experience. The workmanship is top notch and the process could not have been smoother. I would do it all over again without hesitation and would recommend ECMR without reservation.

Really enjoyed working with an Ian M., Keith Z,Jenna and Alex and the install team at East Coast Metal Roofing. The communication from start to finish was top notch and the install was beautiful. The team was flexible when I ran into some scheduling problems and was so accommodating during my project. Big shoutout to Ian and Keith, they go above and beyond expectations and should be really proud of what they do! Jimmy on the install was also great! I without a doubt recommend ECMR for the job and the beautiful work they do. I doubted myself, and ending up going back to these guys and so happy we did.

In my opinion they don't even deserve a 1 star. Within a month of having our roof installed it was leaking like a sieve. We contacted East Coast and were promised they would fix it and cover the repairs to our home. We have dealt with leaks for 2 years now, and they still haven't gotten it right. Between mold in our house, ceilings that needed to be pulled down, and floor repairs we are extremely frustrated. We treated Keith and the others with respect, gave them the benefit of the doubt, and believed their word, that they would repay our out of pocket expenses. We paid them the full $65,000 for our roof. Then spent another $12,000 in repairs that East Coast won't honor. So If I could give less than 1 star I would. I implore you, if you want your roof done right, find another roofing company.

As a business owner, I have a clue how to treat customers. I can honestly say the people at ECMR approached every facet of my job the way I would have expected. From the initial visit and quote, keeping me posted on work progress, keeping a clean job site and finishing in a timely manner,..I was completely satisfied. There was one minor cosmetic issue that Keith, the job QC supervisor, addressed within a day. A class operation run by people that actually care.

First I’d like to say the roof install was fantastic and very professional and timely , perfect really . Roof also looks great . The reason for the updated 1 star review is the roof leaves “piles” of snow all around my house , avalanches of snow come off the roof and it sounds like thunder every time the avalanches happen . I was told the roof would repel snow which at the time sounded great but the snow piles reach, no joke , 10 feet high and more than 10 piles every storm . I have a fenced in yard for the dogs and have to walk them on a leash because they can climb the mountains and exit the yard rendering the fence useless. I called ECMR last year and spoke with Chris , the person that sold me this $50,000 roof, after the snow collapsed my deck (which fortunately my insurance covered ), but he couldn’t care less . I asked about solutions and he told me to either shovel my deck ( I’ve lived here for 28 years and have never shoveled my deck or had it collapse) , or I could pay more money for more of those little snow diverters (which are absolutely useless ). I guess my $50k didn’t cover the extra charge of more snow diverters ? So the after service by ECMR was non existent to say the least and quite frankly disturbing . When i was writing the check I had Chris ‘ full attention but sadly that was the last time apparently . My wife didn’t want this roof due to the cost but now every time it snows I get to hear all about my “mistake” which prompted this edit to my original review ( which by the way Chris persuaded me to write)! At least I can look forward to the summer months where the roof actually does it’s job. Until ECMR makes this problem go away without the consumption of my time shoveling 10 foot snow piles , this review will stay and if anyone else is experiencing this issue please post your honest review. I hope no one else is experiencing this major problem but I’m curious to know if I’m the only one who feels like I got the shaft.

Update: roof was damaged and ECMR came right out and repaired it. Despite some dismay I appreciate their commitment to backing up their product . Nice work Jon and ECMR.
