I help manage a portfolio of rental and commercial buildings and have used NW Roof probably 15 times over the past dozen years. They provide competitive bids, give good feedback on the best roofing projects, get the job done on time, clean up, and if there's any problems they will promptly correct a mistake.

They put a new roof on a commercial building I own in Enumclaw and did a great job. I would recommend this company. The worked will with coordinating with they HVAC company in removal and reinstallation of the HVAC units

The two guys came to my house were very good at what they do. I am very satisfied with their work. Will use their service again if I ever have a roof issue to take care of.

Was told at the time of purchase that I had a 10 year warranty UT at the time I need repairs I was told I only dad 5 year warranty on labor. So I agreed to have a team come out to do repairs for one hour at the cost of $350 dollars. The team was at my home for only 45 minutes max, I was billed over $450 dollars plus tax. I do not recommend this company at all

Northwest Roof Service did a fabulous job re-roofing our barn last month. They removed all the existing shingles before installing the new composite. We're thrilled with the results, and their crew was professional, on-time, and kept the job site clean during the 3 days process. Highly recommended.

I am grateful to this company for getting our roof on the schedule as soon as possible, given that it was leaking and overdue for replacement. It turned out we had a great deal more rot/damage than expected and this was all replaced (plywood, rafters, etc). I did not understand the scale of the damage but was sent pictures that showed convincingly the extent of damage and replacement. The cost ballooned quite a bit over my budget but the office was responsive to arranging a payment plan, which I am thankful for.

I wanted so badly to like them. However, they came out for an estimate to do a roof repair and the estimator onsite broke down the cost for me and said it would be about $1,900. He said he would later email me the formal estimate. Well he never did so I had to email him, and now the formal estimate was $2,700. I replied shocked saying he told me $1,900 and where did the other $800 come from? I got no response. I emailed again and said I was going to get other estimates now. No response. I got other estimates and still liked the Northwest Roof estimate the best so I emailed back telling them I wanted to actually use them..... NO RESPONSE!!! (this isn't like hours either, no response after 4 or 5 days) I emailed again copying the office manager and complaining that I can't even get a response when I want to use their company despite the poor communication.... NO RESPONSE AGAIN!!! So here you are Northwest roofing... getting a 1 star review from someone that really wanted to be your customer...

Our roof was leaking and it was only 8.5 years old. I contacted the roofing contractor and they would not help. I was referred to Northwest Roof Services and contacted them to give me a quote. Jason came out and surveyed the roof. I was curious why everything was wet including the underside of the roof in the attic. Jason explained that the extra insulation that was put in the attic was blocking some of the vents under the eaves. There weren't any baffles. Jason explained what the baffles were and how the airflow in the attic was supposed to be. All of that made sense and made me understand what was wrong and what was needed to make it work properly.

He next explained how the Markley shingles were different and why they were different. Among the several improvements over standard shingles was the taper of them. They are like cedar shingles which have a standard taper from one end to the other eliminating the normal bump when another shingle is placed on top of another which could cause a path for water.

The installation was done when they said it would and was done properly. More than satisfied.

We were very pleased with the work. The men were polite and finished the job quickly. Everything from the first meeting to the finished job was very well done. We have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Northwest Roof Service Inc. replaced my previously badly leaking roof in November. Their cost was reasonable, the people were easy to work with, and now my new roof is beautiful!
I found that George, Production Manager, always kept on top of schedules and changes and communicated very effectively - he kept everything running smoothly and comfortably. He was kind and considerate.
Merle, Sales Rep., was easy to relate to and went out of his way several times to be extra helpful and accommodating.
The on site crew was polite and courteous as well as completing beautiful workmanship in spite of the challenge of cold November weather and the steep pitch of the roof.
When the roof was finished I had a few minor concerns and called the company about them. First Merle came to look at the roof and discussed my concerns. Then Cristo, the foreman, came back out and thoroughly went over everything with me explaining it carefully (most of it was aspects of roofing that I had not understood) and he made a couple of small cosmetic adjustments. Before he left he told me to call anytime in the future if I ever had additional concerns.
My roof has weathered the stormy winter without a speck of damage and continues to look perfect.
Without hesitation I would recommend this company. It is a quality roofing company and they provide quality workmanship and quality service.

These guys were working at my condo roof when they dented my car. They denied any responsibility of the accident and barely spoke any English. The foreman Enrique, just kept repeating to call his office, which I did , and the shop manager Alisa decided to not believe a word I said even though I explained to her that I asked Enrique in the morning if i should move my car. His response was no I did not have to even though it was next to their industrial garbage container. I plan to take them to court. This all could have been avoided if Enrique had responded to me yes to move my car when I asked him. Now they lie and don't take responsibility over there actions. I'll see them in court.

They tore off my shake roof and put on plywood and composition. I love the it. Everything was cleaned up every day. The crew was very professional. Great Work !!!
