NOTO Roofing should be the only roofing company you put your trust in! They are extremely professional from the moment I contacted them. Chris and Andrew did an amazing job communicating every step and even working with my insurance company. Andrew came out and did the initial inspection on my roof that had wind and hail damage. They had their crew come out and put the new roof on soon after. They made sure that they didn't leave anything behind such as roofing nails or material and checked the premises multiple times before finishing the job. I highly recommend them and will continue to recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

We recently had our roof replaced, and Nick was great to work with. He came out and did an inspection. After being turned down my our insurance carrier initially, Nick and his boss came out and did another inspection, and very professionally pointed out the damage to our insurance carrier. The work went very smoothly. Very nice crew and everything was explained, and they made sure we knew what to expect. Everything was cleaned up and removed. The roof looks great. Nick came out after a storm and noticed a bunch of my shingles coming off. They went straight to work on getting with my insurance company. I didn’t have to lift a finger, they make it so easy. My roof was done in one day. They’re a great company and nick was awesome to deal with! 10/10 recommend!

I would recommend NOTO Roofing time and time again. Tyler was the nice young man I dealt with mostly during the process. He was patient, polite and professional. Tyler and Chris sat down with me and answered any question that I had and walked me through the process. This was my first roof replacement, so they went the extra mile to make sure I understood and wasn’t nervous about the process. The crew during and after for clean up was very thorough. I cannot sing the praises of this company loudly enough!! I had a leak in my kitchen from my metal roof. Supposedly, another roofer had put new boots around the pipes on the roof a couple of years ago. After inspecting my roof, Chris took pictures and showed me the boots had not been replaced, only caulked! The other roofer charged me $1200 to replace all the screws, and Chris took pictures of those and that was not done either!! Chris sent Melvin to fix the leak and a big pipe in my attic. They arrive when they say they will, explain everything simply and completely, and back up their words with pictures. I am a single woman, and they did not try to take advantage of me either. They cleaned up completely before they left. The fee was reasonable. Thank you a million times to Sammy, Chris, Andrew and especially Melvin!!! I am your customer for life!!!

Matt the owner is a great guy. I have known him for a long time. Chris who helped us was amazing. He did not push or press an agenda, and addressed things as if he would it being his own home. Timely turnarounds and good people wanting to work with good people. 10/10 these guys are your play!

I have met with Darien Hall two times about my roof. Each time he has been very patient with me and answers each question in a way I can understand. He takes time and does not rush me. If he is not totally sure he calls someone that knows. I appreciate how kind he has been to me because I am 77 years old and need maybe to ask until I understand.
